Small pool. No restaurant for dinner. Very slipery floor (dangerous for kids after swimming). The staff could be more helpful.

The bed was AMAZING! The staff were AMAZING! Super helpful staff, receptionist there 24/7, organized a taxi at 5am for us. Great! Lovely, chilled environment. Love!

Access to refillable water would be ideal

The breakfast was made to order, fresh and tasty. The location is in a quieter neighborhood within close walking distance of great restaurants for dinner and little shops for necessities. The design of the hotel is unique and fun and the staff are friendly and helpful. They could easily charge more for these rooms.

Everyone working at the hotel is super nice and helpful - we arrived a bit early for our check-in and they looked after our bags whilst we were chilling in the pool, and helped us booking a boat tour on the lagoon. The room was clean and very spacious. The closest playa is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel, the Zocalo about 10 minutes, and there are lots of really nice restaurants, cultural centres and bars around -- it's a great quite but lively location.

I loved the shower and the room was very spacious and with air conditioner. The location was great, just two minutes walking from the lake. Staff was lovely too! ☺️

Great pool, very large rooms with nice hot showers. Breakfast was good and the pancakes were delicious. Staff was very friendly and also took care for our laundry for a good price. The hotel is close to a public area for the lake where you have to pay 20 pesos and then you can spend here all day. Walking to the main center is about 15-20 minute walk which is a little longer. You could also take a taxi. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Really nice hotel, super friendly and helpful staff! They also speak good English which is kind of helpful if you can’t speak Spanish very well. Only 15 minutes walk to the Center of bacalar with lots of good restaurants and cafes on the way. The rooms are stylish, clean and quite large. There is AC and a fridge in the room. We loved our balcony with the comfortable chairs and the pool. Breakfast is quite good, you can choose between pancakes and different kind of egg dishes (vegetarian options). Also you can order some fruits (optional with yoghurt and granola) and tee, coffee and orange juice.

The only thing we missed was a vegan milk option for the coffee and the granola (like almond milk which is basically available everywhere in Mexico).

The room size was great, hot tub was the cherry on the top and Roxanne who works at the reception desk was very attentive and smiley at all times. Thank you for making our stay as stress free as possible

Newish tastefully decorated boutique style hotel. The pool- not huge, but sparkling, attractive tiled pool-ideal for a cool off. Hammocks over the pool give an elegant vibe. The dining/bar area by the pool is compact and funky. The bedroom had 2 queen size beds and very comfy.

A little bit further out from town centre than other places but I could see bikes were available and we had no issues getting parking

Only 3 minutes walk away from the lagoon, rooms were nice and spacious, comfy beds and pillows. Good cocktails and breakfast à la carte in the hotel bar.

The windows in the toilet and shower are not closeable, there is only a mosquito net and wooden gutters so people cannot see through. That means you can hear everything from outside (no loud music as it was not close to any bars, but dogs and traffic). The fact that they are open also means that the room heats up more easily. That being said, the air con and fan worked very well so this wasn't really an issue in December.

Whay you see on the pictures is what you get. Very nice rooms in practically a new building. Great beds, great shower and good location. Close to the center and the many beachbars you can find around the lake. We rented the bikes from the hotel to explore Bacalar which was fun.

Expensive compared to similar hotels in other parts of Mexico, but similar priced to similar hotels arount the lake
