This oceanfront condo checks all the boxes! It’s modern, clean, and well situated to enjoy all that Amelia Island has to offer. The building is quiet and the beach natural and peaceful. The guestbook with restaurant reviews and activity suggestions was especially thorough and very helpful. We spent a week here in early April and plan a return trip in the next couple of years.

Fantastic accommodations, very clean, very modern, well stocked - soap in all bathrooms and kitchen, plenty of towels, kitchen had decent pots and pans, furniture was very comfortable. The view is the BEST, plenty of seating on the balcony!!!
You might find the master bedroom bed a little hard. (This is the only thing we felt was somewhat of an issue. It is a preference, not a negative to the property. We prefer softer beds.)
For families, there aren't any sidewalks that run along Fletcher Ave, only a bike lane. (Not a ding to the property or listing. I believe it is important for families with kiddos to know.)

We were very impressed with the condo. It was clean, and had a very higher end feel to it. The only thing I would change about the whole experience is the 10AM check out. I'd rather it be 11AM.

Beautiful view and property. Functional layout. Sleek decor. Overall quiet except for many children on top floor. Had to drive most places but generally centrally located. Would love it if the grout in kitchen and bathrooms got a deep clean. Hot water ran out after 15 minutes in the shower pretty consistently. Beds could have more cushioning. Given the lack of lodging options locally this was definitely a good value.

We absolutely loved staying here. It is absolutely gorgeous and clean. Beds were comfortable. I love to cook, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Several grocery stores nearby but Harris Teeter is awesome! Would definitely recommend.

Three Generation Vacation
My daughter, two granddaughters and I stayed here for a short weekend getaway. It was wonderful! We don't get to do this very often because of everyone's busy schedules. The only negative comment is that we could only have one parking pass and we drove from different towns. Other than that, it was great.

Absolute perfection
We were unsure about this location—we always stay on the south end. Now we will be north end islanders!!! Loved the location across from the Surf and so close to town. The condo was immaculate & beautiful; the view amazing and the deck—wow. Loved all the extras—having a place outside our door to store beach chairs, beach towels in the unit, extra chairs/umbrella on the deck, anything we might need in the kitchen. The added extra of the charging pads and the soft music playing when we entered made it 10 stars!!
We are already checking dates to rent again.

We enjoyed our stay! The check in process was very easy. A line of communication was always open to the renter. The room was clean and smelled very clean which made us feel even more safe! We can’t wait to stay again!

Fantastic 40th Birthday Trip
My husband, two kids, and I enjoyed 5 nights in 306 Ketch. Perfect location, easy check-in, & stocked with necessities. Close to restaurants & stores, but is quiet and feels off the beaten path. Sad to leave, can’t wait to go back.

We just returned from a very restful and relaxing stay on Amelia Island. The property was as described with beautiful views of the beach. The property managers were the best. Very responsive to any issues and provided us with great suggestions about restaurants.

Loved our stay in Ketch Courtyard. Beautiful condo and fun activities like fishing, bike riding, and walking at state park. Beach is gorgeous and area is extremely safe. Our weather was the only downside. Super rainy and gray.

Awesome property with great views
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, the views were amazing and the easy access to the beach was amazing. The only negative were people smoking on there balconies ruining the moment at times. Overall great property. My family and I enjoyed ourselves on this relaxing vacation.

Looking for relaxation
It was the perfect size for the 2 of us. Allowed each of us to have our own space but gave us enough room to sit and enjoy the awesome view. Perfectly located with dining across the street. I would rent this again.
