The property was great. It was well-stocked and true to the description in the listing. Check-in and out was easy. Location was great and amenities were great. Will rent again.

We had 15 of us stay in this property and it fit us just great. Except for those with spouses everyone had their own bed. The hot tub was a huge plus for us and was used every night. Every bedroom had a television, plus thr loft and family room. They had all the fished that we needed, besides they only had 1 cookie sheet. Only a few downers, the walls are thin, so we could hear each other in our bedrooms. Second, we couldn't get just regular television so we had to subscribe to Fubo to watch a football game. Lastly, the soap dispensers weren't great and one of the beds sheets didn't appear to be changed before we came. This was a great space for our family and overall it was very clean and accommodated us very well.

We love the location we love the furnishings and the community! The house was perfect for our family and grandkids. The only thing that we would recommend is to have more toilet paper, Garbage bags just supplies.

Great facilities. Private hottub was great! The shared pool/ hottub has too many kids. Not great if it's just adults looking to relax (for this looking for an aduly retreat). Suggestion for next time. It would be great if there was dish soap, all purpose spray left so we can keep things clean. It was annoying to have to go out to buy that. when we were there only a weekend.

House worked great for my family of 7. The house was clean and in great condition. Easy check in and check out. Lots of room to spread out, and large living area to gather together. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy find. Located in good spot. The drive is not far form Zion. Would recommend others to stay.

It was a nice place in a nice neighborhood. The house is quite large! Bring some friends to fill it up.

The rental was great! The kids and the husband's loved playing the foosball and the swimming pool was right next to us so we didn't have to walk far and the pool has a pretty big shallow area for the little little kids which most pools do not so that was a plus in my book. It was surprisingly really big and made my family and I feel like we were right at home. I loved that it was right off of the freeway and just down the road from Walmart, the location was perfect. I will definitely be booking again in the near future. The only reason for giving 3 stars for the cleanliness is because you couldn't walk on the floors barefoot without your feet turning black and there were a couple of other things that should have been cleaned up but weren't other than those few things it was great.

Home was very clean. Lots of kitchen gear. Nice mattresses. Hot tub on the deck was well maintained, warm and ready for use when we arrived. Community pool is close by and heated (at least it was during Feb of 2021). It was in the low 40's outside and swimming in the pool was loads of fun (getting out and drying off was a bit chilly!) One thing I was pleasantly surprised by was the TV in the main area had built in Chromecast so I could connect my phone to the TV and stream the game from my phone. Very nice! Love the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom!! If we were rich (and wanted to spend more time in southern Utah) we would buy a place like this!

This condo was large and so close to the pool and parking. Bedrooms were nice and lots of dishes etc. HOWEVER, half the tv's and remotes did not work along with no instructions. No sponges or dish soap of any kind in the kitchen. Kitchen table is damaged and covered with plastic along with really stained benches (all poor choices for a rental which I'm sure they figured out but haven't wanted to replace yet). Tables in the living room were wobbly and one of the upstairs stair railings was broken/absent which was terrifying having little kids. Just wanted to be honest about some issues management needs to fix. Overall we had a great stay because the property itself was great, hot tub was great, location was good, loved the heated pool etc. Just want them to fix some of those issues before returning.

We loved the set up of this house! It was a great size for us and two of our friends families. The kids loved the bunk room, video games, fooz ball and hot tub. we were happy to have a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of seating . There were a few items in disrepair which is why I took off the star. A piece of the railing was broken, the Ottoman was caved in, and the hot tub would not heat properly. We called the property manager for a couple of things and they were very quick to respond and fix the items. The Internet was spotty, so that was annoying for streaming movies. It was a great location close to Sand Hollow for boating and Zion national Park. It was nice to have a garage and plenty of nearby parking. One thing which is not their fault but I would definitely mention to the property is the lack of lighting at the swimming pool. It was completely dark at night which made it hard to watch the kids. Even some solar lights added on the fence would go along way. Overall, we had a lot of fun!

For people taking the shoes off the floor left our socks or feet black but this did not break the place. Garbage pick up on Friday mornings were way too early because of the many that needed to be picked up. Other than those two things it was a great place to stay

The home was beautiful and well cared for. The family all loved the deck with hot tub, firepit, and tv. Everyone could relax in their own way, but still be together. Kids and teens loved the foosball and playstation. We didn't use the pool during our stay, but it was a convinent distance from the unit. We'll deffinetly consider staying here again!
