This is a home away from home! So well stocked and comfortable. Super quiet, close walk to the pool. My teenagers loved all the games and toys onsite. They had plenty to do during downtime. Very clean and well maintained.

We loved the location and the house was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Would definitely book it again.

This rental was a Great place for the 5 of us to decompress while we were in the area for a family members Memorial Service. Everything was as advertised, but the pool and hot tub are community units that were so busy we didn't use them.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful property in Washington, Utah. We loved the extras provided (in case we forgot anything) and the vintage video games were a hit with all ages. Super fun park just up the road in a little canyon! Can't wait to stay here again!

It was an amazing rental. I loved that it was stocked with necessities so we didn’t have to run to the store for little things. It was fully stocked with first aid, bathroom essentials and random things like batteries, ziplock baggies ect. Beautiful space, lots of games and perfect for people of all ages.

10 people stayed and enjoyed ammendities. Lots of room to play and sleep.

We went down as two sisters, our families, and our parents, to spend the long weekend for a soccer tournament. The house was comfortable and nice. It had lots of entertainment for our kids to enjoy in our downtime. The community pool is heated, so even though the weather was a little chilly, we still enjoyed swimming.

This was such a wonderful place to stay. We had 8 adults (4 couples). The rooms were amazing and we loved having a bathroom for each couple. The host had thought of everything and even had an emergency supply box and first aid kit, both of which we used. The house was clean and comfortable. We loved all the games as we spent a fair amount of time hanging out at the house. The only down side is that the cell reception was bad. For most of the the time I did not mind as this was an effort to get away. I also really like being outside of St George so we never had traffic to deal with. I totally recommend this property.

The property is perfect. It is one of our top VRBO Properties that we have stayed at. The owners thought of everything you might need but forgot at home. Nicely equipped with cooking essentials. Will definitely stay there again if ever back this way.

This was the perfect getaway while the kids were attending school online. Fast internet, lots to do between classes, and the property came equipped with everything we might need!

Wow just wow we have stayed in many rentals and this one has been our favorite here in Utah . It was CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN !!! The beds were so comfortable I wasn't left with that feeling of i cant wait to sleep in my own bed . The game loft area is the best part keeps the kids occupied while in the house and makes for some family fun too . With all the rooms having their own bathroom and 3 of them having their own T.V that made it so easy to not have to wait for others to get ready everyday and everyone could watch their own T.V . The pool is so close just a walk down the street or the kids can take the 2 bikes in the garage , its a big pool with a lap side and a huge hot tub . We stayed 6 days and didn't want to leave we actually didn't go venturing out like we planned because it was a home away from home and makde for some good r&r . They provide everything you can think of as far as necessities , plenty of towels , pool towels extra blankets extra everything . We will be back

This property was perfect for our needs. It is very well appointed and so well stocked with everything we needed. The grandkids really enjoyed the games and the swimming pool. Would love to come back sometime

Love the house, was stocked quite well. Very clean and quiet neighborhood as well. Only downside was the pool was closed but this was unexpected and due to COVID-19.

This was our first time not staying in a hotel and will be our last when we have an extended stay. House was great and exactly what was advertised. Clean and spacious for all ten of us. Kids and adults enjoyed the game room. Thanks and we will be back, if that's okay.
