Spacious house with great indoor and out door areas very close to the beach. Great location for for multiple families to holiday

We loved our stay at Halcyon Bay, the house was very well equipped including enough linen, blankets and towels. The location was fantastic. The kids and adults all loved the property. The grassed area outside the property was perfect for a ball game. They had enough power points and even had USB points for charging devices. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and we will definitely return.

We were really impressed with this house! Looks even better than it presented in the add. It was so well equipped and for three separate families (6 adults 3 kids), the house felt spacious. Would definitely recommend for small groups of friends staying with kids!

We enjoyed our stay in Dunsborough. The house was well suited to our extended family and close to beach and walking path. The little park beside the house was ideal for the children to run around.

This was an amazing house for our family to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The on-site managers were extremely helpful & the location was excellent. The bathrooms were recently renovated & whole house had been freshly painted. I would definitely recommend this property.

No Luxury Accomodation here.
House is overdue for an upgrade. Tired, dated and very worn- particularly microwave and oven. Both took a very long time to cook food. Obviously has been a rental for a long time. Bring your own shower gel as only small cakes of soap provided. Dripping tap in spa causing mould! Served our purpose as we were out a lot during the day but will look for alternate accomodation next time.

Great base for family or friend groups
I stayed 3 nights with a group of 10 friends. This house was perfect. The dining table, couch and outdoor table were large enough to fit everyone around. Great kitchen and facilities, and great ducted air con system. There is some dead space in the living room, would be cool to have a pool table/soccer table in that area. There were some mozzies around, we had a few in the front ensuite room possibly from the front door so ensure you don’t leave it open at night! Overall a great house, would stay again.

Fantastic Property for Family
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had 3 families with all young children and we had so much room. We stayed right next to the open space which was fantastic as the kids could run around. The beach is right there and close proximity to the town.

Great place, great location
This was such an easy place to stay and perfect for a beach weekend. Even though the houses are quite close, we never felt crowded by other guests. A beautiful peaceful location close to everything dunsborough has to offer

Memorable weekend in Dunsborough
Our family group of 7 adults came to Dunsborough for a wedding and we needed a house large enough to accommodate three generations. The Spice House was perfect, with the five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The house was immaculate with everything included to ensure our stay was comfortable. Everything we needed was there, including a sleeve of pods for the coffee maker! I would not hesitate to stay in a Halcyon Bay house again. It was a really memorable weekend - a family wedding and the perfect house to stay in, only a short walk to beach.

OK but wouldn’t return
Very dark with little window light. Uncomfortable beds, one bedroom door wouldn’t shut because bed hung over doorway, so no privacy. Shared en-suite not private and a very dangerously high bath/shower to step out of. The property is very tired and desperately in need of updating, lightening up and maintenance.
