There is a key box for key collection - code obviously changed regularly for security but it had timed out as we arrived late so had to make contact with the host - they were helpful and sorted it remotely straight away - was just a bit annoying late in the evening

Lovely,clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Good location to blackpool. Good communication with collecting and leaving key.

Was lack of cutlery .only 1 fork . And ran out of toilet roll.

Good house in central location. Easy free parking right outside house.

lack of printed info ie how to work boiler and tv. Probably online but not able to access this from my phone so could have done with help. Did manage to deal with heat but not tv.

easy access lots of parking host readily available if needed

very cold on arrival took a good day to warm up.
