Loved this condo. VERY spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable. Great night's sleep with the water in the background. I would definitely stay here again.

We needed a place for just two nights near Rogersville, so we could have a base while visiting friends and family who live nearby. This condo met all of our needs. It is very spacious and well-stocked (except don't forget to bring your own shampoo). There is a lovely view of the lake from several balconies.

We had an enjoyable, pleasant extended stay. Plenty of space in the kitchen to cook meals, all the while chitter chatting with everyone. The spacious rooms with private baths are a nice feature. The lake view is lovely. A comfortable stay was had by all. Bob was a wonderful host. We recommend his condo to anyone looking for a hassle free stay on the lake.

Awesome place so beautiful, only comment I have is all the other Vrbo’s i have stayed at and any hotels, they have shampoo, conditioners, and body soap, also hair dryer, host gave me a heads up so I bought mine, not always easy when flying with carry on bags Very comfortable home

The property was updated, clean and well stocked. We loved everything about it. Favorite part was having coffee on the porch in the morning, and wine in the evenings watching the sunset. Quiet neighborhood, quick drive to all the best spots but why leave the lake? Loved thr marina staff, and the pontoon rental was a breeze! Loved being on the lake and swimming all day, stopped at the Boat House restaurant for lunch, docked up to their pier with the pontoon, it was great!

Booked in Feb for Aug 19 reservation for 8 this place was dirty found cookies in couch Cushing's, Now can only sleep 6 ( Took out sleeper couch ) Unable to use gym this was all changed in May n I was not notified until Aug 19 day of my vacation I told John host since it was dirty can I leave it dirty "" he canceled my reservation had to find a place for 8 people We just drove 12hrs n he made us leave the next day w no place to go Horrible place DONO recommend n verbo was no help either

This is a beautiful condo in a wonderful location. The view of the lake is stunning. Everything we needed to have a comfortable vacation with a couple friends was there. The decor is wonderful & kitchen is very well stocked. The hosts provided very detailed instructions for us, so there were no problems. Highly recommend this place.

While we only had one night at Bob’s condo, our stay was exactly as expected as noted in the listing and lake view was very peaceful. Check in was a breeze, codes to gate and condo received well in advance. 1st floor was an important aspect as we were traveling with our elderly parents. Condo was extremely clean, kitchen full of cooking utensils, pots and pans. Salt & pepper and coffee available. For other travelers, be sure to take soap and shampoo for showers -thankfully we travel often and had some from prior hotel stays. Beds were comfy and rooms quite large! Overall great stay and perfect location for us!

Wow. What a great stay. This condo was fantastic. Drive into Carson Newman University was easy. Enjoyed many attractions. The Winery at Seven Springs Farm was a great surprise and enjoyment. Highly recommended.

Having 2 bedrooms facing the lake was delightful, while sitting on the deck was a quiet joy! The kitchen was impressively supplied, the layout of the whole unit was so comfortable, and being able to unload without any stairs is great. Loved the excellent preparation email details and communication. Overall, every aspect overdelivered on this rental. Thank you!

Very well stocked kitchen only complaint was 1 king bedroom had an air mattress instead of bed mattress

We were there for a family vacation and had been traveling a few hours before we arrived at the condo. We arrived a little early and my cell was not getting good service in the area when I was trying to log into my email for the information to access the condo. I called the owner which did not answer my call and once I text him, he phoned me back about 10 minutes later. Once I spoke with him, I explained that we are having difficulty entering the condo, he asked me why I wasn't utilizing my email with the information. I explained I was not get getting good service. He then asked, "if you have such bad service, how are you talking on your phone?" He was not being helpful and was very rude. After about an hour, we were finally able to have the housekeeper come and access the condo for us. The owner figured out he had put the wrong time into the computer for us to be able to access a little early. Once we entered the condo, we were very disappointed on the old, "handed down" furniture, the lack of dressers in the bedrooms, the uncomfortable mattresses, and lack of care for the condo. The kitchen cabinets were very unorganized, and everything in them was very used. Overall, we ended up cutting our trip short and leaving the home. I let the housekeeper know we left early however we did not receive any type of refund. The view from the condo is beautiful but the condo is not well kept, nor up to a vacation destination that we would return to.

Our group liked this condo and the view of the lake. It is as advertised. We had a relaxing time.

This is a very clean and nicely furnished three bedroom with three full baths. The living room and one of the king bedrooms have a walkout deck with great view of the lake. We prepared several meals in the well appointed kitchen and the kids really enjoyed going to the pool. Just a short drive to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely rent this condo again. Thanks

Beautiful views. Nice and clean and plenty of room. The only downfall was the comfort of the beds and no tvs in the bedrooms.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very clean and well-equipped condo. The entire complex is very clean, quiet and protected by gated access. The evening sunsets we viewed from the balcony were stunning. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was in very good order and as comfortable as home.

Super quiet location, the property itself is clean and exactly as described. It was exactly what I needed in a getaway location. I would highly recommend and I will be returning!
