Beautiful home. Beautiful setting. Clean, comfortable, plenty of room. Easy access. We used the bicycles and kayaks. Enjoyed our stay.

My husband, two sons and friends enjoyed all this place had to offer and didn’t want to leave- from the beautifully decorated interior, well stocked with towels and everything one could need to the outdoor fire pit, dock, kayaks - we couldn’t ask for more Hope to return soon!!

We had a great time in Crystal River and this location was perfect. Looks exactly like posted. Very clean, everything needed to cook and eat in, and we were close to all of our activities. The kayaks and bikes were great. Paddled around, easy to get around and find our way back and the water was very smooth. The dock made it easy to get in and out of the kayaks. Lots of places to bike - very bike friendly. We were very satisfied with the accommodations - Thank you!

House is in a great location and was well equipped. Has everything we needed as a family of four and then some. Small issue w check-in where the lock code wasn’t accurate. Major issue with bugs - in the 5 days we were there, we saw no less than 20 roaches. In the kitchen - silverware drawer, dishwasher, counter. In the living room - couch pillows, game box, carpet. In the bedrooms, one even crawled out of a tissue box we had for my daughter’s runny nose. I contacted the property and while they replied they would address, I didn’t hear back. I contacted them again and they said someone would come to spray, but nobody did. We were leaning the next day, so I didn’t hound them, but it was gross. I grew up on the area so understand Florida has bugs, but this was clearly an infestation based on the amount we saw (I don’t want to imagine how many we DIDN’T see). Overall, great house but based on what we paid, roaches are simply unacceptable.

Everything was as pictured. Very clean, convenient and well stocked. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the fire pit for making s’mores.

Great location and very comfortable place! The extra fridge is super convenient for drinks and extra good. Only downside, we only had supply of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Wish we had at least one extra one per bathroom.

We scallop every year and switch up our stays to accommodate our crowd. This year with had 6 adults and one child. We all fit comfortably and the location on the water was just a short run out for us. We will be back!

Home is just as described; clean and had all the essentials we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood away from the highway, but all the local points of interest were still within a few miles. Property management was responsive and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. We needed a one story home for parents who did not need to navigate stairs. The outside screened porch was perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. My daughter used one of the kayaks, we brought our own, and found manatee in the canals. The house had all the basic items and supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, beds were comfortable and house was clean and nicely decorated. We would highly recommend this home.

Property was as advertised. Clean and ready to enjoy. Enjoyed the kayaks and bikes. Close to the springs for kayaking with manatees. Saw a manatee in canal near the house. Would definitely stay again!

This house was beautiful and managed well! Great amenities n u can even launch kayaks right from the yard! Its a long paddle to kings bay/three sisters area so make sure you bring plenty water n snacks! I highly recommend you give this place a try!

Great property. Loved the newly created fire pit with a view of the canal. Very clean, management team very responsive when we couldn't get in (battery low on keyless entry), but very quick to solve. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay! The property is well maintained and remodeled inside. It’s nice and open, very clean. How do we know it’s clean? We have a toddler that explored every nook, and cranny, and came out clean! Updated stainless steel appliances, plenty of cookware, etc. We loved it and would highly recommend to friends. We will definitely be back soon.

This property is as advertised. It was clean and well equipped. We loved using the kayaks and they had a variety of life vests for adults and children. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house is beautiful & so clean. Great location, close to a boat launch so we were able to dock our boat & go out scalloping. Very well equipped kitchen & everything you need is there for a nice getaway. Downside..grills are not acceptable at all. Charcoal is rusting out & propane grill handle was not attached, along with a rusty grate. Back door lanai handle is broken off on the bottom & master bath has a bit of septic odor.

House was clean, boat ramp close. As were the springs and scalloping. Host responded very quickly with my questions. Our stay was great and we will go back next year!

I am very particular about the rentals and this is the first time in a long time that I walked in and didn't have to clean everything before unpacking. The house was in a great location with close proximity to scalloping and the springs. There is a boat ramp near by. Our family loved the kayaks, paddleboards, and fishing out back. The bedrooms were perfectly situated to fit our family of 5, but easily could have brought another couple. This is a great rental and I highly recommend it!

We planned our stay as a family get together for the 4th of July. The house was fantastic, and had every amenity you could want. The location was perfect, and the area was very peaceful, even on a busy weekend. The house was spotless, and everything worked perfectly.

This was the perfect location for our family vacation. The home was clean and well stocked. We made use of the kayaks, games, and outdoor area. (Learn from our mistake and use some type of bug repellent if you plan to spend time out back at dusk! After the first day, we bought the creamy baby oil in the green tube and that did the trick.) It was a short drive to Hunter Springs Park and the shops and restaurants in town and we even drove to Ocala and Dunellon a couple days for zip lining and kayaking. The local contact was very helpful and quick to respond to texts. I would definitely book here again for future getaways.

We had a wonderful time. The location was great. The place was clean and offered all the comforts of home. Having kayaks, paddle board and outdoor games was what we needed!

My friends and family wanted a weekend getaway to just enjoy the river. The view was beautiful, the location along the canal made it safe for our kids to play without worry. The house was very clean, had all the comforts of home, and had plenty of outdoor equipment and games to keep us busy. Loved the kayaks and paddle board! We wish we were staying here longer. The kids are already planning when we can come back.

The home is extremely well equipped with everything you need. Everything is new, very comfortable living. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood, very secure. The local property manager checked with us to make sure we got checked in ok & throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The backyard is a great space & it has a new dock. I highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful few days away for our kids spring break. Loved being on the water and having access to the kayaks. Close to lots of fun activities and great food! Crackers was a favorite!

We LOVED this property! It’s right on the water and close to several attractions. We also enjoyed the kayaks that were provided! It was my daughters first time kayaking and the smaller kayak was a perfect fit for her! All in all, this charming property is adorable and we will be back! Also, highly recommend Fun2Dive’s Manatee excursion! Misty and Caption Steve were incredible and took good care of us! Definitely book them if you’re looking to go swimming with manatees!

Neat, clean, and simple. Well supplied. Nice quiet neighborhood. Available bikes allowed us to bike to state park right down the road. Fire pit could be improved upon. Was just a cheap fire pit from a box store. Had a major problem operating tv's due to lack of detailed instructions. TV signal would drop off often while viewing which required going through the set up processs again. Also, no instructions on how to lock front door when when exiting.

We checked in on a Thursday night with our two kids ages 6 & 10 - when walking in the front door we felt immediately at home & comfortable. We settled in, and having coffee on the dock each morning was such a great way to start each day of vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint, the dock behind the house is on a quiet canal and you get glimpses of turtles and beautiful birds. A quick bike ride away from the house brings you to the state park, and within a 20 min drive of the house there are so many other state park locations to enjoy. The house is freshly remodeled & full of little details that we appreciated - smart TVs in each bed room & in the family room were a bonus to log our kids into Netflix when it was time to quiet down for the evening. Beautifully updated bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/body wash and hairdryers available. Plenty of fresh towels and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and a combo coffee maker (with k-cup types of coffee, although we brought our own coffee from home and we were able to brew a full pot. Awesome!) The kids loved the corn-hole that was kept in the shed. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again!
