Very clean and it had everything I wanted good kitchenette

I liked everything about this room

It’s beautifully clean very spotless and has all the facilities for a quick stop or a business trip.

It’s lovely but it’s such a shame it isn’t a Bed and Breakfast. It is nice but misses that lovely homely welcome that warmth and also wouldn’t like to think I was the only person staying at the guest house as I came with my daughter and it did feel abit quiet and strange at one point especially with the noise outside. It’s is immaculate and beautifully decorated. I did notice as well I am a housekeeper and make beds and I did notice they don’t use a professional linen company to clean there sheets which is abit worrying with resent covid.

Fabulous place in a great location. The mum and daughter team made me very welcome. Highly recommended.

Location very convenient for station, sea front, shops, buses, etc. Pleasant, stylish room/bathroom with very good facilities including fridge. Very welcoming host who could not have been more helpful. So, highly recommended!

Everything was marvellous the owner upgraded my room from single to double. Shops nearby. Bus stop also train station five minutes away. The beach is very near. You cannot go wrong at megs. Comfortable, clean, and the fire alarm works perfectly. I will return and stay at megs Island. Thank you for a pleasant stay and hopefully I'll be visiting again. God bless.

very clean , rooms were great , the walk in shower was Fantastic, plenty of hot water , I got times mixed up with check out, and had a polite knock on the door to remind me ( although I was ready)

Really happy with my single room at Megs Island. Very well equipped, modern shower, plenty of hot water, fridge, kettle, cutlery and plates, hanging space, quiet as it's at the back of the house. Really liked it.

Room next door to entrance no soundproofing heard everyone coming through the door

it was so clean and bright such a nice room with lovely decor and the bathroom was beautiful!! had nice big windows and the bed was really comfy, definitely staying here again.

Shower drain was blocked, very slow to drian, hate standing in own dirty water! Duvet and pillow covers were dated, showed signs of wear!

The location was excellent, within walking distance of everything, Lots of shops nearby and also the lovely beach. Had a good walk along the front. Thouroughly enjoyed the weekend. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the facilities were excellent.

property location is great. nice and quiet, clean and friendly. felt safe as a women who was a solo traveler. restaurants and sea front about a five minute walk. close to local shops if needed. kitchenette was very useful for what I needed- kettle-fridge-microwave. shower clean and spacious, with towels provided. plug sockets next to bed which is handy for phone. cleaning products under sink and spare toilet roll. overall lovely stay. was met with the keys to the room and given a quick tour plus a map and a tour booklet was given which was really nice.

the fridge makes a noise about every 20 minutes so I bought some ear plugs which done the trick
