The location and the facilities were my main criteria for booking this property and I was very happy with all aspects of the property. The details on Booking.com quoted that there was no internet access but when we arrived there was which was a nice surprise for my teenage son! I would return again and also recommend to friends....thank you.

No hand towel in bathroom and it would have been nice to have hooks on the back of the bedroom doors.

loved the location-quiet Cul de sac-was only 5 minutes from my uncle-near all others -clean and well decorated-

not much l didn’t like -only thought was it would have been nice to have a Door curtain in the Kitchen-And a door curtain at the front Door-seeing as it’s glass panel-l have one for mine -and my patio curtains-just think it would be more cosy and private at night -if you have four people there isn’t enough seating in kitchen and not enough in sitting room for four (incase I come back with friends soon)-lastly a bedside table with lamp -in both bedrooms rooms-otherwise can’t fault anything-Paul

Lovely house. Location was great. Quiet street. Very short walk down to Cleethorpes sea front - 5/10 minutes. House was very clean, very easy parking for one/two cars in private driveway. Beds were comfy. Ideal for a small family. Definitely stay again .

Having more facilities provided - very limited hand wash / toilet roll. Sleeps 4 people and the table only has two chairs. That aside we loved our stay ☺️

The house was excellent and the location was perfect for our requirements as we were attending a funeral so the location could not have been more perfect.
