We really enjoyed the unit. Very clean, nice location. Three minor issues: 1. Need light over kitchen sink, 2. Dishwasher would be nice. 3. List of items you need to recycle.

The condo was filthy. So much dust. We were leaving clean me messages in the dust. Fans dirty, spider webs and ants all thru kitchen. Host came to spray but it was so strong we had to wait outside until we could breath. I visit VRBO's quite often and this was shocking. Luckily we only had to stay 3 days as we moved to another VRBO, a farmhouse and it was beautiful.

Great spot! Will rent again next year!

This definitely met our needs for the weekend. The master bedroom is quite spacious and very homey. Each of the bedrooms upstairs had a ceiling fan which was very nice. The downstairs is not really a bedroom but it was nice to have the extra Bed and it gave us an extra storage area.. The downstairs furniture was a bit rough but then we really didn't use it. The kitchen is adequate if you aren't looking for anything specific. There are plenty of pots,, pans,, plates,, etc.. One of the things I did not find was an 8 x 13 or 8 x 8 baking pan. There was a cookie sheet. It is a townhouse/ condo type environment. We did hear the neighbors music a couple of times but it did not keep us awake. All in all it met our needs and the owner seemed to respond quickly to any questions or needs. It was in a very convenient area and easy to get to. We would definitely stay again if we needed something in the area.

The worst rental experience of my life. The property is completely run down and in major need of updating. The vents were covered with a thick layer of dust, the window sills are filthy and the fan is also coated in dust. Furthermore we were greeted by numerous ants who call the property home as well as a few spiders. The numerous ant traps throughout the house don't seem to be getting the job done. There was also visible water damage that was spackled over. If that's not enough when I spoke to local law enforcement about the area they said they wouldn't recommend staying there unless we were armed. Made the decision to leave and book a room at a nearby hotel. I also have numerous photos of what's been described and will be taking this up with VRBO

Close to downtown and very conveniently located.

We had a family wedding in Buffalo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for our family of 6 giving us plenty of room, two bathrooms, plenty of towels, coffee, spacious living area and a nice kitchen area with all the needed supplies. It was great to be able to prepare meals and save some money and time. We had several family events and also a day of sightseeing. The VRBO was quiet and in a great central location for all of our events. Highly recommmend!

The house is nice with everything you need. The rooms were comfortable and the location is close to airport amd main attractions. The downtown is also nice.

Overall we enjoyed our stay; visiting Niagara Falls, Pierce Arrow museum, Our Lady of Victory Basilica, Botanical Gardens and a great Brewery near the property Big Ditch.

Our family of 7 stayed at Regina’s place. It was super close to everything in down town Buffalo and 30min to Niagara Falls. The property was quiet and well-lit at night. We left some things behind, and Regina graciously mailed them back to us.

Location is perfect! Our favorite part was there was room for everyone to have their space. Regina was very responsive and helpful.
