Property was great! Location was perfect for our golf trip!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo at Sea Palms. It is always spotless when we arrive. The covered porch is a great spot for morning coffee and the kitchen is well equipped. We hope to return again someday!

We had such a great time at St. Simons. The condo was so nice. Plenty of room for everyone. I especially enjoyed the covered patio. Perfect to enjoy my morning coffee and enjoy the beautiful marsh view. There was a problem with the internet so we didn’t have Wi-Fi or tv, but the property owner was so helpful and addressed it quickly. I would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful! Clean, everything we needed, felt very safe in the area… loved the Marsh view from the porch.. it all made us very happy!

Beautiful condo! Very clean! Loved the way it was laid out. We maxed it out with 7 people and 2 support dogs and yet we were very comfortable. No issues only one comment. They're 2 pools at the resort. The smaller one behind the condos can be used by renters. However the larger one at the clubhouse can not. This was not a problem. We definitely enjoyed the pool. Lol, had a crab in the bottom of the pool. We got him out everyday and put him across the fence. He kept returning. We named him "Henry". Kinda miss him. :-)

This unit was perfect place to stay for a weekend wedding. We loved the location in sea palms. Great restaurant next door at the club. Quick drive to the village. It was roomy for my husband and I, as well as, our 2 adult children and one grand pup! The owner was great to deal with, quick response to any questions I had. Plenty of parking, we had no issues with this unit! I would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks.

Loved the condo. Pictures were very accurate. Very easy checking in and constant communication if needed. Will definitely be reserving this condo again.

I took my 3 kids for a long weekend. We barely left the condo! We had everything we needed and wanted and I would highly recommend this listing.

Clean & functional but needs some updates.

Condo was exactly as described. Very spacious and well equipped. The location was convenient to all the restaurants and shoppes. Really enjoyed the peacefulness of the condo and the porch. Stephanie was very easy to work with. She had good suggestions for restaurants and was quick to respond. We had no problems at all.

The condo was just as described. Clean and spacious. Owner left plenty of snacks which the grandkids enjoyed . Condo was short 10 min drive to beach . Would definitely stay here again .

The condo was beautiful and well furnished and stocked, they even left a plate of goodies for us! The views of the marsh and all the birds was lovely. It was off the beaten path, in a good way; a quiet location that is still close to everything. We would stay here again!

My grandmother is 88 and my kids are 14 and 17, so finding a place that suits everyone, where everyone can have their own space (and bathroom) for a reasonable price is tough. My Granny thought it was wonderful and loved sitting on the back porch sipping her coffee in the mornings and pina coladas in the evenings. My 14-year old loved the pool and the view and says she can’t wait to visit again. This place put checks in all the boxes.

This condo was absolutely beautiful! Very clean, everything you could possibly need was provided! It was very quiet and had a nice pool! This exceeded our expectations!

Condo is as described, very spacious, clean , private and loved having 3 bathrooms. Nice patio. Also takes on couple minutes to get to main road. No problems would stay again!!!

Three months without snow. No brainer. Great and peaceful location. Lots of good walks and enjoyed the beauty of the oak trees and seeing beautiful birds and my favorite bluebird flocks. We love Sea Palms neighbors. Not too far from commercial but far enough. The condo has good space and privacy. We could still see a bit of the marsh from porch because this unit has a property behind it in the next cluster of rentals. The pool is not opened and the gate was locked so we could not even sit out by the pool to enjoy the sun and beauty. Three years ago we rented another unit in same building and even though there was no swimming we could still sit by the pool. Stephanie is extremely responsive and great to deal with. There were some issues and she was always on top of it. We are now home and it’s 38 degrees. Oh well, our pup is happy to have her fenced in yard again! This was the overall best rental we have had on SSI and the other owners and renters are all lovely folks- felt like home!

Condo was very spacious, clean and great for our annual golf tournament. Definitely staying here again.

This property was amazing. The condo is beautiful and there was plenty of room for our family to spend Thanksgiving there. The location is perfect, it’s quiet and close to the town and beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

This was a perfect spot for a quick trip to the Ga/Fla game. Plenary of room. Nice place. We will definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean and welcoming. The setup was accomodating with snacks, cleaning supplies, linens, games, books and movies. Every room was as described online. We had a few hiccups but the owner was very supportive. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon.

We had a great time here, fifth time coming to SSI and this was my favorite place so far! Wonderful experience with check in and communication. We will be back!

Our family had a wonderful time! It was so peaceful there. We enjoyed the view of the marsh and the little bunnies that visited each day. The manager was very accommodating and made of stay delightful. Definitely would love to go back.

Stephanie was a joy to work with. The property was more than we expected. The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated with all the amenities of home. We will definitely make St. Simon Island an annual affair.
