Hotel with great location and easy access the concept location parking is great. Rooms were clean and all the utensils were in good shape and usable as well as the appliances.
One thing that I didn’t like, and that I complained about at the front desk was that housekeeping was not done, even though our stay was for three nights. The hotel posts that housekeeping would be done every other day and even though there were always visible housekeepers within range, no one ever did the room.

The staff was terrible. We arrived very late at night. The woman hardly say hello, not how was your trip or something else.
The breakfast was also terrible, cheep frozen things.
When i asked the frontdesk where to go to eat or shopping, all they say there is a map. Very lazy or didnt know anything.
When it says, the room has a kitchen, then i expext at last a small stove, but nothing. I ask the front desk, so they gave me a induction plate. When i unpacked it in the room i didnt believe what was in it. A real dirty electrical plate with a small old pan, it was smelling, too.
I called the frontdesk because the fan in the bathroom made a lot of noice and the aircondition was blinking all night. Another tall mean woman told me she will send the maintenance man.
The next day it was still the same and i went to the front desk. The woman told me, maybe i turned on the aircondiotn on wrong. Am i stupid or what, this is a no go.
When i need something in the evening, the woman from the frontdesk standing around with workers and suppliers and didnt ask if i need something.
In my husbands room the aircondition didnt work right, because only at he left side a little bit air came out. Only a few channels on TV and bad wifi connection.One of the lamp didnt work either.
He ask for another room, but they say it was fully booked, yeah right.
He brook two of the plastic holders for the shower gel. They kept 163 euro for that, this can not be. We still waiting for that for return at the bank account.
At the first day i called the front desk, because we couldnt call from room to room. The frontdesk say it will be alright tomorrow. After 8 days it still didnt work.
No matter what time, nobody was at the frontdesk, you have to call and waiting till finally somebody get up from the back where they was talking about other people , no go.
This hotel needs another managemnt with people who really wants wo work.
And all this for a unrealistic price and under the name of Hilton.

We had traveled 8 hours and arrived around 9PM. We went to bed almost as soon as we arrived! The mattress was terrible. I woke up at 4AM and my back was killing me. Also in the morning my husband was ready to take a shower and THE SHOWER WAS BROKEN. THE KNOB TO TURN IT ON WAS BROKE OFF. We called the desk and they sent a maintenance man who arrived about 20 minutes later and he told us it was unfixable for the morning. That it was a BIG JOB AND WOULD TAKE SEVERAL HOURS TO FIX! THAT ROOM SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO US! WE WERE UNABLE TO SHOWER AND WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER I WAS TOLD SHE SAID WE WOULD BE GIVEN POINTS ON OUR HILTON HONORS ACCOUNT! I told the front desk woman I DID NOT WANT POINTS, I WANTED A REFUND OR AT LEAST 50% OF THE $$$ BACK SINCE WE WERE UNABLE TO SHOWER! I WAS TOLD TO WRITE AN EMAIL OR DEAL WITH BOOKING.COM TO SECURE MY MONEY BACK! THIS ROOM WAS NOT FIT TO BE RESERVED FOR THE NIGHT! I WILL BE WRITING TO BOTH BOOKING.COM AND TO THE ESTABLISHMENT AND WILL NOT STOP UNTIL MY MONEY IS REFUNDED!!!!!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location in Midtown is easily accessible from all parts of Savannah. The bed was comfortable and I really liked the blackout blinds for a great night's rest. Well lit parking lot. In between 2 chain grocery stores and near shopping and restaurants.
Could not get extra pillows or exchange the blanket in my room since it was stiff and had a rough texture and the pillows for the pull out couch did not have pillow cases on them. Front desk clerk on the night shift said they had no extras to provide. Asked for cleaning of room after 5 days but then was told I needed to give 24 hour notice since I had turned down the service on Day 4 which is the "standard" timeframe for full cleaning if staying more than the 4 days. Was told they had no extra linens so couldn't get pillow case when pillow in room was missing one. I could not figure out how to work the office chair in the room so maintenance raised it but I have no idea how. The counters and roll out table are too high for use of the chair even when raised up. Kitchenette is advertised but there is not a stovetop- includes dishwasher, not full size but not mini fridge and a microwave. Most kitchen essentials were provided. For extended stay hotel, was surprised they didn't have an extra HDMI cord to borrow for electronics I brought for work but forgot the cord. They used a lot of carpet powder freshner on the carpets in parking level and in hallways and I developed headaches due to the excessive and overpowering smell. Parking garage level under hotel is a nice feature but very difficult to park any vehicle bigger than a 4 door sedan due to the beam structures in the garage.

I did not get to experience it because they cancelled my room without a phone call or anything. They also charged my card. I showed up to find out my room was cancelled. I’ve never known anyone to do anything like that. I can see if I had not shown up at all that day and they cancelled and also charged.
There was no manager and I still have not been contacted. I will be calling and complaining.

I love the lobby area because us was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the room. It was comfortable. The pillows were nice, big window for natural light, plenty of storage and perfect kitchen. The security of the elevator gave me peace.
Can you believe no cane to clean our room, empty the trash or bring towels for TWO DAYS! When we called front desk Friday night —- no answer!

The room was very clean with comfortable beds, pillows could use to be replaced. The bus stop is right outside at the hotel, and it took us directly downtown, very convenient.
The walls are very thin, and our neighbors were very loud. We tried to get tea in the early evening, and they had none left.

Lobby was clean
There were several encounters that made this stay subpar at best. Clogged drains. Moldy pillows and bed. Zero towels to use in addition to the ones we needed FOR TWO DAYS IN A ROW. Worst of all the onsite manager was never around to speak to and it took over 5 exchanges in communication to finally get her to answer our call.

I was charged for cancelling my reservation. I never requested to cancel the reservation. I called the property with a question about if I would be charged if I changed the reservations date. I received an email stating that I cannot change the date and stated that if I canceled that I would be charged. As a result, I did not cancel. When I arrived at the hotel location, I was told that the reservation was cancelled and that I would be charged. I called Booking and was told that the reservation was not cancelled on their end. I was told that it is up to the hotel to refund my money. I am upset that I have been charged $161.00 for no reason. I did not cancel the reservation. As a result, I would not recommend this hotel.

I liked they have women hygiene stuff in the bathroom. Also I loved black out curtains in the room, let us sleep till late.

Although don't usually stay at hotels that allow pets, it was clean, I didn't smell or hear any barking from any of the dogs.
There was oy one working elevator. After read other reviews apparently it has been down for a while so it was a bit of a wait to get on an elevator at times.
