This townhouse is so clean and luxuriously furnished, with all the equipment you would only normally find in a “home from home”. It is also so efficiently managed by the always helpful and attentive managers, Emma and Mike.

Faultless, one of the best properties we have stayed in. Mike was fantastic, the welcome pack was really appreciated and the accommodation had everything we needed and more. Perfect for families, spotlessly clean and the decor was beautiful. Can't wait to come back here again.

We stayed at this property for a long weekend in May for our wedding anniversary and I have to say we had a wonderful time, Mike was amazing, helpful and friendly with some great tips on where to eat and helped us sort our covid tests out for travelling home, house was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed with the added bonus of filtered fridge water! The photos of this place don't do it justice it was so much better in the flesh! We will be back again as soon as we can! Thank you 😊

The house is spacious, nicely decorated and generally well equipped. Everything appears as advertised. The pool area is lovely and the roof top terrace offers great views over Carvoeiro, which we really liked as base for an Algarve holiday. Nevertheless for a top class appartment (with top class prices), some things need improvement: One bed matress has a whole in it, this definetily needs to be changed. The kitchen front comes off at several places. The entrance door to the pool area did not always work properly, so one needed to improvise. And almost every 2nd day, gardening or construction workers being noisy from 7 or 8 AM on. Once those things mentioned will be improved, this house is definetily recommendable, without those improvements, it does not fully fulfill top class standard for top class pricing.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa Branca. It was spotlessly clean, lovely large fully equipped kitchen and open concept living area. Roof to Terrace provides expansive views of the village and ocean. The only drawback was the very steep climb to reach the villa. It became easier after several times walking it. We highly recommend this property. Bring woolly socks as the floors are cold in February.

This is a high quality modern town house in Carvoeiro which is centrally located in the Algarve. There is a large patio on the top with a beautiful 360 degree view. An access to a swimming pool in the front of the unit is also available. If you expect to visit this beautiful area of Portugal, this property should certainly be considered. JC Roy & D Levesque

Wir konnten in dem Townhouse von Scott einen wunderschönen Urlaub genießen. Das Haus liegt oberhalb der Altstadt von Carvoeiro mit tollem Blick über die Stadt und aufs Meer von der Dachterasse aus. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und enthielt alles notwendige. Der sehr schöne Pool spendete Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Die Stadt, der Strand und sehr viele gute Restaurants waren fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Erkundung der schönen Umgebung und den weiteren Urlaubsorten der Algarve ist ein Mietwagen ein muss, den man sehr günstig direkt ab Flughafen mieten kann (Vorabbuchung aus Deutschland ist empfehlendswert).

We are just home after renting this property last week. It is immaculate and has a really high spec. Dealing with Scott and Kylie (owners) was pain free. No query went unanswered and responses were received within 30 mins. Also Mike and Emma (property managers) were great and were there to met us on our arrival to show us around. Again nothing was too much trouble for them. The welcome pack was greatly appreciated and a nice touch. We absolutely loved the villa and the use of the pool - which we practically had to ourselves - was brilliant. It is plain to see this property is really well looked after. I am so glad we found it on the website. Our airport transfers were arranged through Scott and Kylie and the cost was actually cheaper than booking them ourselves. This is our first experience of booking a villa and it was stress free at every step. We can't wait to go back.

Scott was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the booking procedure and his restaurant recommendations are well worth taking into account. They also answered any questions we had during our stay and were also fantastic.As for the villa itself, we’ll where to start. It’s just wonderful. Set up high from the centre of Carvoeiro, the views from the rooftop terrace are beautiful. It’s peaceful and a fab place to sit & watch the sun go down, if you’re not out in the town. The rooms are huge, very well equipped, both with an en-suite and the bigger of the two rooms enjoying a balcony that overlooks the pool. The downstairs kitchen has been opened up into the living area (I know this as I looked at other properties on the same stretch when looking for places to stay) and it really does make it a great place for the whole family. We made the most of the TV package in the days we were at the villa, after enjoying our lunch on the balcony outside the kitchen & lounge, when the sun was just a bit too strong for us fair haired brits and it was just lovely to sit and chill. The pool area was very clean, the pool was never too crowded and by 4pm we generally had the pool area to ourselves, or us and one other family.Our 10 days have absolutely flown by. The walk up the hill was never an issue for us, if anything it made a great excuse for an ice cream from town - like an excuse is needed. There’s everything you need and more in the villa, with a fabulous kitchen, very smart and new bathroom, extremely comfortable beds, air con that is quiet enough to fall asleep, a variety of coffee machines and a fridge that dispenses ice cubes and cold water. You’ve certainly set the bar very high for our next rentals, either that or we’ll just have to continue to come here.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in August 2018. The house is beautiful. This property is on the very end and is finished to a very high standard. There is a small carpark just outside the villas. It was a little confusing to find but we printed out Google maps beforehand which was very helpful. We were met at the house by Mike and his wife who had lived in the area for several years so they had a lot of info and answered all out queries. The best parts of the property are the terrace which overlooks the pool, the furniture is so comfy and a lovely sun spot, especially when the kids wanted some time inside the house and we still wanted to be outside. There's a small balcony outside the master bedroom too which was also great to sit at with a drink. The pool is a great size and can only be used by local residents. The only annoying thing was that several people got up extremely early and reserved their sun loungers which is so frustrating. There is a roof terrace with a bbq and again great furniture and bean bags, we actually brought a little paddling pool with us and filled this up there so our toddler could play under the umbrella. The walk into town is approx 10 mins. It's hilly though so had to be careful. Several of the restaurants you do need to book in advance tho during peak hours. We would definitely go back to this property in the future.

We were met at the house by Mike who was very helpful. The house was very clean and spacious and the facilities were excellent. Especially the fridge freezer. Roof terrace was secluded with lovely view's of the sea and local area. Would definitely stay again.

The town house was spacious, extraordinarily well equipped and in a fabulous location. Everything was well organised. Mike, the Villa Manager, was very helpful when he checked us in and have us some great tips for what to do in the area and fabulous places to eat (go to Happy’s for great food and service). The rooms were large and bright and the kitchen had everything you needed to make a meal if you wish to cater for yourself. Having the roof terrace was a great bonus but the pool was brilliant so we spent a lot of time there, having almost exclusive use of it in our 6 day stay. It was clean, well maintained and the pool furniture was new and very comfortable. It is a short walk down into town and the beautiful beach, or to the Algor Seco cliffs and boardwalk. Walking back involves a hill or steps but nothing that you can’t easily manage, even after a few beers in one of the bars. For the 4 of us it was the perfect place to stay and we will certainly book again.

Fantastic villa in a perfect location, short walk down into the beautiful Carvoeiro, slightly longer back as all uphill! The villa has everything you would need for a perfect holiday, the roof terrace with its stunning views was my favourite place to relax, Very peaceful! The master bedroom bed was kingsize and comfortable, which is a must for the perfect holiday! Carvoeiro and this villa is now my new favourite place to go, we will be back!

We have stayed in abroad in rental properties on several occasions... but this was the best... by far. When we arrived (late) Mike was there to greet us and show us around. The place was spotlessly ciean, well appointed, great weekly housekeeping... no complaints whatsoever. We would definitely recommend this property. Excellent TV package including up to date films, sport...great for family visits.

The villa was lovely and well equipped. The double bedroom and newly fitted en-suite bathroom were exceptional. The twin bedroom and shower room was adequate. As we were there in January we struggled to get warm especially in the cool evenings. The kitchen is well equipped and the lounge and dining areas quite comfortable. We loved the tv package to entertain in the evening. We would certainly recommend this villa and the surrounding area is beautiful. We would go again!

well what can i say about the excellent villa, this is the 2nd time i have stopped there and i loved every thing about it , its fantastic, the villa is top notch and loacted in just the right spot and the town is stunning as is the beach defo recommend it to anyone who is thinking of a relaxing hoilday

Generally well equiped to a high standard but some of the furnishings are starting toook shabby. Issues for us were lack of shade on the roof terrace, very shabby bean bags (the storage cupboard on the roof was very dirty), air con in the bedrooms was inadequate given the very high temps. The units were set so that we could not get the temp down below 24C.

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing villa. We are a family of 4 with two children (8 and 2 years old). The villa was beautiful with everything we could possibly need. Great location within walking distance of town and beach. The pool was brilliant and clean. One of the best holidays we have had. Thank you for our amazing stay.

This is wonderfully presented comfortable accommodation, so well managed by the very attentive and reliable Mike. The location is ideal for some excellent restaurants within walking distance. Carvoeiro is our favourite resort in The Algarve and this Town House is now our favoured accommodation.

We are delighted to write this review for Scott and Kylie. Their home is beautiful and very comfortable, they have made some impressive improvements - especially the kitchen which is now open plan with the lounge/diner - fantastic area. The TV package is excellent and includes every channel (entertainment/music/sport) you could wish for. The wifi is brilliant and accessible all over the house - even on the roof terrace. Very comfy beds with lovely linens. Furnishings throughout the house are very tasteful. Emma and Mike (house Managers) meet you on arrival and are always on hand if needed. Carvoeiro is a beautiful fishing village that we have been visiting for 23 years. The villa is a short walk into town and beach. We would thoroughly recommend Casa Branca and we look forward to our next stay in Seotember.

We just returned from our vacation to Carvoeiro. The townhouse was fantastic.Exactly as seen in the photos. It was comfortable, spacious and clean. Plenty of room for four adults. The roof top terrace provided us with fantastic views. The terrace on the first floor has a view of the pool and was a great place to enjoy some wine in the afternoon. It is a quick walk to town and the beach. Prior to check in we were provided with recommendations for restaurants in the area. We had dinner at a few and they were really great. We were greeted by Mike Carr who gave us our keys. He was very helpful and friendly. Our time in Carvoeiro was the best part of our vacation. We would highly recommend it.

Great property in a lovely location for walking into the town. Just 5 minutes down the hill to the town centre. The house itself had everything we needed, with a good kitchen, good WiFi and tv, massive fridge and freezer - a home from home. Lots of room for all of us in the house, with a pull out bed used in the twin bed bedroom. Pool (not heated) was fine, but the weather was a bit too cold for us to use it. Would highly recommend the property. Great house and cracking location. Owner very helpful prior to our visit and the house manager also very helpful during our visit.
