We love this condo. So nice to be on the bottom floor with easy access for the kids to play on the grass or in the pool. We loved getting to see the bunnies and turtles! We even had a turtle come visit us on the patio one afternoon!

The condo is exactly as it appears in the pictures but the outside pics don’t give the space justice. There is a nice green lawn area with beautiful scenery and wildlife. The kids enjoyed the space to play catch and run around. Access to both pools is just yards away along with the boardwalk to the beach.

Hands down the best condo for my family. Being on the first floor put us right at the pool and boardwalk to the beach. The condo was clean, updated and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We will be back next year!

Condo was very well maintained. Great for myself, my husband and two teenage boys. The setup gave the kids privacy (and their own bathroom) and also gave my husband and I privacy too. Perfect location right next to the pool and walkway to beach. Great walkout patios to relax and watch the sunset. Property manager/owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Rented this unit another time. Reserved it for my son, his wife and young children. It is perfect for a young family. Ground floor near the pool yet has a view. Recommend!

The location of this condo on the property is perfect! 1st floor, right by the beach boardwalk and next to the pool. Clean, comfortable, PERFECT!

The property is exactly as pictured -even better! Steps to the pool and beach added to the stay. So clean and well-appointed. Everything we needed was here including beach chairs. What a perfect stay in Amelia Island. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The property looked exactly like the pictures! Very comfortable and bright and sunny! Had a decent view of the ocean, even from the first floor! We would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous condo. Located on the first floor, the beach and pool are just steps away, as is a grassy area that was perfect for our young kids to run around on. The unit itself was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our family of four. Communications with the property manager were clear and prompt. Highly recommend this great spot!

Needs a very good cleaning with bleach. Updating seems to have been done by an amateur. Dated and had a dinghy smell.

This condo has it all; perfect place to celebrate our 45th Anniversary. A choice of 2 patios (1 with table and chairs) to kick back and enjoy your coffee while watching the sun rise or listen to the ocean while reading. The condo is beautifully decorated and quite comfortable. Location is just several steps away from boardwalk leading down to beach. The views from the condo are absolutely stunning. King bed in master bedroom is very comfortable. Amy is very easy to work with, responding quickly to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent experience!

Amelia Surf and Racquet Club is our regular destination. This ground floor unit is the perfect location and has a nice view of the sea. The agent was more than accommodating. Recommend!

Property and surroundings are beautiful - the trees form canopies over the road,; green, grounds are very well kept. Only problem had to do with a rather complicated access system .There is a gate that must go up so one can drive onto the grounds. Most people have a key or code system. This condo starts by access with one’s phone. Fortunately, There is an emergency button which is the salvation

Great place for a great vacation

This was the best condo we have ever been in.Everything was better than it was listed. The condo was beautiful, very clean, easy access to beach and pool, beach was great and not crowded. Everything you need was there. We loved our stay and hope to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It is well-maintained and exactly as it was depicted in the listing. We have been to the surf and racquet several times before. Our property contact (Amy Murphy ) was extremely helpful and very responsive to to me when I contacted her with an issue about the general complex. I would definitely stay at this unit in the future.

Cannot say enough good things about this unit. My husband and I stayed for a week with our two children (ages 4 and 1). We chose a first-floor unit because we didn't want to navigate stairs/elevators, and we assumed we might sacrifice some of the views/privacy that a higher floor might offer. But that was not the case at all!! This unit is *perfectly* situated — very private, a direct view of the ocean, with essentially our own backyard for the kids to run around in. The pool is literally 20 steps away, but it's situated off to the side so it doesn't block your view, noise isn't an issue, etc. And you're about 10 steps from the walkway down to the beach. Aside from the location — the unit itself is great. The kitchen is very small (like most of the units at the Surf & Racquet Club), but we still had everything we needed to cook meals. Having the washer/dryer right there is also great with two kids. The master bed was unbelievably comfortable. All of the units are a little older, so some of the fixtures (e.g. bath/shower) are a bit dated — but again, everything work perfectly. Communication with the owners was very prompt — they really went above and beyond. (In the chaos of packing up and getting everyone out the door as we were leaving for the week, I left a drawer of clothes behind. I contacted Amy and she immediately coordinated to have them sent back to me.) We're so happy we've finally found a place we can come back to again and again! Already planning our next trip.

This condo was perfect for us!! The views were wonderful!! Just a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach! Beautiful sunrises!! The beds were comfortable and the condo was remodeled nicely! Thanks so much! We’ll be back!

The condo was beautiful and in a perfect location. Our daughter is in a motorized wheelchair and she could easily get in, around and out of the condo with no problems. Property management was awesome! We will absolutely be back!!
