Nicely appointed, convenient to restaurants, and a quiet location! Loved Bentonville and will book again when we return.

Great little house very convenient to the town center. Perfect for 2 couples. My two teens didn’t want to share a queen bed so one of them slept on the couch which was fine. The only real negative for cyclists was there is no garage or good place to keep your bike other than the front porch. And the backyard gate was locked. The only other criticism is the check in instructions weren’t sent until late the morning of the trip which is unnecessary last minute info for those traveling from out of state. Would have been better to get this 24 hours in advance at least.

We chose the home based on distance to eating and shopping. You couldn't walk due to lack of sidewalks and street lights. After eating we looked forward to coming back to enjoy the fireplace very disappointed it wasn't working. So we decided to go back to the bed and watch a movie. That TV didn't work. After an hour of trying we messaged the host and she did offer to be there in 30 minutes to try and fix it but we had given up by then. The house wasn't crisp or pristine with a few small holes and rough finishes. The barking dog and no shades on the bedroom window made for an early exit in the morning.. I've stayed in other places where they go the extra mile and I just didn't feel that this time.

Located in a quiet part of town and close to everything. Great for a small family and has a big yard in back. Nicely furnished with modern appliances. We felt at home during our weeks stay.

This was a great spot for a quick getaway for the Labor Day weekend. The house was very cozy and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was amazing!!! The owners were very quick to respond, and we appreciated their hospitality.

The house is cute and well-appointed. Don’t expect to walk to the square. There are no sidewalks and it’s farther than you think. We found everything we needed except bathroom products (shampoo, bath soap), so bring some with you in case it is standard and not just an oversight. Thoroughly clean and comfy furnishings. We would stay again for sure.

We spent 1 night here for a mini getaway to do some hiking in the area. The house was thoughtfully appointed and the property manager was a great communicator with lightning fast responses. I would definitely recommend!!

We went to Bentonville with our two young kids to enjoy crystal bridges and some hiking. This house was a perfect central location. The hosts are quick to respond to messages and as accommodating as they can be. The house is very clean and cozy.

Great place to stage a mountain bike trip to Bentonville. Located down street from coffee shop and brewery. Just a few blocks from town square. House was well appointed and very clean.
