We really enjoyed the simplicity of the check-in, and the checkout. The house was in wonderful condition, with all the kitchen amenities we needed. The TV was easy to turn on and get to a channel. The beds were comfortable. The yard was huge, and I appreciated that for my dog and allowed time listening to the pine trees, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Very nice neighbors.

The Cozy Cottage was the perfect spot for us to beat the PHX heat for a long weekend. We brought our dogs who enjoyed the large, fenced in yard and quick walk to the lake. We enjoyed being able to drink coffee in the morning in the front of the house and eat our meals outside in the back of the house. We would definitely stay here again! The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed the games available! The host was super responsive. Definitely recommend.

The cabin was clean on the inside, however the outside area was filthy!

Everything was as listed and checking in was super easy. Had everything we needed. Also, host offered earlier check-in without us even asking!

Quaint little cabin located by the lake.

We booked this home to stay near my in-laws, so we were super excited to stay here . Unfortunately the first night my husband went to shower and the shower head broke .. I then went to take a bath and the water never got hot.. so now we are in 20 degree weather with no hot water and no shower head .. We had to go back and forth to my in laws which made the experience the worst and felt like it was a waste of money..

The cottage was cozy and had a great yard for family & our pups loved it.

Very good property with a fenced yard for our pups as advertised on Vrbo. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to family urgency. We contacted the property manager who immediately refunded the days we were unfortunately unable to stay. Vrbo is and has been our go to for great properties to rent!

The house was perfect for my husband and two dogs. We closed off the other bedroom, so we did not have to clean up dog hair. The house was totally fenced in not like others we rented that said they were. The grill was clean, the backyard was clean, and the house had every amenity. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute place, not quite as depicted but cozy with nice fenced yard for our dog. Nicely stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking/eating/drinking utensils. House was clean but lacking some bathroom towels and washcloths. Back deck was very nice, unfortunately the deck and furnishings were not cleaned. Table and Chair cushions not clean. I spent quite a bit of time making it useable. It was disappointing that turnover and preparation did not include a thorough inventory and preparation. There were some awkward texts with the property manager and we chose to leave 2 nights early. This was an anniversary get away, disappointing

This is in a great location to 3 lakes if you like to fish. The property is very cute, clean, well equipped and just as described. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a nice property. Very clean. Nice furniture, beautiful decks and a wonderful large fenced in yard. There were only 2 issues I noticed. The first is that the lock box is very difficult to use. And the biggest issue is that air conditioning really would have been nice. With things getting warmer-it was very uncomfortable inside at times. There were lots of fans. But if I owned this property I would put in at least some window units. I would never rent this property again in the summer-due to this. Thanks

If you want to be able to get away from everybody this is not the place for you however this neighborhood is pretty quiet. This place is very nice. The only thing we didn't care for is turning on the A/C, it really didn't cool and it smelled like bug spray and a little musty.

The stay was awesome! The rental was close to the lake and was perfect for bringing our pups with us! Big yard for them to run around in, and the house had everything we needed. Will stay here again!

The property was what we expected. The manager helped with 1 issue competently and quickly. Though the house has several ceiling fans and a tower fan, it heated up a lot in the late afternoon and did not cool enough to sleep comfortably. We left the windows open and the fans on all night. It was in the 80’s during the day and the 60’s at night. I would suggest a whole house fan would exchange the air better and make the house safer at night as the windows would only need to be open a small amount. The parking, water pressure, and fenced yard were excellent. The pet policy and full size laundry were a plus. The wifi was adequate for working online. The house was close to everything in Pinetop and Show Low. Overall it was a nice place to stay short term.

The property was clean and maintained, Lisa answered my questions in a timely manner. House was cozy and clean, we had everything needed to stay. Neighbors were friendly. Would definitely stay there again and recommend staying there also.

Our family absolutely loved our stay here. We had our two doggos and the completely fenced yard was perfect for them to run around and be free. The beds were awesome we all slept great. The bathroom is beautiful with plenty of room for the four of us. Thanks for renting out your property - we will definitely come stay here again!

We loved our stay. House was was cozy feeling and cleans and felt comfortable and relaxing. Yard was big and our dogs loved having space to run. We’ll definitely be recommending this house to our family and friends.

The cottage is lovely. Had everything we needed and we so enjoyed the quiet and tranquility of hanging out on the back deck. Our pups had a great time exploring! We'll book again!!

Grass needed to be cut … coffee maker broke… front stairs were sloped … outdoor furniture was filthy …(took an hour to wipe down) … No grab bars in bathtub or mat in tub(very slippery)… dust mop in back hall was disgustingly dirty … back deck paint peeling off and got tracked into house … constantly mopping up with dirty dust mop… pellet stove did not work … neighborhood was ok but houses around were very run down …. Needs a better upkeep and to be checked for cleanliness … we washed everything before using it and vacuumed and mopped before we left And WE LEFT A DAY EARLY…

We loved everything about the property. And are counting down the days until our next winter escape.

We had a lovely stay and the house was clean and well appointed. Our dogs loved running around in the fenced-in yard, and the location was residential but close to nearby restaurants and a gas station. The only issue was that the Dish service when down due to heavy snow, and there was no Amazon Fire Stick as advertised so we didn't have much in the way of digital entertainment.

We enjoyed the cozy cabin and we’re lucky to have enjoy snow.
