The house was fantastic, beautifully clean snd well cared for. Used the spa and outdoor area much more than we thought! Very relaxing, Gil & Mike were great hosts! Would highly recommend this home:) loved the linens and towels!!

This beautiful house makes you feel at home. Its conveniently located near supermarkets, coffee shops and beaches are nearby too. Fully furnished with all necessary amenities and appliances. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spotless and spacious, equipped with everything you might need. Outdoor seating was nice and comfortable with an amazing hot tub/plunge pool. Gillian was very responsive and is a superb host. All in all, a wonderful place that I'll highly recommend to others.

The house is perfect for a family holiday. Our 2 year old granddaughter had plenty to keep her occupied inside and out. Really well equipped for children of all ages. The dog was safe in the back yard and settled really well. Easy to get into Semaphore and get the train into the centre of Adelaide. The pool was a great bonus and we’ll used. We did cook but also took full advantage of a good range of restaurants and cafes In walking distance. Highly recommended and looking forward to coming back again.

Semaphore Sea Breeze is a beautifully presented and extremely well appointed holiday property. There were plenty of bedrooms (and beds) for our group to choose from, the luxury of 2 full bathrooms and a very comfortable and considered lounge area. The beautiful building has been updated with superb triple glaze windows helping keep the entire house lovely and cool across the week of hot weather we had (a heating and cooling system is also available but we didn't need it the house was so lovely) The swim spa was brilliant and it was used every day as was the outdoor alfresco area. The kitchen has just about everything you could think you need and the popcorn machine was an absolute hit with the kids! Gill and Mike are loveliest of hosts and we plan to re-book this property for our next Adelaide trip. Highly recommend Semaphore Sea Breeze!

The house is so comfortable and has so much to offer in and around. We were stuck in the house for a day due to rain but really enjoyed with books, DVD’s and board games provided. Thank you and sure to come back

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Gill and Mike couldn't have been more accommodating or straight forward. The location is amazing, just a five minute stroll to the beach. The hot tub was amazing, kids loved it. House is exactly as you'd hope and very well equipped.

We had a great stay. The place was very large and comfortable and close to all amenities. As oldies we did not use the spa much but it was a great setup.

Great location. Short walk to beach and shops. Very good restaurants nearby. Everything you could need is provided from linens to beach towels and a lovely gift basket on arrival. We had a great time and will definitely keep in mind for future stays.

This property is amazing and so well suited to a stay with children. The number of toys surpasses a Toys"R"Us shop! Fabulous. Kids cubby house outside. Kids kitchen inside. Netflix for kids shows like Bluey and Shaun the Sheep. Lovely food touches with cheese, wine, and essentials. Fabulous very large spa pool. Really comfy beds. 5 star. Easy walk to shopping precicnt on Semaphore Road.

We loved this property. Plenty of space, super comfortable beds, kids welcomed and catered for nicely and the communication with the host was superb.

Seabreeze is a beautiful heritage home with lots of space to spread out. My three sisters and I had a bedroom each with comfy beds and linen. Two great bathrooms, one with a combo washer and dryer. Huge loungeroom, eat in kitchen and big hot spa tub out the back. One block from shopping strip with cafes, shops and the beach. Gillian was a great host and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this property, it has everything for a relaxing getaway.

What an amazing property! Wonderful owners who were only too happy to help. Everyone was catered for from the smallest to oldest. A rare treat with all the pantry items and amount of crockery and cutlery. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Seabreeze. Nice clean property, plenty of space for the entire family, the kids especially loved the swim spa, only suggestion would be to put up some shade for that area. Overall we had a great relaxing stay.

This is the second time at this property, beautiful home, everything you need and close to the beach or shops.

Very well organised, equipped to a full capacity . Close to all including the beach , main strip where shops and restaurants are . Only downfall was listed as a property with amenities including pool when it’s a spa and is misleading as looks a lot larger in photos and then listed as if it has both pool & spa which isn’t the case , other then that overall very nice place to stay .

From the moment we entered the property we felt relaxed and at home. Everything has been well thought out and we wanted for nothing. The hosts were very generous and we could see that they truly wanted us to enjoy their property. The beds were amazingly comfortable, large lounge with comfy seating! The Spa was amazing and the kids loved it! This house has been our first holiday rental with no disappointments at all. So close to beach and restaurants also. We feel we picked the best location to explore Adelaide. We loved it!

Semaphore Sea Breeze is the perfect place to relax! If it’s too cold for the beach then jump in the plunge pool/spa! A generous breakfast was provided for the first day. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable and linen was provided making it easy! Walking distance to shops, eateries and the beach. Thanks for the tip about the seals! Thank you to the owners for being so accommodating and friendly. We will be back again!

Beautiful home in a great location. Family highlight was the heated swim spa and child friendly (cubby house and kid games and toys). Highly recommended for your next holiday.
