We stayed in this home after my daughter was released after surgery. This home and it’s amenities made it so easy to care for her. We were able to easily get a great bite to eat, go for a walk on the beach, rest in a comfy bed and be brought back to life by an amazing shower. Highly recommend the home and its attentive owners. We rented for the weekend and our two daughters and their young families visited on different nights. Colleen is a fabulous communicator and has equipped this property with everything you would need or want. It felt like home.we enjoyed being steps from the beach and the sand/ocean being very young child friendly (children under 5) yummy coffee shop steps away as is the bay. We will definitely want to visit again.

Great location, only steps to the beach. A very nice spacious house, meticulously clean. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked. We were easily able to have our Thanksgiving here. Colleen was very responsive and the check-in/check-out was extremely easy. There was a bottle of wine and a little panettone waiting for us upon our arrival. What a welcoming gesture! Such a convenient location. It was also wonderful to have a host who thought of the small things. Being able to have a cup of tea upon arrival and a cup of coffee in the morning while getting ready was a dream. Colleen, the owner, was responsive and patiently answered my questions even though I probably should have been able to figure it out the answer myself. Would definitely recommend and I would love to have the opportunity to stay there again.

This hood is perfectly situated just steps from the beach and close to so many restaurants, shops and even the airport! Colleen was so helpful and the check-in/check-out process was super easy! Everything was well labeled and the views from the deck were amazing!!

The place felt like a mini mansion, we loved it here and would go back for the house itself. The location was as good as it gets, its the perfect spot to explore mission beach and there is so much to do within a short walk or bike ride that you could never be bored.

The property was as described and with every amenity we could ask for and more. Colleen was very responsive to queries which was reassuring.

This is our second summer back in a row, and we still believe this is the absolute best location on Mission Beach! The property is amazing. We love dining on the rooftop patio and being so close to the beach. Colleen is a wonderful and responsive host. We are looking forward to coming back again!

The beach is so close and not crowded at all. 2 markets close by. You can also see the fireworks from SeaWorld at night.

This was by far the best staycation. Colleen made everything so easy! The house was clean, well stocked & supplied with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Absolutely amazing!

We had a great stay and would recommend the property to others. The unit is comfortable, clean, and has everything you could reasonably expect in a vacation home. The kitchen is well-stocked, with modern appliances. The showers have remarkable water pressure. There are smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Beds and couches are not the most comfortable but are perfectly fine. The unit is very well- located between the bay and the ocean, both are actually visible from the apartment! Within a two minute walk is a convenience store, and delicious Mexican food. Belmont Park is a 10 minute walk down the beach. We enjoyed having the roof desk and the BBQ grill worked well. If bringing a car, the smaller the better - the garage itself is reasonably sized but there is not a lot of room to maneuver getting in and out. We had a mid-sized SUV and were fine. Overall, we would certainly stay again and recommend it highly.

I met two of my adult children here and my teen daughter for a long weekend. There was so much to do and the host provided for our beach experience fully. It was apacious and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We will definitely be back!

The property is only a block from the beach, there are multiple options for food within 0-1mile from the property. Colleen was super easy to work with and everything in the house was very well maintained and supplied.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Had everything we needed and we literally couldn't think of anything else to add. The bikes were a little worn but worked well to ride up and down the boardwalk. The beach chairs and toys were very helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable with good pillows. No loud neighbors.

I have typically rented north of Belmont Park. This neighborhood in south mission beach is awesome. Very quiet and friendly. Colleen is a gracious host and the house is top notch. Our goal this trip was an awesome patio and this house delivers. Great lounge chairs too.

The home is a short walk to the beach and Belmont park. There’s a little convenience store nearby as well. The home has plenty of beach toys and chairs. We absolutely loved our stay!

At first, I wasn't sure exactly where this rental was located in Mission Beach. Once we arrived, what a great location! Perfect location: walking distance to the ocean beach, walking distance to Mission Bay beach, & walking distance to Belmont Park. Great local places to eat nearby. With a family of 5, it was spacious for everyone to have their space. The neighborhood was quiet, so we could relax & unwind. Last, but not least, the host Colleen was fantastic! She was great at communicating before we arrived until we left. She provides many extras to help make your stay feel like home. We will definitely keep this place in mind to stay again!

The location of Colleen’s place couldn’t be better. Steps to the beach and boardwalk. Loved walking to the bay, restaurants, coffee houses and more. My favorite spot was the roof top deck. Thanks Colleen!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here! Not only is this home beautiful and comfortable, this is the best location on Mission Beach. You are just steps to the Ocean, steps to restaurants, and conveniently located near so many attractions. We loved spending time at the beach, walking the boardwalk and then grabbing dinner and eating on the private rooftop patio. There is just so much to do. We even had a bonfire on the beach by Beach and Bay Bonfires. Colleen is a wonderful host. We all can’t wait to go back!
