We stayed at the Faro de Mita with our parents and our two small children ages 2 and 5. The condo was immaculate and well laid out. Lots of space for relaxing and had a beautiful, large balcony setup for both dining and relaxing. The pool at the site is beautiful with a waterfall feature going into a shallow kids pool. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby though, they are quite expensive (cheaper as you steer away from the main area). The beach is a 2 minute walk from the condo however it is quite Rocky and not great for kids. There were a number of people out surfing though but we did not get the chance to get out! we did take a boat ride out to Marietas island and saw a number of humpback whales (we spotted some from our balcony as well!) We also went up to Sayulita on two occasions which is a short 30 minute drive north. Fun, touristy but worth going! Overall, the town is quiet but beautiful and the rental property was great for our family. Would recommend.

Our family of six really enjoyed our stay at this spacious and modern condo. Kids loved the pool, beach was a short and easy walk down the path. Restaurants were also conveniently down the hill. I loved that we could walk everywhere. Groceries easy to come by too down the street. Loved the patio ocean views. Can’t think of anything else we’d ask for. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at Foro de Mita. The unit was spacious and the balcony had decent views of the ocean surf. We did experience a lot of family’s with infants and based on all balcony’s facing the pool we heard your typical infant noise. Outside of that there was easy access to beaches and restaurants. I would not rent a car as the rates are good but the insurance is a scam. Way expensive. Some of the police are also corrupt and pull you over and ticket you when you are following the law. They take your license and tell you that you need to go to the station to pickup and pay fine. That didn’t work so he accepted a 3000 peso bribe which is agsinst the law. Way to welcome us to Punta Mita Carlos if that is even your name.

Third time staying at this condo. Enjoyed everything and plan on staying again. Grounds keep up very well and nice size pool. Having Abraham taking care of us is a bonus!!

Accommodations were great and the people were amazing.

We loved staying at Faro de Mita 207. The condo is beautiful and so well stocked you could probably stay there for a month and not need anything. Our concierge, Alan, was very helpful throughout our entire stay. The pool is beautiful and relaxing with absolutely excellent lounges and umbrellas. The water was VERY warm BUT we were there in June so not unexpected. There are a lot of restaurants very close with a wide range in prices (especially for the coast). If you're looking for crashing surf and sandy beaches this may not be for you because it's located on the "bay" side of the point. Not being "beach" people it was perfect for us. I would rate it a 5 star plus!!

We loved our stay in Punta Mita. The location was perfect and the accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The balcony was one of the largest in the complex and overlooking the ocean. We would return to this unit for sure!

Great unit. Beautiful view. Two real bedrooms, and bunk beds in a third room. Great layout and furniture. Nice beds. Nice TVs. All the dishes and cookware you’ll need.

The condo had a great view of El Anclote surf break with easy access to the beach. Condo had lots of room and was setup nicely. Restaurants and shops just a short walk out the door. One of the most relaxing vacations we have had!

The Condo is very well appointed with a beautiful view. Super peaceful and the pool is big, clean and gorgeous. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood and the beaches are very nice. It was great to have beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach bag and plenty of towels!

Would and will stay again. Abraham went over the top on taking care of our wants and needs. .Liz was perfect in taking care of the condo . Thanks again to everyone!! Oh by the way when we pick a condo that use concierge by the bay we know we will be taken care!!!❤️

Absolutely gorgeous condo/apartment unit with an outlooking view that is outstanding over pool area, beach and sea complete with palm trees. Hadn’t been to Punta de Mita before so had no idea what to expect and we haven’t been disappointed. Great restaurants, cafes at reasonable prices which is pleasant as some parts of this coast can be very expensive. All round great trip and we would well come back here if we have the chance.

The property had a great pool for the kids and we loved how all of the restaurants are within 2 to 5 mins walk! Fun stay!

We have stayed in a number of rental properties in the Riviera Nayarit, and this was by some distance the most attractive and comfortable. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and tastefully furnished. The air conditioning not only works but is amazingly quiet, and we found the internet to be fast and stable. It was a great base for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Many thanks Laurie! The pool at El Faro is great. The beach immediately adjacent to the property is okay but the public beach in Punta Mita is better for lounging / swimming - and the largely unspoiled Playa la Lancha is a gem that is well worth the short drive and jungle hike. Our kids also loved playing in the surf at Sayulita. There are some fabulous restaurants in Punta de Mita, although the prices can be rather eye-watering. Tacos y Papas, which is just a couple of minutes' walk from the condo, is a great option if you are hungry and/or need to give your wallet a break.

The condo was just as the pictures showed. Main bedroom bed was very comfortable. Best feature is the outdoor patio space. Great location to walk everywhere. Highly recommend!

Our family (21 and 16 y/old daughters) truly loved the location, accommodations and appointments found here. We frequented the nearby beach, shops and restaurants daily. There are unlimited activities for a variety of interests. Whether taking advantage of these or lounging by the pool - we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. When we didn’t eat out, we found all of the essentials at the nearby markets and the kitchen was more than adequately equipped for preparing ANY meal. The living spaces are vast, the beds comfortable and it is impeccably maintained and clean! We loved the accommodations and the owner could NOT have been more responsive or accommodating.

The entire property and grounds were clean, organized and peaceful. The pool is stunning and it is just steps from the beach and great restaurants, markets and stores.
