Conveniently located to small downtown area & train into NYC.

We loved the proximity to restaurants, marina and train. We walked everywhere and enjoyed our morning coffee overlooking the river and watching boats and rowers go by. Olga is very responsive and super accommodating. We went to the beach one day and she offered us beach towels and chairs. The rental is adorable with two floors and everything you need. Super clean and great location. Would rent again. Thanks Olga!!

Olga’s place has been amazing! She is a wonderful host and worked with us to be flexible all the questions we had before arrival & with our crazier schedule. The space is very functional with two beds, a kitchen, and a laundry machine as well which is very helpful for a longer stay! It was also extremely clean & very conveniently located to both Greenwich and Stamford. Thank you Olga for such a wonderful stay!

We stayed for about 10 days traveling around Connecticut. Wonderful home with a clawfoot bathtub! You can see the harbor almost anywhere on the property! Tidy, organized and so close to the highway.

Such a fabulous stay!! Highly recommend this property! I was visiting NY for an intense training. What a breath of fresh air to come back to a lovely apartment in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Everything you will need was provided. Decor is tasteful and inviting. The only hesitancy i would offer is you have to go up and down narrow steps to get to the bedroom and only bathroom in the apartment. I didnt mind it but for someone who doesn't get around easily i would not recommend this property. There are lots of stairs but its worth it. My host Olga was very helpful and made some amazing recommendations! I loved it so much that i came back w my mom for our last night before flying home.

I have stayed here twice. I love the location, the view, the completely provisioned kitchen, and the garden. Olga (the host) is on site and clearly cares so much about her guests and her property.

Olga was a pleasure and very attentive. The house was perfect size - area to work downstairs and separate sleeping area and bathroom upstairs. The location was great - Cos Cob/Greenwich across the street from the boats.

Olga is the warmest host. When I arrived, there was a bottle of wine waiting and calming music playing. The kitchen has everything you need and the space is quirky and memorable, all while being in the center of Cos Cob. You won't regret it! Thank you, Olga! :)

I really liked how safe this unit was and the wonderful views it provided. It was also really cute. Having two bedrooms was also helpful.
The only thing to note is that this unit is up a few flights of stairs and the bathroom is also on the second floor so anyone with mobility issues would have trouble.

Very clean and well equipped unit. Nice outdoor space to sit and relax. Perfect for a couple. Conveniently located near transportation, shopping and Greenwich. Olga was a friendly and helpful host. Only caveat is that there are lots of stairs to the unit and a spiral staircase in the unit, so not the best choice for folks with limited mobility.

The apartment is cute and well equipped, in a very good location.
15 min to the train station and within walking distance to most stores.
Olga was a lovely and extremely helpful host. I would definitely go back.

Clean Fun Place
This was a very nice property. It is clean, charming and well run with Olga. She provided everything you could need except a stove, which we did not need. Good parking, outdoor seating and lots of tomato plants!
There are a lot of steps though up to the house and a metal staircase to the bedroom upstairs. Fortunately we are in good shape!
We would say there again.

Great stay
We were in town to see family over the Thanksgiving holiday. The accommodations were comfortable for us and our pet with easy access to all Greenwich has to offer. The owner lives in an attached property and was very nice, comuicative, and accommodating.

Wonderful and Quiet Hideaway in Cos Cob
My husband and I spent a long weekend in this lovely little place and it was just perfect! Loved the house and the gazebo in the yard was a great place to play guitar and listen to the seagulls in the harbor across the street. I also greatly enjoyed the HUGE claw foot tub!
Located near 95, it was very convenient for exploring nearby towns and the train station was close by if you want to head into NYC for the day.
Olga was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be back!

Enjoyed my stay at 96 river road
Was surprisingly cozy beautiful compact duplex even with the piano and I used it.
Place was very clean with super comfortable bed and soft sheets
After my busy day I soaked in big bathtub.
Very convinien place i could walk to sound shops and restaurants
A great view from this place to the water which made me even more relax
