We rented the A unit and because my family is a big one I decided to rent this B unit as well. Worked perfectly because we could go back and forth between homes from the back pool area. Unit was very spacious and super clean. Perfect for a family reunion or just for a big family. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week with family at the house on Cora Lee. The walk to the beach was a breeze and the pool was amazing for when we didn't feel like fighting the sand. There was plenty of room for everyone to feel like they could have privacy as each of the master suites upstairs had an ensuite bathroom. Fall is a great time of year to visit - it's still warm and the island isn't as busy. We hope to be back someday!

Family children and grandchildren met for my 75th day and location, and accommodations were ideal Clean, big enough for 16 people, great kitchen, hot tub and close beach. Again for 80th bday1

This property was absolutely beautiful. We traveled with our entire family…3 couples, 2 toddlers, auntie, uncle and great grandpa…to spend Easter at the beach. There was more than enough comfortable space for everyone. The pool was wonderful for family fun and everybody had their own space to retreat to for a little personal time. The beach is close by and easily accessed. The only disappointment was the renters in the other two units had loud parties starting in the late afternoon and going late into the morning hours. We loved the property but this wasn’t the quite get away we had hoped for.

My family and I had a great time at this beautiful house with the small pool and jacuzzi. The only thing that would have made it better is if they would have provided a little salt, pepper, cooking oil and coffee filters.

I would recommend renting from SPI. They were very attentive to our needs.The House was big. Loved all the master bedrooms. If only the management company could have fixed the weather for us like they fixed a couple of small issues we had it would have been great. We spent a lot of time in the backyard by the pool. The temperature in the backyard was always warmer then out the front door. The hot tub was big and warm. They only changes I would recommend is have a vacume cleaner at the house.

We gathered for a small family wedding and it was perfect for our event. Weather wasn't great, but half the party guests were visiting from 9 degrees above zero weather so they loved it. The condo got raves and it was really exceptional. Nothing was overlooked by SPI Rentals to make it welcoming and comfortable. The staff were equal in service to a high end hotel staff.

I really enjoyed the specs of the property. There was plenty of room for my family. We did have issues with the cleanliness of the floors and couches. We also had maintenance issues, but thank you for fixing them immediately. You have a lovely property. I think you should provide more supplies (especially towels) given the size of the home and the nightly rate. There were roaches outside near the pool which was a major turn off. Please address that asap.

Our group of 18 rented both 113A and 113B E Cora Lee. There was plenty space for all and since the gate between pool areas opened up, we were able to go between homes easily. Both homes are beautiful and spacious. Any maintenance issues we had were promptly and courteously addressed. Only suggestion to improve each place would be to do a complete inventory of kitchen items and update and/or replenish. You also might consider a deep clean of the tile floors and entryway thresholds. Our group ranged in age from 13 - 78 and it was unanimous that EVERYONE loved these properties. The pools and hot-tubs, the number of bathrooms, the location to the beach (which is pretty darn fantastic) and the closeness to catching The Wave (FREE shuttle that takes you just about everywhere) is perfect for all ages. Definitely would recommend these properties and SPI associates.

We stayed 4 nights at this beautiful property. Everything was well taken care of and clean. The house was perfectly decorated and had plenty of room for 16 of us. We cooked lots of meals in the spacious kitchen. It had all of the necessary kitchen items. The beds were comfy and the balconies were perfect. Lots of outdoor seating and table space. We made tons of amazing memories and we can't wait to come back.

This house is the perfect vacation home for couples or families! Having each couple be able to have their own bathroom was very important to us. It was clean and new and was exactly what we needed for our long weekend getaway! We will definitely book again!

I really wanted to give this house a top rating because it is very beautiful and well acquainted in a great location close to the beach, but there are a few things I just cannot overlook and must share. The main issue we had with the home is that it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. We had to call maintenance the first night to bring us some air fresheners because it smelled so bad. Additionally, now that we are home, we have to wash all of our clean clothes because everything that was in the house still smells like smoke. Very frustrating. We also had to call maintenance for an outlet that didn't work, the hot tub wasn't working, and some of the remote controls had dead batteries. We were only there for three nights so it felt like I was always calling them for something. I *will say the SPI Rentals maintenance team is absolutely top-notch and they responded immediately to any and every thing that we called them about. The only thing they didn't/couldn't really address were the mosquitoes on the back patio. They were so bad that we couldn't even sit outside without being swarmed by mosquitoes. We bought four citronella candles and it didn't really do anything. I told maintenance that the owners need to have someone come out and spray all the plants and vegetation in the back otherwise it will never get better and it's pretty much impossible to enjoy such a beautiful outdoor space when you're constantly getting eaten up by swarms of mosquitoes. This is something that definitely should be addressed on an ongoing basis. Also, there were some fixtures upstairs like towel racks and toilet paper holders that would just fall off the wall. I didn't call maintenance about those because by that point I was just tired of calling unless it HAD to be addressed. We actually still had a really great time so I don't want to make this all sound negative - the house is beautiful and is in a great location. Kitchen is nice and spacious and we pretty much had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for everyone to sit and eat both inside and outside. The bedrooms were really well thought out and sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. Most of the bedrooms had ceiling fans except the ones downstairs. And it was nice that everyone had their own bathroom upstairs. There are also balconies on both sides of the house for people upstairs to access. The pool and hot tub is smaller than what it looks like in the pictures, but it was perfect size for the house and our group. We used the outdoor grill and had no issues there. The house is literally minutes from the beach. A very short walk. Overall, I would consider staying here again if they addressed the smell of cigarette smoke. Or I might just opt for unit A or C, in hopes that they don't have that issue.

The beach house was charming, spacious, very clean, and in great shape. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The house was great, the response from the maintenance and management team to minor issues was excellent. I would recommend SPI to all my friends and hope to return next year.

Great accommodations for large groups. Private pool and walking distance to the beach.

We had a group of 14 for our family vacation to SPI. The house at 113B E. Cora Lee was perfect for us. We took advantage of the short, enjoyable walk to the beach for some fun during the day and would follow with an evening in the awesome pool/hot tub. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms allowed our family to have privacy when needed. We used the oven, range, microwave, and outdoor gas grill during the week and all worked great. We had an awesome week and highly recommend this house.

This rental was excellent. I'm germaphobic & the cleanliness was a happy surprise. SPI was accessible & responded to our needs.

113B Cora Lee was a great location for our whole family. With the 4 master suites upstairs and the kids rooms downstairs, it was the perfect setup for us. I would highly recommend this place. I have been working with SPI Rentals over 15 years and have always received excellent service. The whole staff goes above and beyond.

The bedrooms were great allowing all adult couples privacy. Nice bunks for kids to have their own beds or share with favorite person. Nice pool to keep children busy having fun.

This might be a long review, but at my time of booking there weren't any reviews, so I'd like this to be as comprehensive as possible. I'll start with pros. Pros: 1. Great location. It's within walking distance to the beach and is on a quieter part of the beach, which we appreciated on our family vacation. 2. The house itself is decorated nicely and had the perfect rooms set up for our needs. Most beach houses stuff as many beds into a room as possible, but I like that each couple had their own space and their own bathroom. I also like that each bedroom has a balcony. 3. When we encountered some issues with the house, the SPI rentals team was very responsive and sent someone to the house to remedy the problem. Cons: 1. Advertising a “fully stocked” kitchen seems kind of a stretch. For the price point, we had higher expectations. There was no cutting board, salt or pepper, or coffee. It's also sort of a weird array of pots and pans. We've definitely had these things provided at this price point through other rentals, so that was disappointing. 2. On the same note of having higher expectations, they pretty much stock the house with the bare minimum. We ran out of paper towels by the second day. They also only provide enough dish washer pods for the exact amount of days we were staying. We also had to buy our own hand soap. The house doesn't have any cleaning equipment either, so if you bring in sand be prepared to be stuck with it because there's no broom. For a place that boasts Covid cleanliness it'd be nice if they provided their guests the ability to clean up after themselves a little better. 3. This is also advertised as “new construction” but, dang, we had a lot of issues. Two bathroom doors came off their hinges during our stay (hence needing maintenance). The bathroom downstairs whose tub we used to bathe the kids was problematic in that the water came out of the shower head when it was on the tub setting. We had to tie a plastic bag to the shower head to catch the water so it wouldn't nail our toddlers. This was an issue maintenance was unable to resolve during our day. Overall, I'd give this place 3.5 to 4 stars. We enjoyed our stay and liked the location, but, again, for the price point we had higher expectations.

The property is great but the pool was a little dirty and it got taken care of the same day which was great. The jacuzzi did not work which was a little disappointing. My family and I will definitely return to this place

We were very impressed with this property. The layout is superb with two bedrooms with bunkbeds on the first floors and four bedrooms with king sized beds and individual restrooms. The heated pool and jacuzzi were a treat as the weather was a little chilly during our stay. The kitchen area, dining room, and living room are very open and conducive for family games, dining and fellowship. Each tv is setup with Netflix, AppleTV, YouTube, etc. The location is ideal and very close to the beach. We will definitely stay be staying here again!

10 people 5 couples stayed. The 4 upstairs rooms all had king beds with private bathrooms. The hot tub/pool heating situation was tricky to figure out, but once we figured it out we were able to keep both at a good temperature. The house could have used a few more items, like dish towels, hangers, hot pads and a rug at the slider from the pool area. Wet feet on tile can be slippery. Great house, 9/10 would recommend.

The house itself was great and met the needs of our family. We were very disappointed with the swimming pool. It had clearly not been treated or cleaned prior to our arrival. It was green and murky and you could not see past the top step. We contacted the office about this 3 times before anyone was sent to clean it. We arrived on Saturday. No one came until Thursday. We had a house full of kids and would really have liked to use the pool/hot tub. We realize that it was an unusual weather week but the adjoining properties on either side of us had crystal clear pools. We would have at least liked to use the hot tub. I have rented through SPI in the past and had prompt response to any concerns. No one even checked on our rental property until Thursday despite power/water issues on the island.

We stayed at this property from Jan 3-Jan 16 and it was amazing. The place is perfect for what we were looking for - a place away from home where we could do all the same things we do at home (remote work, remote learning), while having all the amenities of a vacation. The layout was perfect - everyone had his/her own room with king size bed, TV, and bathroom. We had only 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids, so the space was a bit overkill for us, but you could easily accommodate 15 people and not feel cramped. They had tons of dinnerware, silverware, cooking utensils, an amazing kitchen, and giant dining table plus a nice breakfast bar off the kitchen. nice high ceilings and the flooring (tile throughout) was perfect for people who are going to be running in and out of the house dripping wet from the pool. By the way the pool and hot tub were the star of the show. Plus the living room was perfect with an 80" high def TV!! Pool temp was PERFECT, and the hot tub was sublime!! it took a little getting used to using the control panel, you had to turn off the hot tub heat to get the hot tub water to cascade into the pool and make it nice and warm, then turn the hot tub heat back on to keep it hot...it's a cycle of sorts. Still.....AMAZING! Only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach too, and there are souvenir shops everywhere. There's also a nice grocery store (IGA) down the street so everything you need is right around the corner! We would come back here in a heartbeat. The only minor knock was we had some issue with the pool being cloudy and not heating up for a couple days and it took some prodding with SPI rentals to get someone out, but they did finally come out and fixed and it was perfect after that. Only personal gripe about the surrounding area is I wish they'd build more golf courses :)
