It was everything perfect

The appartment was nicely furnished and in a great location

The aironditioning wasn't working when we arrived so the first evening was unbearably hot. Thw hosts did do everything they could to fix it quickly the next morning.

No air condition on second room

The location is the best thing about this apartment - around the corner from the main square and a short walk to the beach. The building is old & tatty, although the apartment itself was clean with good facilities all in working order. We were booked in for 9 nights, but unfortunately on the first morning part of the ceiling in the bedroom collapsed. Once I sent photos to the hosts, they offered us 3 options - stay in the apartment while the repair was made, move to an upstairs apartment in the same building or move to a different apartment building. We chose to move elsewhere as my husband is disabled & would not have been able to manage the stairs and the other building had an elevator. Unfortunately we had to stay in this apartment for another 2 nights before the alternative was available which was uncomfortable. The second apartment (Dizengoff 13) was much more modern although smaller than the first. Unfortunately the overhead shower didn't work & although the hosts assured us they would fix it, this wasn't done until the day before we left despite asking a number of times. This caused my husband some difficulties using the hand-held shower.

Old & tatty building. Lights in the foyer didn't always work. The ceiling collapsed, probably due to water damage & was repaired after 3 days, so in our opinion this was probably not enough time to locate & fix the leak and allow the wall to dry before patching. On reflection, it appeared that this had been patched previously although this may not be the case.

Wonderful… I spent a wonderful week in Netanya, the apartment was perfect, it had everything, nice and big, everything I needed. Close to everything, very close to the beautiful beach of Netanya, restaurants, very good food, the best cities I visit in Israel, I will return to Netanya, and I will stay in the same apartment. fully recommended.

This place is great. I love it. All the food is on us cause it is arranged without breakfast.
