Rented for a week with my mom (73) and daughter (3) while in south Norfolk visiting family in Hingham, Ashill and East Harling. It was PERFECT for our needs. We used it as our home base between day excursions and it was spacious, comfortable, clean and well enough appointed Beautifully manicured back garden /patio literally on the fairway (with pheasants, pigeons and deer galore in the mornings). Walkable to Watton High Street ...and a farm with a horse down the road perfect for animal encounter for the kiddos :) will be back!

Lovely warm feel to the apartment as soon as walked in the door. Geoff the owner is very helpful and sincere amd in hand to help. Very well thought out and attention to detail. Comfy beds. Excellent facilities and well equipped. Hand rail in the walk in shower is excellent. Beautiful garden and patio looking out onto to the golf course. Road to the apartment may be difficult for less able bodied or wheelchair users. Can highly recommend the apartment and would be lovely to return to.

Very spacious & well-equipped apartment alongside the 18th fairway allows a great view & time to relax. Excellent communication from host Geoff made it easy to get access information & any follow up - we extended our stay from 3 to 5 days. We ended up with a plug-in hybrid car rental so were able to use the charge point which was a geat benefit & easy to use. Sky TV was a bonus great wifi. Full kitchen & washing machine, comfy bed, outdoor space. Quiet location. Enjoyed a lovely Sunday roast at the Willow House in town.

This well equipped & comfortable property is set in a peaceful location with a lovely view of the golf course & plenty of wildlife to see on your doorstep. It's within easy reach of the Norfolk & Suffolk coast & countryside. A perfect place to recharge your batteries.

Had a lovely short stay at Fairway Drive. Communication with Geoff has been brilliant from start to finish. He has been so friendly and welcoming, and very thoughtful - bringing down a bottle of wine for Martin's birthday. The apartment is in a lovely peaceful location overlooking the golf course. We have enjoyed seeing the pheasants, rabbits, deer, duck and moorhens. The property was very clean on arrival and the welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and cookies was a bonus! The brand new bathroom is gorgeous and the shower is to die for. Beds were lovely and comfy, plenty of seating in the living area, outside seating, and everything is provided that you could need. Including sky and WiFi! Thank you Geoff for accepting our last minute booking, for a lovely stay, and for the wine and conversation. All the best, Jen and Martin

Perfect relaxing location, good central location for exploring Norfolk and Suffolk. The host ensured our stay was enjoyable and the apartment is lovely and clean and has everything you need. Will be returning for future holidays.

This is the first time we visited Norfolk. Plenty to see and do. We enjoyed our stay in Watton, the apartment was spacious and well equipped. The view from the window overlooked the golf course, and it was nice to see the deer and other wildlife in the morning. Host was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us ideas where to go. Would stay again if we we're in the area

Very well equipped with a beautiful view across the golf course, peace and quiet with only noise from the wildlife. An amazing property i will visit again, a wonderful host with a wealth of local knowledge. Words alone cannot describe how wonderful this property and location are.

Original, very well set out and designed, great kitchen layout equipment and high quality furniture. Very helpful and friendly owner who told us about the area with which we were not familiar.

We had a lovely stay in Watton for our Norfolk adventure. We went all over Norfolk and the Fairway apartment was a lovely base to come back to each day. It has everything you could need and more. Only a short walk in Watton which has lots of amenities. The apartment was quiet and peaceful, have a bbq in the evening or breakfast in the garden and you will see squirrels, birds and deer everyday. Thank you for our stay, 2 weeks just went too fast.

Watton is located in central Norfolk which means that most destinations in Norfolk and Suffolk can be reached in 60-90 mins. The property is located in a super quiet location and it is both extremely clean and well-equipped. The lovely owner lives above the property and he was very helpful during our stay. The local area is super for golf and cycling - incl an extensive network of gravel paths. There are several lovely farm shops and a Tesco nearby. We recommend this property as a quiet and central location for exploring Norfolk and northern Suffolk.

We had a lovely stay in Geoff’s apartment, really quiet and relaxing just next to the golf course. Beautiful garden which was great for watching wildlife, squirrels birds and deer! The apartment was well equipped, comfy and perfect for the two of us (but would accommodate a family easily too). Loved the lazy-boy sofa and made use of Sky TV! Not a great deal in Watton itself though there are a few takeaways and Tesco which was handy. There are a couple of pubs nearby but we ate out whilst out in the day. Overall a good base for a stay in Norfolk.

Stayed for 4 nights at the apartment. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you may need including a dishwasher and washing machine with dishwasher tablets and washing g powered provided. Geoff was an excellent host. Very friendly and approachable. The apartment is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Nicely situated on the golf course. The small garden is well kept and nice to sit in and the Wildlife including deer, pheasants and squirrels will keep you entertained. Well placed to visit the majority of Norfolk. About an hour to the coast but nice drive

A great apartment containing everything you’d need for a short break. Geoff was easy to communicate with and resolved any queries we had. Highly recommended place to stay if you are in the Watton/Dereham/Swaffham area

As a couple we went out when we came back and wanted to relax on the sofa found this impossible as the sofa separated that was the only thing would say was disappointing the bell near by was food was in Marquee which wasnt great but undercurrent circumstances sort of accepted went to waggon and horses highly recommend this food was amazing and great value for money! Went to willow house for lunch If You Like lots of food go there however they Put thing on the plate that Not in the dishes menu we both hate coleslaw and we got It on both our plates And meant we couldn’t eat all the food! Wanted to go out for Indian one night but there was no restaurants available! The food menus in the room We’re very much out of date so didn’t reflect the current climate and most Where over two years out of date

The apartment is superb. Kitchen has every utensil, pot pan etc that you could possibly need. Tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt, pepper, biscuits, kitchen roĺl, cling film, foil, milk, tea towels, washing powder, dish washer tablets all supplied. Just take food! Seating area overlooking 18th fairway is a lovely outlook. Squirrels, birds and deer all appeared during our stay. Geoff was a super host and we had many pleasant conversations. If there is a negative it is lack of sunlight into apartment. North facing and the upper balcony blocks light. However, sun does come onto the garden,so its fine for sitting out on the lawn. Highly recommend

Well appointed accommodation, stayed for one week. Ideally situated to walk into Watton and to travel around East Anglia. SKY tv, if you don't want to go out or just watch the golfers on the 18th fairway.

The apartment was beautiful, like home from home and extremely well equipped. It had everything we needed for a week's holiday (family of 4). The patio and small garden has a beautiful view of the golf course and it was so peaceful to sit outside. Spotting deer in the evening was a lovely sight! Geoff was a great host, giving us lots of suggestions for eating out and places to visit. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend the accommodation and location.
