The property was wonderful, fantastic views of the beach and the ocean. Looking down, it's right over the hot tub. The condo is set up well, it's clean and comfortable. Would stay here again! The hosts were great too - we asked if we could stay an extra couple of days (obviously paying for them). Since they were open they facilitated that! It was fantastic!

The location of the condo is wonderful! Gorgeous views! We did run into a few challenges. I am going to preface the subsequent information with the fact that the owner was very responsive and wanted to do whatever needed to try to make it right. Unfortunately, our vacation schedule did not allow for this. The dishes in the cupboard were not clean. Owner conveyed that the prior owner cleaned the dishes and put them away themselves so this was missed by the cleaning crew. The master bath shower did not drain well at all. 2 minutes into the shower your feet are taking a bath. There were vertical blinds missing from the downstairs bedroom, allowing lots of light from the pool area into the bedroom, making it hard for the kids to sleep. The refrigerator beeped any time you tried to get water from it, saying it needed the filter replaced. Aside from these challenges the stay was nice!

We spent six days in Oceanside at this property. Loved it! The condo was supplied with everything we need and nicely updated. Everything was super clean and so very comfortable. Great sunset view from the deck.

We loved staying at North Coast Village and our condo was amazing(C311) had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and the space worked perfect for my family with an upstairs suite for my wife and I. We will be back again this summer!

We came to Oceanside to visit our son who is in the Marine Corps & stationed in Oceanside. The unit was absolutely perfect! The beds were comfortable, the unit was very spacious & the sunsets from the roof top are gorgeous! The hot tub, pool & Koi pond in the complex are added bonuses! We would definitely rent this unit again in a heartbeat! Thanks for making our trip with our son so memorable!

The complex and specific unit both exceeded beyond expectations. The unit was fully equipped and super clean. The 2nd patio off the master bedroom was amazing. Does not have AC unit but it had multiple fans and with the windows open it helped. The only downside was not having a laundry within the unit but the complex did. The complex had plenty of amenities to enjoy especially with young kids. Overall, I am very pleased with our stay and would book again in the future.

Great property, very clean and well appointed. All amenities present and then some. Owners communicate directly, very responsive and go above and beyond. Highly recommend staying here, exceeded our expectations by far and we had no problems whatsoever. Thank you Janey!

We have stayed at many north coast village units and this is the best unit we have experienced. Some highlights: 1. They have a wagon to haul the beach equipment. 2. They have the Tommy Bahama beach chairs a umbrella, and a cooler to pack snacks and drinks to the beach. 3. Boogie boards are in good shape 4. Convenient access to the elevator to get to the street then onto the beach. 5. Great breeze from the ocean in the upper level 6. Outdoor furniture included a table and chair set, two loungers and a sofa. 7. Spectacular views of the beach in front of the complex and South to the pier. A previous review stated they had ants. We did not see any ants in this unit. We would stay here again on a future visit!

The location is amazing. It was so nice to not have to worry about parking at the beach because we had a dedicated parking spot and could walk outside and be on the beach! The unit had beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and a couple toys, which was so nice. We loved having the large balcony upstairs and it was great having screen doors so we could let the ocean breeze in. The primary bedroom bed was so comfortable! It was nice to be set up well for our stay.

Everything was convenient clean. We love the area.

This unit is so far one of the best units we stayed at the North Coast Village. Pictures do not tell the experience. Great place, clean, great views and all beach essentials are provided. All you have to do is to just walk 1 minute to enjoy the beach. Relax and fall asleep at the sound of waves crashing.

The place is even nicer than what the pictures show. Also, everything was there for you except food (of course). Overall property is as also very nice and well maintained. We would definitely stay there again

This stay ticked all the boxes. We are a family of 4, daughter 16 and son 18. The pool, hot tub, and putting greens were all a hit. Proximity to the beach and walking path was perfect. It was an easy 8 minute walk to Harbor Town which boasts Joe's Crabshack and other wonderful places to eat and get ice cream (Stratford the Harbor was our fav). In 15 minutes, we could walk along the beach (or walking path next to the beach) to get to downtown Oceanside with another bevy of great eateries and coffee shops (check out Banana Dang!!). The unit was clean, well appointed, with awesome rooftop views of the beach and sunsets. Check in was easy, check out even easier. The water in the ocean was freezing, but there is a surf shop very close by where you can rent wetsuits and boards. The unit has boogie boards, chairs, and a few sand toys. Overall a 5 star experience!

My family (husband, son (20) and daughter (16)) did a quick Spring Break staycation at the property. We enjoyed the pool area, hot tub and hanging on the rooftop deck. The views were amazing. And, it was really easy to just walk everywhere, especially right out to the beach - either the harbor side or the pier side. We'd stay here again.

Large complex with many amenities just off the ocean. Despite the large size of the complex, very quiet unit with great view of ocean. Unit was well stocked with dishwater, towels and beach supplies. Unit manager very helpful and responsive. Great location on the end of the Strand. Highly recommend this unit.

We were very impressed with our unit and the complex. This is a large complex, located next to the sand, in Oceanside, California. Check-in was quick and easy. The complex has human 24 hour security, and secure gates. Our unit was on the 3rd level of the "C" building. It has fantastic ocean views from the upstairs master bedroom and wrap around deck. All three level buildings have elevators. Our unit was well equipped and well maintained. The owner was easy to contact and communicate with.

Super nice place. Only complaints from my two sisters staying in the downstairs bedroom was the closet was so full that they couldn't hang up any clothes. There was also not enough toilet paper for us four women.

We’ve stayed in many rental properties in many beach cities. This was exactly as listed and we loved it. Small things add up to be big things. This property had garbage bags, paper towels, soap, & shampoo. Also some basic cooking stuff like oil, salt & pepper, coffee & creamer for the Kurig. This property also had beach toys, chairs, & a small cooler. Loved the location, beach, & the on-site amenities. On occasion we could hear people at the hot tub (just below the condo) but it really didn’t bother us. Beautiful sunset views! We hope to return.

This property and resort is awesome! Pool is large and private. Large hot tub is situated in a grotto-like setting. Condo is beautiful and well stocked. Rooftop deck was private with amazing ocean views. Janey was so nice to work with and was able to accommodate a last minute date adjustment and early arrival. We would love to return!

Our family loved staying here over Thanksgiving. Only bummer was a little ant problem that was cleared up with some bug spray. The views from the master balcony were amazing, especially at sunset. Kids were all comfy in their own beds. Bathrooms very clean and decent shampoo. Towels, sand toys, chairs, boogie boards and cooler all in the condo so you don’t have to bring yours.

This is my second stay at NCV and I'm sure we'll be back shortly. What I loved about this property specifically is the separation between rooms, the balconies with ~160 degrees of views and how many convenience items were there at the property. We brought our own wagon but they had one there to utilize along with many beach chairs, toys, etc. Great sized kitchen with high countertops. Very little downside to this place-one being that the shower took a bit to drain and the plugs were inaccessible, combatted by additional charging stations all over the place though! As far as NCV goes the pool/hot tub are incredible, the walkways leading you through the koi ponds are fun and just enough extra to do that we didn't need to leave the entire 3 night 4 day stay. Even mini golf was fun! The feet showers located near the garage entrances prove helpful coming in from the beach and the location felt safe and homey.

Nice unit in a good location with a beautiful view but trip was ruined by problem with ants that would have been tolerable until they starting appearing in the master upstairs bed!! Woke up one night early on the stay with one on my face and pulled back covers on bed to find 5 crawling in bed - that was it! Owner "J" and property Manager "D" tried to help but nothing they offered was a viable option for us that would have not caused a major inconvenience & been very costly. Was at one point offered a refund and cost of VRBO fees, and taxes, but would have been very costly for me and guests who had flights and time off from work already arranged. "D" came by every couple of days and sprayed a non-toxic spray which would help for a day or 2 and I went out and got diffusers and cinnamon oil (which ants hate) and did play non-toxic pest control for 2 weeks. Finally they tried to get in pest control exterminator - I had put that off as I had guest that had cancer and felt it unfair to expose them to chemicals. But in the end we stayed out of unit for 4 hrs as required for pest control and to allow them to treat the unit, and found out they never came! So another wasted day. Just put a damper on the whole trip! Asked for a discount when we got back via email (left amount up to owner)- I i felt had I been notified in advance there was a potential ant issue in this unit I would not have come, & owner lied & said they had none before and haven't since - I knew this was not the case as the property mngr told me otherwise and I had pics of ants in bed and copies of all text exchanges. On top of that there were traps all over the unit so to say there was no problem before or after me was ridiculous - we were so paranoid we even had bananas in frig - we left no food out at all. My friend saw another guest in Hot Tub and asked if they had ants and he said "not yet but we did get a memo warning us we might" - and I thought wow now that was the way to handle it - had I know that given my past experience at North Coast, I would not have rented this unit. I've been coming to North Coast since 2014 - at least 8 times but last two time (prior to this) in both D and E buildings starting in 2017 - ants! But never EVER in a bed! Such a shame as North Coast is a really nice place - but in the past 5 yrs the ant problem is out of control! So again, beautiful view, nice location and if you and handle ants in your bed - don't let this review stop you.

Beautifully decorated home very clean and well stocked amazing views from the upper deck. Spent a lot of time just hanging out cooking dining cocktails and conversation. Will be coming back

The condo has amazing views. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. North Coast Village is like a mini tropical setting!

The place was perfect for our family of 5, they provided everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay! The views from the balcony master are beautiful! Our phone call was returned quickly and they were helpful for our Sunday check in process. I can’t wait to return! Everything was great, thank you for sharing your space with our family.
