Breakfast was great; staff was attentive and friendly.

We had to request room cleaning rather than being done automatically. Then, after we sat in the lobby to provide staff access to our room, the service was incomplete (no wash cloths, coffee pods, snacks or beverages provided).

Housekeeping not great. Requested twice and never came. Had to live with smelly trash in our room. Towels and room refreshments provided for only two despite our booking being for five. Also wasn't keen on breakfast plates etc being cleared from the table as we were eating; a little over zealous for my liking. Having to pay $25 a day for parking is also a bit of a cheek; there is no alternative.

The parking (deck) was ridiculous. From the $25 fee per night to access to the hotel and having to park on 3rd floor or above. Also it was very disappointing to stay in a very nice hotel next to the water (and the bridge) with ABSOLUTELY NO view.

I’m a picky traveler and I loved almost everything about this hotel! Parking was easy, location was great, and rooms were very quiet. Breakfast was much better than your standard hotel breakfast. It’s a very welcoming place.

We’ve stayed here 4 times now and chose it for our wedding headquarters. Clean, very pretty, great views, extensive breakfast, comfortable rooms, efficient service, much better price point than comparable hotels in Charleston, and it’s a nice drive over there bridge to town.

Some of the staff could have been friendlier. They were efficient and helpful, just not very warm and welcoming. Parking fee is too high - since there really is no other option, it’s essentially an add-on to the room rate.

There was always parking. I’m the past we have had issues with parking, not finding a space, spaces being way to close together, or so far away. Having small children parking is a big considered!

property is new so that’s usually a plus.

the beds were some of the hardest I have slept on in quite a while. being a new hotel you would think they would have more comfortable beds.

Was on the bottom floor even though I wanted a top floor and yet others were coming in after that received other floors. Not sure what it was but some piping or something from other room was really loud and keep us up half the night. No fans or anything to help drown out the noise. Was told I would receive free parking and $50 credit at the restaurant but ended up being charged anyway for our meal. Nice looking place in good location but overall definitely not worth the money. I could have stayed at a lot cheaper place and been just as comfortable. Definitely won’t happen again!
