This was our first time renting a house instead of a hotel, and I don’t think we’ll be renting hotels anymore. June was fantastic, quickly answering any questions that I had before we arrived. After a long day of flying cross country we got in to the house after dark, and the directions were super easy to find the house. When we woke up in the morning, the view was wonderful! I had a cup of tea and just watched the water from the sunroom (this became the morning ritual!) My teen boys loved watching for turtles, fish, and breaching manatees out back. The house is close to everything (shopping, groceries, great food, fun places to visit, etc). All of the beds were really comfortable, the neighborhood is nice and dark at night, and it’s quiet! Coming from the country we really appreciated the lack of noise. The house has everything you need and feels loving and loved in. We never even turned on the tv because there was so much exploring to do. We all agreed this was so much better than hotel life!

The house was fantastic. Canal was so cool. Location was great. We had a great time.

We enjoyed our February month long stay on Crystal River. This is a comfortable and relaxing home with large windows to view the river. A sea otter swam by the dock along with several manatees and a dolphin. We enjoyed the evenings fishing off the dock and watching the boats. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and dishes were provided. June was a wonderful host, very helpful and responded quickly. If you're looking for a small town with plenty of good restaurants and several springs to visit this house is in a great location. Hunters Spring is 10 minutes away with lots of manatees and a beach.

Great location with private dock on Indian Lake. Close to numerous Crystal River and Homosassa attractions including the National Wildlife Refuge, Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, and good restaurants. The 3 bed, 2 bath home has a spacious and bright sunroom and living room.

This house had a gorgeous waterfront view of the lake. The kids loved fishing off the dock in the back! Beds were comfortable. House was fully stocked with necessities. Great location and super close to the center of town in Crystal River. Loved swimming with the manatees. Front Door was a little tricky to open but the host was super helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised. Clenand really quiet neighborhood. Access to town and crystal river were great. Definitely will repeat our stay.

This house is exactly as described. It was simple yet comfortable. It had everything we needed to have a great week scalloping. The ride from the house to the open water was not far (normal distance from anywhere in Crystal river to get to open water). The ramp was very close which made it easy to get our boat in the water. The back yard is huge and grassy, great for kids to play. The lake is beautiful. Not a fancy house but clean and very comfortable.

My first impression was it had a great location, beautiful setting and super clean home. It is an older home which was perfectly fine and comfortable. June was super responsive to questions and we had no concerns. It was just a short scenic boat ride to to Channel to head towards scalloping grounds. Dock is well maintained and the picnic benches were a plus for the evenings. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay

We had such a great time at this home. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed, down to shampoo and body wash in the shower(that we forgot). The short ride on the boat through the canal was beautiful. June was so sweet and responded very quickly. We will be back to stay!

Very clean and well equipped. Could not ask for a better location. No Wi-Fi but enjoying catching up on reading. Hope to return soon.

Had a great time in Crystal River and Homisassa. Manatees, fish, turtles, and one alligator all visited the dock behind the house!

The house was very clean and well stocked! We swam with the manatees, went to 3 sister springs, the beach, got ice cream, went to downtown shops and ate out at different restaurants every day. Everything was 2-5 miles away. So convenient! I highly recommend this house and the area!

Nice home well located for exploring Crystal River and the "Nature Coast." June always responded quickly to our communications. The photos shown are an accurate depiction of the property. It was just my husband and I but there would be plenty of room for a family.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. This place has all amenities that you could ask for. The views are absolutely stunning! I highly recommend this location for your stay in Crystal River, FL.

The home was well furnished with plenty of towels, pillows, kitchen dishcloths etc. There were chairs we used to sit at the dock in the evenings and it was located right by the boat ramp. That made for interesting viewing in the evening. The pictures are the real deal when it comes to your expectations. We would stay there again.

This was a great place for my family to stay and bring our boat. The location was very central and close to anything we wanted to do. The home was clean and we would definitely be back.

We really enjoyed staying at June's house. It was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. It was close to everything we wanted to visit & it was such a plus that we were able to anchor the boat at the dock right behind the house. We will keep this on our list for a future trip!!

This property has no wi-fi. Just want to throw that out there up front because although it was my fault for not noticing that, it was a surprise to be in a home in this day and age without it. We were able to adjust some things and managed fine but if you’ve got little kids used to being able to log in to Netflix you won’t be able to do that here. That said it was a nice clean home on the water and the fishing was excellent. We caught lots of catfish and small mangrove snapper off the back dock which the kids enjoyed. We took advantage of the canoe and kayak several times and even rented a pontoon boat from coolwaterkayaks because they delivered it right to the dock for a multi day rental. If you’re looking for a good home base for fishing this is a very good spot especially if you have your own boat. A public boat ramp is a few hundred yards away and they have a nice floating dock to tie up to. The kids really enjoyed boating up the creek and over to kings bay and being able to dock up for dinner at restaurants after a day of swimming in the bay and light fishing. The house has 2 bathrooms and the basics you’d need in the kitchen. We would stay here again.

Place was clean, plenty of room inside and also in the driveway if you need to park a boat. No complaints, would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and nicely furnished. Had ample miscellaneous supplies. We did not spend a bunch of time at the home but when we were there it was comfortable. The home has satellite television but no wifi. The listing states as much, so it was not a surprise. I would recommend getting wifi even at the expense of eliminating the satellite TV as most people can log into their own accounts for television. The bed I see kept in was very comfortable and the dock was great for watching Manatee's and fishing. We went able to catch anything besides sail cats but we did keek 2 to eat and they were ok. I love the architectural features like the all terrazzo flooring and retro bathroom fixtures. The A/C functioned perfectly as did all of the major appliances. One minor maintenance issue was a ceiling fan light kit chain that was defective so we were not able to use the fan without the light being in. We did not feel the need to contact the owner over such a minor issue. I would highly recommend renting this unit.
