Perfect location, perfect views, nicely appointed, very clean and great hosts that answered all our questions. It was just what we needed for a weekend getaway.

This property was perfect for us. We went to wind down for a few days and we always felt safe in the area, the location was incredible, it was super clean and it was comfortable with a very responsive host. We couldn't have asked for more.

I loved the location, the property. Had snacks set out, stuff for coffee in the morning. I couldn’t speak highly enough about this place. Everything about this place was amazing, so cozy! I’m definitely going to continue to book here.

This was the cutest place with the best views! It was the first time we had seen a New England beach and this was spectacular, right off your own balcony. There is a paved road in between you and the ocean but the traffic is not so busy that it drowns out the sound of the waves, which is what we go to the beach for! We arrived and they had left chocolate and an anniversary card since I'd mentioned that… who else does that? Also, my husband injured his back while there and we could not get out at all, but there are so many great restaurants that deliver that we did not go hungry! I highly recommend you come for a few days and then venture across the street to get closer to the ocean, which we were able to carefully do the last day and it was spectacular. Don’t wait! Book today!

My hubby and I stayed here while we enjoyed a nice little weekend getaway for our anniversary. This place was amazing! Loved that the ocean and beach were literally steps from where we were staying and just a couple minute drive to numerous excellent restaurants. The room was spotless, and the hosts even left us a basket of goodies! Also a nice little addition were the beach chairs and umbrella provided in our closet. I'd definitely stay here again!

Exceptionally clean, wonderfully decorated and all that you would need at your fingertips to enjoy the rental and the beach (even had sun screen and beach chairs for your use). Great place to unplug and recharge as you take in the sights sounds and smells of the ocean. This place is TOP NOTCH!!

The view from the balcony was perfect! The condo is well decorated, very clean, and included lots of nice touches. Easy to find and enjoyed being on the quieter end of town but so close to everything. Great accommodations!

Wendy and Mark's condo was the perfect spot for me. I like to travel when on vacation and see the sites. It is very convenient to Portsmouth and Newburyport. Even if you decide to stay local, it is directly across the street from the ocean so you can relax to the sounds of the waves. The combo living room-bedroom was just enough room and there were wonderful touches all around to make you feel welcome and at home. I would definitely choose stay at their condo again.

Loved the view of the ocean from the room. The room was beautiful and clean. Loved the fact that it was not crowded at the beach, very private!

The rental was so clean and decorated so cute! Had a great 2 nights away from our 4 kids...much needed! :)

The rental is right on the water and the location is perfect for getting in and out of the area quickly. The unit itself was nice and simple. My only complaint was that the bedding (mattress cover) was a bit crinkly

The property is directly across from the beach. Beautiful view of the “Snow” moon when we were there. Very tidy and perfect. We’d love to go back during the summer months.

The apartment is well-appointed, but is basically a nice motel room, with a great view of the ocean, which is across Route 1 from the building. The beach is narrow, depending on the tide, and strewn with boulders. There are several additional fees that make the rental more expensive than I expected.

This condo was perfect for me. Cozy, fabulous views of the ocean. I spent a lot of time just watching the water and taking pictures, trying to capture waves and spray coming over the sea wall. The moon rise on my first night and the sunrise on my first morning were incredibly beautiful. And being able to be there during a winter storm was amazing! The electric fireplace was perfect for a winter stay. The owner was very responsive to the couple of questions I had and the condo itself was very clean, well taken care of and beautifully decorated.

We enjoyed our weekend very much. Beautiful relaxing area. Will definitely stay again. Owners very easy to communicate with. Thank you again

The condo was cute, cozy and perfect! It was very clean, well supplied with the essentials. What I loved was laying in bed and hearing the waves, felt like I was on a cruise ship!!

We love the view and proximity to the beach! Long walks, fun local coffee shops. Went to Portsmouth and then Newburyport during the days. Plenty to do and a perfect location. Everything that we wanted and needed! Thanks for letting g us stay!

Found this to be a great , cozy get away for 2 . The unobstructed view of the ocean with amazing sunrise and moonrise was so relaxing . Can’t wait to come back for a real summer vacation .

I loved staying at this place! The owner was very attentive, and everything was set up beautifully in the condo. Gorgeous views of the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. I came here for rest and renewal, and I got it! Great for a romantic getaway too...
