Well appointed; well kept. Everything we needed to be at home away from home. Access to parking lot a definite plus.

The hosts were very responsive, giving us great recommendations. The place was super clean. Kitchen outfitted nicely. Books to read, games to play and a guest account on Netflix. The bedrooms were very comfortable. However the fold out couch not so much. Particularly good location if you are going to a wedding at Devou Park Overlook, although we also found it to be an easy drive into Cincinnati to see the sights (like the zoo). There are several nice restaurants in walking distance which is also a plus. If we go back to Cincy, I will for sure look into staying here again.

5 of us stayed here. 3 adults and 2 children. The sofa/ futon was enough for my 9 year old. The other 4 people stayed in the bedrooms and it was large enough. Everyone was comfortable with the accommodations. We enjoyed the board games and free coffee. The kitchen was a fill size and we had everything we needed to cook and make our stay enjoyable. The location was great. Walking distance to a few restaurants and a dollar tree and Walgreens. Also it was walking distance to downtown Cincinnati but it was about 30 minutes so if you can't walk that far take an Uber. Overall it was a great vacation home and we truly felt comfortable staying here.

We had a great time staying at this apartment. Great location to stay as we took our toddler to the zoo, aquarium, and children's museum. The hosts communicated the check in process well. We had a great time!

We love this location, and the property. It has everything one would need for their stay. But what keeps us coming back to this property is the host and his wife. They are a very nice couple and are already available if we need Anything. We've been coming to Covington for several years and always to stay at this property.

We had a wonderful time at the property. We were in town for a friend's wedding and it was walking distance to all the events and venue, which was so convenient. Lots of good restaurant options as well! The property was well designed and very clean and the host was very responsive. Parking was easy. I would highly recommend this listing.

I loved the location of this place, and the place itself was so cute. It was very clean. I would come here again with just my husband. It was a little cramped with my teenagers, but overall was a great experience. I couldn’t get the shower to get hot, but other than that, no complaints. Stay here if you’re looking for the ideal location to explore Covington, Newport, and best of all, Cincy!

Amazing property with everything that is in the listing, beautifully decorated and location.. location.. location. Came into town for my son's wedding, had a few questions and they were immediately answered by David. Check in was seamless and check out was a message. Highly recommend this property to anyone who has things/events in the Greater Cincinnati area that will require an overnight.

This was the perfect place for us to stay this weekend. There were 5 of us (47, 45, 20, 20 and 19) and we were very comfortable. We walked to dinner both nights. Super easy short drive to get to Paycor Stadium. Loved all the board games in the living room but we were so exhausted at the end of each day that we couldn’t wait to fall into the comfy beds and soft sheets! Thank you for a great weekend!

Cute little rental close to Cincinnati. There were some sketchy people hanging out on the corner but the neighbors in the building were friendly and it was a quiet location. The linens were great and the shampoo and conditioner were name brand which was nice! The couch was broken/ didn’t sit up all the way so it was uncomfortable but that was the only downfall.

This is a transformed older property done well. We entered the property from the street and had to go up a few stairs to the front door. Upon entering we immediately saw the care and cleanliness that has gone into the space. The two bedrooms were very comfortable. We had everything we needed. We visited the Zoo, Ark, and Creation Museum. We had the best tacos in just a short walk from the home at Agave & Rye. You won't be disappointed.

i have stayed in many VRBO and this home was well appointed and very clean with excellent communication with property owner who lives on upper level of this home. Enjoyed our stay and thankful for suggestions from owner on places to eat and things to see. Thanks for a great week in Covington!!

Apartment was very charming and just as advertised. We came to town for a concert at the Great American Ball Park and loved that we could walk there. Appreciated all of the games that the owner provided too.

The property was GREAT for us! It was very cozy and clean, and there are restauraunts right around the corner in walking distance. We came to see the Ark, Creation Museum, Zoo, and aquarium. Everything was the perfect distance from our place! We were very pleased with our stay. I would recommend using Uber, because the golf cart services are no longer available. We tried the other on reccomended, but we couldn't get it to use our location as a pick up. However, the owner was super helpful in communicating with us and sending us infromation. I highly reccomend.

My sister and I came to town for a family graduation celebration. The house was very clean and well maintained and the owners were lovely ( they were outside gardening when we arrived). We were gone quite a bit so didn't have time to enjoy amenities such as the games and books nor did we cook there but the set up would be great for families who want a night in while vacationing.

We had a pleasant stay. I would have to say it was one of the cleanest VRBOs at which we have had the pleasure staying. We have a 3yo and a 6 mo old and I found the house to be kid-friendly. The beds were very comfortable, as was the couch in the living room. It was also nice to have some staples in the kitchen, including oil, salt and pepper for cooking. In the heart of the city. Being from the country, I think I would have felt a little nervous staying in the area alone at night. Note there is no dishwasher or washer/dryer, but we didn’t miss those for our short stay. My only complaint would be the home construction taking place upstairs at 8:45pm while trying to rock my 6 month old to sleep. I also enjoy HOT showers, and found this one to be warm. I am certain that if I would have communicated this to the hosts, they would have been happy to accommodate. I would recommend this VRBO to any of my friends or family. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.

This was the cleanest Vrbo I have ever stayed in. Comfortable beds and so many thoughtful amenities. Location was great for our visit to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Highly recommend!
