Great cabin if you want to see bears they are all around this area only problem we had with this cabin the gas grill was very hard to light some of Igniters are out on the grill other thsn that very nice place

We had a party of 10 stay at the home including 4 adults, 4 early teens, and 2 younger children aged 6&8. The location was beautiful, the game room was a hit, having pools for the kids to play in was great. Things we needed but were not at the home: 1) extra linens for the trundle bed. With a large party we needed to use all bed space and there were no linens for the bed found. 2) Curtain on the basement slider door. Again, we used all available sleeping spaces. The trundle in the basement had no curtain on the door window, so kids were woken with the sunrise. 3) Indoor pool: needed a good cleaning 4) towels: extra pool towels would have been nice. We ended up doing a lot of laundry to reuse towels for showers and pool. Overall we had a great stay and would return. Thanks!

It was a beautiful place. The kitchen could have been better equiped. We had to go out and buy some potholders and extra dish towels. There was 1 pot holder and 1 dish cloth and 1 towel. Would have loved a light over the stove. If you want to do a lot of cooking bring what you might need. Other than that, it was great! the view is gorgeous. We saw bears (and 2 cubs) right by the house. Pool and pool table and air hockey were a big hit.

The trip was good,

House was great for our party. Two small families each with a teen daughter. We arrived to a somewhat grimy pool/hot tub but within an hour or so a maintence man came and took care of it when we texted the owner. We did take food to cook and the oven wasn’t functioning as expected and we shared this to the owner when we checked out. Location was good for the activities we planned in Gaitlenburg and PF. Overall it was a great stay.

We stayed here with a group of 9 for a weekend and had the best time! Close proximity to everything, comfy beds, plenty of room for everyone. The pool area was a big hit and super unique. Hosts were great.

Beautiful spacious cabin. We had plenty of room for 3 families. Very clean. The kids had fun in the hot tub. The adults had fun w the pool table, air hockey. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful cabin with excellent views. Easy to get to location. Cleanliness was lacking. Floors were left sticky from the last guest and hair on the bathroom floors, sinks and showers. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to cook with but on but doesn’t have anything like spice, not eve salt and pepper. So if you are going to cook, you will need to pick that stuff up.

El Chalten is in the mountains. The view is beautiful. The road to the home is steep in areas and it winds around a lot. I would suggest arriving in daylight. The home is so nice. Plenty of room for the 6 adults and 4 children. The kids loved the game room! We stayed over Christmas and the owner had a decorated Christmas tree in the home with other tastefully done decorations. The outside of the house had lights on it as well. The kitchen was stocked pretty well with dishes and utensils, but only limited serving bowls. We all enjoyed the deck area and fire table. We had one problem with the refrigerator but it was taken care of within a few hours. Overall, everyone had a great time and we would recommend a stay in the beautiful home.

My group had a great time. The views and peaceful of the house were just what we needed. We did a lot of cooking in and were happy that the kitchen and grill were fully equipped for our needs. The only thing needed was hot pads for getting things out of the oven/grill. The location was the best part we could easily get into Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge for any activities we wanted to do. We are already looking to visit again!

Well appointed cabin with amazing views!

Just some “small issues” that should be addressed but nothing that impacted our stay.

This house is in an absolutely beautiful location sitting at the top of a mountain between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The views are breathtaking and plenty of outdoor space/seating to enjoy them. The indoor pool and hot tub were an added bonus. House is just as advertised.

Where to begin...had a great view of the mountains and we always saw bears which was the highlight of this trip. It was a nice cabin, but could have been better maintained. Being only 3 years old, it was surprising that there were so many things that didn't work. The little things: several lamps and several plugs didn't work, oven door broken, dishwasher (rack was hard to out), knobs broken on hot tub/pool, cabin was not very clean, clumps of hair in showers, grease from grill outside on floor, pool/spa was dirty, Bluetooth in pool area didn't work, one dish towel, no soap in bathrooms, nor kitchen, no cascade for dishwasher, no trash bags, no sheets for the pullout couch, & dead batteries in most of TV remotes. To me, if you are going to classify this cabin as "Luxury" then you should pay a little more attention to detail and add a few things extra that I have seen in cheaper cabins. Now the one BIG thing: the refrigerator from the time we got there to the time we left it was over 50 degrees. We called the owner and she called maintenance but they were a no-show. You would think we would be alerted quickly to make arrangements for food but we found out much later he would be there the next day. Again, I would think a luxury cabin would be more on top of these issues. We ended up having to throw away over $200 in food because we were worried about food poisoning from being out of temp so long. Disappointing to pay a luxury price for a not so luxury experience!

Could’ve been great if it were well-maintained and cleaned properly. Not as advertised “Brand New/Luxury” ? Property manager failed to come through on fixing problem TV in the main room, which is where we wanted to spend most of our time together at the cabin.

The house was very nice. Great views.

Multilevel house, great spa and endless pool. Fantastic decks. The house doesn’t have a pantry nor any closets. Perhaps the best part of the house is the spa/endless pool overlooking the valley. Very twisty and winding road to property (as are all properties in this area). There were numerous large spiders and webs on the deck that we had to knock down or ignore. Many of the cabinet doors are ill fitting and will not open all the way. This can be easily corrected, but thought I would mention it. We had some schedule mistakes, which were completely our fault, but we added an additional night over our original reservation, well past the cancellation deadline. Our host was accommodating and allowed us to pay for the additional night. However, I failed to take into account all of our schedules. We requested a partial refund of the added night and the property manager blamed VRBO for not being able to refund the night. We contacted VRBO and they told us they would contact the property manager to get permission to refund the added night. In further talks with the property manager they were still blaming VRBO. I don’t have a problem with not refunding us as we knew that was a possibility. What I have issue with is the lack of candor from the manager still blaming VRBO when the possibility existed for a refund. This disingenuous communication casts a shadow of distrust over the entire transaction. Just know they will hold you to the contract.

Karina and Maria were wonderful hosts. Our family enjoyed our time, especially the super fancy spa/swim 'pool'! The views were breathtaking, as you get to see the sunrise AND sunset! The beds were clean and so comfortable. The property is a little removed from other, surrounding cabins - so, more quiet than most!

This cabin was amazing! Everything from the rooms, the pool, games, and the views were excellent! Our group of 8 had more than enough space to enjoy the decks. Would definitely rent this cabin again.

The cabin was fantastic! Very clean, easy check in. Kids loved the game room & spa. Very enjoyable for all. Sleeping accommodations were comfortable for our family of 10. We spent a lot of time on the porch enjoying the views and the grill. If your goal is to see bears, this is the place to stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cabin and would stay again. Great view. Pool was great for our little ones. Highlight of our stay - a mama bear and her 3 cubs visited the cabin on our last night here. Also saw 2 other bear at other times. Loved our first trip to this area!

This cabin is beautiful. Game room, pool, hot tub. Large table on one of the balconies where we loved playing games. Rocking chairs on the balcony perfect for relaxing & enjoying the amazing view. We've been to Gatlinburg many times & this is the best place we've ever stayed. We will definitely be back!

We had such a fun time here! Nice and quiet! The views are immaculate. We had a little trouble checking in but the owner took care of it immediately! Customer service is top tier. Will be staying here again.

Was way more than I expected, the cabin was absolutely beautiful, the pool and hot tub were so nice to relax and hangout in. Very clean , had everything we needed for our stay. The only negatives I have is the refrigerator was very loud and I didn’t know the cabin was on top of a mountain as I’m terrified of heights so driving up a steep mountain wasn't something I was prepared for , but once we reached the top the views were breathtaking !!

Nice and clean … check in process was easy . The grandkids enjoyed the game room .. hot tube was nice and enjoyable .. seen 5 bear total outside our balcony one afternoon.. had a great time .. would stay again in future

This house had everything as described in the listing and the photos. Would definitely be considered a luxury property with comfortable beds. Easy to find and convenient location. Very clean throughout and felt prepared for a visit. Internet worked well. Property manager was quick to respond to all my questions and problems. We stayed with 12 adults but the cabin is more suited towards eight adults but we made it work. A few things that were disappointing. Is that the oven doors still do not close properly, even after others have posted that both ovens were broken and the dining room only seats 11, appears one chair is missing.
