Fran is the perfect host & although we knew he was there if needed, he did not interfere at all. The location was perfect for us as we were looking for a peaceful & relaxing break. Nearest supermarket is 15 mins walk along coastal path & Caleta resort is a further 15 min walk. The Villa was superb & had great outdoor space. There is an outdoor toilet which is handy & saves walking through indoors when just out of the pool. There is also an outdoor fridge, BBQ & sink with running water. The living space inside the villa is great & comfortable. Bedrooms are adequate size. 1 bedroom is en-suite & the other 2 bedrooms share a shower room.

We had a delay waiting on our cases at FUE airport & arrived at the villa at 10pm. The supermarkets were closed by this time & there was no bottled water at the villa. This is only a slight criticism as we told Fran we would arrive at the villa by 9pm

it’s a calm lovely spacious place. immaculately clean and the host was super helpful. it’s well equipped and spacious.

you need a car ideally (or taxis) but that’s the same for the whole island unless you stay in a resort 24/7

The villa was exceptional, loads of space and pool area was great..everything was perfect.The host Francisco was only a phonecall away if needed..we will definitely book this villa again..

Beautiful, spacious villa with a very private garden and pool area. Very comfortable villa with fabulous pool, outside kitchen, dining area and relaxing space. Also has an outside loo, which would be perfect for children not having to run in and out when they are wet. Owner Francisco is the perfect host, he is there to help with anything you require, however he is very respectful of your privacy.

Francisco was an amazing host and was very accommodating! We had a few issues during our stay but Francisco was very prompt at solving these problems. The villa is located in the middle of the Island so it is perfect for travelling North and South of the island. A car hire is highly recommended! The villa is a lot bigger than the pictures so perfect for large groups.

The villa is a 30 minute walk to the local town where the restaurants and bars are located. The villa is situated very close to other villas and there are no views. The swimming pool is heated for an additional charge but does not get that warm. The mattresses are very firm and hard and there is no air conditioning.

The villa was exceptional...we were looking for a quiet location for a 2 week relaxed holiday and we got exactly that. Short walk along the beach to the shops and back to our own pool it couldn't get any better. We will be booking here again. Host ensured we had everything we needed with regular contact but certainly not intrusive...... Fantastic holiday!!!!!!!!
