The unit was clean, and the location to the grocery store and beach were great! Beach was beautiful, and the owners and guests we spoke with were friendly. There was plenty of parking while we were there. We did not utilize beach service but were able to set up our cool cabana behind the property's chairs, which worked for us.

The view on the site is different from the view you actually get. Looks like an entire neighborhood has been built. View wasn't bad, just much smaller than expected. I would highly suggest updating the pics from the balcony. It would have been nice to have 4 chairs around the balcony table. The kitchen had enough pots and pans, but while the knife selection was large, they were terrible. Kitchen is small, but I cooked by myself, so it was fine.

the entrance to the apartment was flooded and nobody from vacasa help us. the tv in the main room didn’t work well

Everything was great. Some possible areas for improvement: More clear instructions on how to reserve beach chairs/umbrellas, Maybe provide beach towels as well, The unit could've provided more dishsoap & laundry soap & paper products, The complex could use an industrial/commercial ice dispenser (one on each floor would be ideal, but at least one on the Ground Level ), The basketball/tennis courts could have an area for extra balls/shuffleboard equipment, etc.

Para ingresar me tardaron casi q todo un día y lo cobraron dijeron q x el inconveniente podía salir más tarde el día de mi salida y cuando llamé dijeron que no se podía y me tenía que ir a las 10 en punto

Proximity to the beach, the condo was decorated nicely, there was a pool and pickle ball courts.

Some of the elevators were out of order, the condo didn’t have beach towels and was lacking some kitchen items.
