Camera ampia e ben insonorizzata. Letto ampio e molto confortevole. Doccia super con shampoo e balsamo di qualità. Disponibile un ampio guardaroba, una cassaforte ed un asciuga capelli di buona potenza.
Colazione scarsa ripetto al livello dell'hotel con buffet poco variegato e spazi troppo limitati data l'alta frequentazione riscontrata. Nessuno si occupa della pulizia dei tavoli durante il servizio.
Camera nel complesso confortevole anche se il fatto di non poter chiudere completamente la tenda oscurante facendo sovrapporre i due pannelli ha ridotto di molto la senzazione di comfort essendo stati svegliti alle prime lucu dell'alba.
Nelle vicinanze dell'Hotel ci sono delle fermate della linea di mezzi pubblici di superficie dalle quli però gli autobus passano raramente. La reception non chiama i taxi x i clienti ma si limita a fornire i numeri di telefono delle compagnie di taxi: questa è una forte limitazione per chi non ha padronanza della lingua.

Es gibt direkte Buslinien zum Zentrum und zum Flughafen. Wir hatten ein Appartement mit voll ausgestatteter Küche - alles wirkte wie neu!
Das Frühstücksbuffet war im Zimmerpreis enthalten.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften unseren Check-out verlängern…
Das Frühstück wird komplett mit Einweg-Geschirr angeboten.
Viel Plastik, Folien und Pappe - alles ist einzeln verpackt.
Etwas befremdlich im Zeitalter des Umweltschutzes…
Das soll aber weniger Kritik an diesem Hotel, sondern wohl eher an diesem Lebensstil in den USA sein.

Good breakfast could’ve had a little more variety. Enjoyed the view, and the facilities were nice. the elevators were also very fast which was enjoyable. The pour your own beer station was fun.
The pour your own wine was missing. A short summary of public transportation availability on a posted map or part of your website would have been helpful.

Went to watch the Marathon which was brilliant. The day was warm and sunny and everyone was in a happy party mood. We also took in a trip to see The red sox game. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly
Hotel was a bit far from Boston centre but taxis were available. Visited Quincy Market with its various food stalls. I ended up with food poisoning from eating Chinese fried rice. ( AVOID) It ruined the last 2 days of my holiday. Apart from that it was well worth a visit. Did a guided tour of Salem which was very informative.

Výborná snídaně už od 6 hodin, úklid pokojů, bazén otevřen od 7 hodin, posilovna nonstop. Před hotelem zastávka autobusu do centra. Kousek od samoobsluhy. Pro maratónce snídaně dříve i balíčky na zavod! Cely den zdarma káva a čaj. Krásný výhled i když nebyl na moře. Mohli jsme si uschovat zavazadla před odletem večer a při vyzvednutí počkat na hotelu, ohřát si jídlo, (náš let byl totiž odložen o 2 hodiny.)
Cena uvedena na bookingu není finální, platili jsme kartou až při ubytování, ceny je vyšší, cca přes 300 dolaru za daň. Ubytování pecka, jen s tím počítejte.

I will never forget Memsura and Brenda. They were very friendly, attentive, and respectful during our stay. I loved talking to them during breakfast.
I chose this place because I wouldn’t go outside when it’s cold, but I wanted to visit my niece to surprise her for her birthday. The indoor pool and gym were my places to be most of the time.
The hotel is clean, and overall, the staff is friendly. I highly recommend this hotel!

I went last month for my birthday, and it was amazing. The hotel was clean,rooms was great we had a nice view, beds were comfortable. Very friendly staff especially "Marvin" the afternoon manager he was awesome with a lovely personality ,and extremely professional. Their food is good, my kids had a blast. I will highly recommend.
The only bad thing for me, it's the fact they didn't have free parking, and if you have to use their parking the cost for the night is a little too high. Otherwise everything else was wonderful.

The staff- I was the victim of racist harassment twice and the manager said ‘I can not take sides’ and even threatened to call the police for recording the harassment.

The room was specious, clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable.
I hated their breakfast and lobby area. It looks very cheap. They had PLASTIC CUTLERY when serving breakfast. I paid $376 per night and all they had was plastic cutlery. The hotel is very far from the city attractions and it is not cheap to reach the city center. No point in staying in an expensive hotel that provides plastic cutlery and is far from everything you are visiting to Boston for.

Valet parking is Terrible and almost destroy my day. Communication is bad ask for something in room .they never show up have to call many times. Staff are not professional and the attitude is bad

It is downright unbelievable and unacceptable that in this day and age an international hotel chain like Hilton uses plastic cutlery and disposable plates for breakfast. Moreover, our room had a fridge, large enough for a family of six, which was constantly running empty. On arrival, the dishwasher appeared to have been used to wash two glasses and some cutlery. This kind of unsustainable waste can no longer be justified. Therefore, a "warm" appeal to Hilton to thoroughly review its sustainability policy, if any, as it now leaves much to be desired.
