Dated. No safety mat in tub across from kitchen. Appliances, i.e., sweeper, coffee pot, dishwasher, less than ideal. No hair dryer found in unit but stated on Vrbo as having one. Over priced for a weeks stay. View was excellent, access to beach excellent. However, came back from beach and our door was open with workers outside but no notification from rental company of needing access.

Overall, a great place. Rooms were nice size and comfortable. View was great and balcony was nice to sit out on. Apartment was decorated very nicely. Ceiling fan and plug on the patio did not work. It would have been nice to have some air flow. But I'm sure it will be fixed.

We decided to go south Florida this year. We found Indian Rock Beach and your condo and decided to give it a shot.
Great location! Loved the area! The condo was nice and we loved that it overlooked the beach and pool. It was our littles first time to the beach and that was perfect.
Only thing that I could suggest is to update the small things, like the shower caddies as they were rusted. But really that was all. We had a fabulous time and will be back! Thank you!

I was looking for a condo in St. Pete or Clearwater and didn't know the address until I booked so was a little surprised where it was located. It's right on the beach which was great, but the floors were sandy when we got there. Ice Maker is broken and bathroom sink didn't drain and had hair. Lights in kitchen flicker and the patio wasn't clean. We tried to connect to Wifi and were constantly told to check the text Joanie sent. The password was typed with a capital B instead of a lower case. The big screen TVs, meant to impress, did not work. Asked about chairs on the beach before we got there and were told they weren't included. So we brought chairs and umbrella. Asked Joanie about the chairs on the beach when we got there and she never responded back. For future renters, you can rent 2 Chaise Lounges and an Umbrella for $35 per day. The pool is spotless and we enjoyed our vacation despite the condition of the condo.

We booked Wed to Wed in April which worked better than a Sat to Sat reservation for our schedules. The condo was exactly as described - clean and well-supplied with kitchen supplies for cooking, an amazing beach-front view, and easy access to the beach, parking, and restaurants. It was a perfectly wonderful place to vacation and we will return. Beachtime Rentals was super to work with for the rental: quick responses and timely informational communications with pleasant customer service. Thanks for a great vacation!

The condo was fantastic! It is a great location (which we knew having been here before). It come equipped with all amenities.The only suggestion is the master bathroom needs more attention on the shower for cleaning and there is no trash can for the master bathroom. Our kids did get stuck in the elevator, but we're fine.These are very minor, and we loved it!

We were there for 8 weeks. Generally, a very positive experience. Pool area very crowded with a ton of kids. Nighttime gabfests in the hot tub precluded any other guests from using. Low toilet in one BR was uncomfortable.

The location was beautiful. The property was not very clean (I had to take the shower curtain down and wash it because I did not want my family to touch it). Not sure I would stay there again. I also had to tape the shower nozzle so it would stay up.

The location was beautiful, clean and great access to local places and of course, direct access to the beach. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed including extra blankets, towels and pillows. We had such a wonderful time. The property managers provided a ton of information on local groceries, restaurants, sights, and even great options for beach rental equipment. We did have two issues come up - one toilet seat was cracked when we got there and then there was a miscommunication on the pool key code, but the manager responded immediately to both and was resolved quickly and perfectly. We have already talked about coming back again!

The room was nice and very spacious. The building had a lot of palmetto bugs. The condo is located close to everything you could want to do.

Would not recommend
The bed was amazing and so was the view but other than that I was not impressed. The owner was sweet but the people running her room are not doing the best. We were asked to allow workers in the room 3 times during our stay. The walls and floors needed to be cleaned and renovated. We found 2 bugs we had to kill during our stay. Overall I would not recommend.

Great Location & Great Views
We generally disappointed with the booking process, communication with property management property, it’s a very old condo in need of renovations and some the kitchen stuff great and some downright awful. Furthermore it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Hair on bathroom floors when we arrived and shower seemed grungy. But why we went so high is location location location. And the shared pool, barbecues & hot tub all clean well maintained & terrific.

The Sea Gem was a perfect location and for our fam ily of five nicely. Unfortunately, there was drilling in the parking garage that could be heard in every unit for a majority of our vacation. The kitchen was nice and spacious as well as the bed comfortable. There was only two cable boxes for four TVs and the floors were dirty among arrival. All in all, we had a great week in Indian Rocks Beach.

This was great location right on the beach with beautiful views! 7 miles from Clearwater Water Beach so we could go there parasail jet ski etc. then return back to condo away from the hussle and bussel and relax! Condo was the perfect size and clean it does need some updates with paint and bathrooms but overall nice condo

Gorgeous views at a good price
The views from the unit are stunning and this would be a good place for multiple families to stay together but separate. Beach Time Rentals were very responsive and easy to work with. The unit is clean, a little outdated but overall nice and the views really made everything great. It was surprisingly quiet as well. We never heard neighbors. There is a restaurant/bar across the street that plays live music on the weekend but we didn't hear anything inside. The unit was lacking some basics that would have been nice like beach chairs, a decent cooler, tupperwear, lysol wipes, etc. but we bought and left a cooler and rented the chairs on the beach ($30/day for 2). The building shades the pool for a good part of the day which made it a little chilly but the water was warm and that could be good in the really hot months. Overall we were happy with our trip, the unit, and working with beach time.
