Sur le descriptif on dit qu’il y’a une piscine mais c’est que une fois sur place qu’on se rend compte que la piscine est publique et en dehors de l’hôtel. En effet elle se trouve à une centaine de mètres de la. Aucun service de garderie n’était prévu j’ai du chercher une nounou moi même de l’extérieur. Il faut marcher un petit peu pour aller au téléphérique le plus important de megeve. Le personnel n’est pas très agréable Odeur d’égout dans la chambre

La piscine n'est pas dans l'hôtel (c'est très gênant, on l'a fait une fois seulement pendant tout le séjour, alors que d'habitude tous les jours). Le parking est payant.

The location was perfect. Hotel is new and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpfull.

It's stated that the hotel has indoor pool and they have pictures with the pool (we searched specifically for the hotels with the pools), but they don't. There's a public pool in different building (close to hotel). And the public pool prohibits swimming with swimming shorts, so you'll need to buy swim trunks. And the pool is working only up to 7pm (hotel checkin time is 5pm). Haven't found those details on the hotel description, so it was a very disappointing.

Friendly staff and very nice distribution/design of the duplex for the family.

Yes, all in all it was OK the Hotel, the one thing we would have loved to, was if the swimming pool would have stayed open until a little later than 7:30pm, after all, it was (technically) still summer, actually, this was the reason we've chosen the hotel, to spend the rest of the day in the pool, have dinner and get rest with our daughters, to continue our trip back home the next day.

Bathroom. Tiny. Uncomfortable. Plastic bathtub. Water all-over. Towel dryer. Use complicated and much more.

The hotel was centrally located in Megeve. The room and facilities were excellent and very clean. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. The breakfast was also extensive and tasty. In the restaurant and hotel the staff were excellent. We had a small dog with us and she was also welcomed. We stayed in May so the hotel and village were very quiet.
