We stayed at this property while we spent 4 days skiing in the 2024 Blizzard of Colorado. It was so nice to come back to a nice cozy place. Lot was cleared every morning before we went skiing and the kids enjoyed warming up in the not tub.

This was a great place to rest after spending the day on the slopes. We made trips to Vail, Steamboat, Copper and Ski Cooper from here. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The beds were all very comfortable and I loved that they left a humidifier. That mountain air definitely takes time to adjust to. The bunk room was perfect for our four teens and the high clinging ensured everyone could sit up in their beds. I love the leave your food policy as I always hate throwing away unopened foods. The only touch that would have been nice was a couple of blankets in the living room to cozy up with while watching tv, reading and having forced family fun. 😂

Great time over the holiday weekend in the mountains. Location is nice and quiet just off the beaten path, but wonderful easy access to the lake and just a short drive from all that Frisco, and the neighboring ski resorts, have to offer (love not having to wake up at 5 am for a day trip to the ski hill!). Property Manager was wonderful as far as communication. Check in and check out was easy.

Linens and towels were clean. Plenty of towels provided. Basic toiletries provided. Kitchen was stocked with what we need (just needed a big enough pot to make pasta). Knives look nice but need sharpening. Next time, we’ll bring our own sharpening stone :-). On/Off fireplace switch was nice to have. They also provided a couple humidifier which we definitely used. Easy check-in/out procedure. Would definitely come back and would recommend.

Great spot for relaxing family time after exhausting ski days, which was our plan. Spacious, clean, contemporary, comfy beds. Nice open air, covered hot tub facility - 3 separate hot tubs so you don’t have to cozy up with other groups. Great location to sample different ski resorts. 2nd bedroom is crowded w two bunk beds, but that didn’t bother our 2 teenagers and would be great for a family with 3 or 4 kids. That room does need better lighting, though - only a couple small lamps keep it very dark. Master bath could also be brighter. Kitchen had mediocre cookware, missing some essentials like a cutting board, measuring cup and containers with lids. It’s not far from restaurants, stores and Frisco Main St but you do have to drive everywhere so wouldn’t be the best location if you’re planning to go out a lot in the evenings. Some difficulty with the information provided by mgmt company - inaccurate info about the trash and recycling; also, the lock on the door to the hot tub facility had been changed and we were never given the code, even after I called and spoke to someone. Overall, it’s a great spot for a family trip.

The unit was definitely clean, but the cleaner smell was overpowering. We had to open the door to the patio to try to air it out. They had even sprayed it in the oven, so we had to "burn" it out so our food didn't taste like cleaner. I would suggest trying scent free cleaners for your the sake of your guests sensitive to smells.

Highlights - hot tubes on-site that are clean and hot! - very close to multiple grocery stores, including a Whole Foods - very quiet - very easy drive to Breck and Copper - kid friendly - super efficient & responsive management company Bottom line is that we will book again!

This is a great place to stay. It is close to shopping for groceries and other things. The home is well stocked. The kitchen had everything you need to make a meal for the family. The bedrooms had soft mattresses and were very clean. The fireplace was great when it was cold and snowing. We watched movies as a family (there are 5 of us). My teenagers used all the plugs to charge their devices leaving them without lights at night and in the early morning. We had to alternate showering some in the morning and some in the evening so that everyone had hot water. Communication with the rental company was amazing. Our only complaints were the couches need to be moved and swept under and the bathtub filled with water when showering. Both items were reported when we left. It was a great vacation and a nice place to stay and visit. Don't forget to bring shampoo and conditioner. They leave you a sample, but no fear, Walmart is near if you forget. We would definitely go back to this rental. The lake was frozen and beautiful as well as the mountain view from the bedroom and livingroom.

We enjoyed our stay as it was convenient access to some of the best mountains we’ve skied. It was also great to reach out to property management via text for questions.

Nice apartment which gorgeous views. Close to ski areas

Close to everything. 2nd bedroom does contain 2 bunks, putting several people in one room. We had 3 of us, so it worked extremely well for us.

The property was fine. Had what we needed for a one week stay. Good location in Frisco. The gas fireplace was really nice. The people on the floor above us kept us up the last two nights we were there though. Overall it was a fine condo for the money with a good location.

This was the perfect stay for us. Great location between Vail and Breckinridge. Was a very clean place with nice amenities. Would definitely stay here again

We normally go to Vail for short trips and stay in Vail Village. Our normal place was booked (short notice) so we decided to try Frisco and booked this spot on very short notice for about 1/4 the cost and 4x the space. It was great and we enjoyed the town and access to bike trails (rode to Vail on the bike). The condo was very nice and comfortable and cannot think of anything we were missing. We enjoyed it enough to do it again.

Great location! Super clean & beautiful condo. Loved the setup for our family of five. Lots to do in the area, hiking, biking, whitewater rafting, shopping & dining.

This condo has nice beds, all the kitchen appliances you could want, plenty of towels, lots of hooks, shelves, and drawers for all your stuff, and a balcony with a view. Seriously it has everything you could need.

This property was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was one of the best appointed that we have experienced. Comfortable beds for a good nights sleep. Enough room for family together time as well as kids to isolate when they needed. Garage was really nice to store ski gear and car in. Would recommend this property to anyone with a family.
