Absolutely TERRIBLE management. Locked us out of our room multiple times midway through the stay as retaliation for having them correct our booking. They put us in the incorrect room type initially, we had them move us to the larger room that we specifically paid more for. They were very rude and unhelpful and made us wait in the car for hours before correcting our booking. They changed the code on us and locked us out multiple times throughout our stay including once for a whole day

Nothing went well. We never got to stay there! Then they charged us!

Someone could have been on the property to explain how their unorthodox system works! The office was closed! We arrived after a disaster of a day in which my daughter had a medical emergency on the plane and we spent the day at a Tucson hospital. No one was at the property and therefore we did not know how to access our room. We left and ended up in the middle of the desert with no place to stay between Tucson and the New Mexico border. Suddenly, we get a text from the people who run the hotel asking how our accommodations were. They said that they had sent us an email on how to get into the room but no Internet was available where we were. We told them we never got that email, so they texted it. We were too far away at that point to turn around and go back and my daughter continued to experience medical problems. An elderly person in an old non-air-conditioned trailer offered us two beds. It was a miserable night and we could not sleep due to the heat. Vistas 115 then charged us for the full amount of the room even though we never stayed there.
