The house was not properly cleaned when we arrived. There was an excessive amount of dust under the beds, leftover bar pads, gold balls, and dryer sheets on the floor. There was also a dead roach left in one of the bedrooms. The toilets were also not cleaned. The beds are high off the ground so you could see all the debris left behind right when you walked in. There were dead bugs on the window sills in the kitchen, and we found a live roach in the kitchen as well. The pool was disappointing. The pool deck was repainted an odd red, that is chipping badly. The patio area is cracking, my 2 yr old kept tripping. No one cleaned the pool or patio area before we arrived, pool floats were left out, and there was lots...lots of hair stuck to the patio drain. It was gross! I reported all the issues to the owner but didn't get much of a reply. She offered to have the house cleaned again, but we had already swept up the bedrooms and cleaned the window sills. I also sent photos to her but got no reply. It would have been nice to have someone come out to clean the hair off the patio area. We also reported the pool was dirty. I'm not sure anyone would have come out to clean it if we did not complain. The location and overall home amenities were good. Our biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the home. Air B&B has a lot of people coming in and out, so keeping the home clean is the biggest priority. We ended up washing all the sheets before going to bed. The house needs a Deep Clean

The house is beautiful, great landscaping and quiet area, well stocked kitchen, lots of extra towels, very comfortable beds, roomy and comfortable for 4 adults and three kids. The only problem was that the pool was green with algae when we arrived, but the pool people came in 48 hrs and got it sorted. We would definitely stay again!

Clean, comfortable, very spacious, kid friendly. My grandsons loved the pool, enjoyed fishing off the dock even though the fish didn't bite. Great location. Close to grocery stores. Would definitely recommend

Garbage cans were never emptied for us and it was quite a mess and smelled terrible. Overall good experience. Beautiful house, pool was awesome.

This was a perfect spot for us! It was close to everything we needed. We tried several beaches but loved Crescent beach 20 mins away. This house had everything we needed from the dock fishing to night swims we had a blast! The beds were so comfortable! Such a great stay!! The host was just wonderful!

Had a wonderful time. Neighborhood was very nice. Great communication with Tracy, she even checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Her pool company does an awesome job on the pool each week. Will go back again!

Lovely, quiet neighborhood, ride bike from this location to various bike paths. We enjoyed our stay especially the heated pool. Close proximity to various beaches, and parks, our dogs enjoyed the fenced yard. Will visit again.

The house was nice, big and clean. The only problem we had was some type of small bugs in the pool. There were some holes in porch screen that could be easily fixed to solve the problem. They had chairs and towels for the beach which was nice. It has a nice dock if you rented a boat would be fun. We rented a golf cart but money would be well spent on a boat rental instead. Overall a very nice house with all the amenities one would need for a nice vacation.

This home was beautiful and as listed. It was very clean. We have a child in a wheelchair and the home was very accommodating. We were able to have a very memorable and relaxing time together! The garage room was the perfect place for my grown children to reconnect.

We had business to take care of in the area but this stay made it feel more like a vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was great as well as the double docks. We only used one but will be useful in the future as we usually have more than one boat in our group. It was great having a pool to dip in after a day on the water. We like to travel with our dogs on occasion and it can be a lot of work having a different routine. Having the gated side yard was awesome. So easy to let the dogs out and do their thing instead of having to go out and walk them around which they aren’t use to. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. There’s two coffee pots so you can either have ground coffee or kcups. The beds were very comfortable as well as the house furniture. Fun little game/tv in the closed in garage. We didn’t use that area but nice if needed more space. Also plenty of seating outside by the pool. We will definitely will rent here again in the future!

I booked and paid my deposit for my trip back in January for my husband, daughter, son-in-law, and grandson. 1 month later the owner canceled the first 4 days of our trip. Which led me to have to scramble to find a place for the first half of our trip. It was a huge inconvenience for us to switch houses in the middle of our vacation. We found out someone was staying in the house those first four days. Not sure if it was her or her friend and family. We drove by to see where the place was going to be, and there were people at the house both times we drove by. We checked in late Tuesday night. It was dark so we couldn’t see much outside. The next day we went out the pool was nasty. There was fungus and hair in the pool. The screen and blinds surrounding the pool were dirty and torn. I messaged her and told her about the pool. She preceded to tell me she was there prior to us being there and it was fine. I sent her pictures and a video. She said she would get the pool guy out Thursday. Later that evening she said the pool guy couldn’t come out until Friday. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday we couldn’t use the pool and we checked out early Saturday morning. I asked if she was going to refund some of our money since we were not able to use the pool, and she has ignored all of my messages. She said the pool was fine when it clearly wasn’t. The sheets and towels smelt sour. The pots and oven sheet pans we so stained with old food. I had never rented a house before this week. The first house we rented for the first 4 days was perfect! This house was nasty. My daughter found a bag with half eaten cookies in the bathroom. I had to contact the owner for check in information it wasn’t provided to me before me requesting information. The fireplace that was in the description had a sign on it saying we couldn’t use it. This was a very stressful last 4 days of our trip. My grandson was extremely disappointed he couldn’t use the pool. Tracy didn’t seem like she cared. I will never rent from her again.

The property was as advertised if not nicer. We had a bit of bad weather - obviously the host had nothing to do with this - and was very comfortable in the house. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Palm Coast area. Was close to many attractions and the home was well equipped for renters.

We stayed here for 4-nights in April. Nice house for our family of 4 (+ a dog). Comfortable beds, nice family room and TVs throughout the house. Nice yard and neighborhood. Lots of areas to walk the dog. Quick drive to the beach, biking trails, Flagler, restaurants, parks, etc. The lanai/pool were nice and we spent quite a bit of time out there. Our oldest son enjoyed fishing from the docks for hours. The kitchen has most things you need if you want to stay in and cook. We prepared a number of meals there. A few issues that we encountered during our stay: - there’s a Ring video doorbell on the front door which is not mentioned in the listing. The owner needs to add that to the listing as it’s a privacy requirement when using VRBO. - There’s a house being built right across the street (just outside the master bedroom window). 3 of the 4 mornings we were there construction started at 7am. Not the owner’s fault, but it would have been nice to have known that before booking this house for a vacation. - The lanai and pool area are nice, but definitely need a deep cleaning. Some surfaces obviously haven’t been cleaned for some time. The TV on the lanai does not appear to work. Owner should have that replaced since it is a feature in the listing. - Pool heater stopped working and was down for the better part of 2 days. Owner was quick to respond and had a service tech come out. 2 more pool service people came that day (?). - Lawncare workers showed up the same day as all the pool workers. We were in the pool at the time, and they mowed/weeded the side yard, blowing pollen and yard debris into the pool area where we were relaxing. - Pool light shuts off immediately, needs to be serviced. - Bed linens were comfy but weren’t new. Was surprised to be charged an additional fee after we checked out for a “stain” on the master bedroom bedspread. No idea what it was, but hard to believe it wouldn’t come out with stain remover. - Air hockey table isn’t working on half the table. Owner should have it repaired since it is a feature in the listing. - Neighbor spent 3 hours on Sunday morning pressure washing his boat on his dock. Kind of killed the vibe for our Sunday morning lanai/pool hangout. All-in-all we enjoyed our stay, but given the issues outlined above, overall lack of privacy, and getting hit with a fee for “damaged linens”, we’ll look for other properties next time.

We brought our dog and the yard was set up very well for that. There was a dog park nearby which was fun. The house worked beautifully for our family. We stayed 4 weeks. The only blip was a few days of a cold pool - but the owner remedied that and the pool was great for the rest of our stay. Very comfortable!

The house and property were everything promised in the listing. The home is large and inviting, and had everything we could’ve possibly needed during our stay. We loved being able to use the pool - our first time swimming in December! We would love to return and rent the place again for a longer visit.

The house is wonderful. Loved being on the canal. It’s a little far from the inlet so we stayed inshore. Sand bars were fun.

This was a great spot to get away with our friends and their families for a long weekend! The pool was great, the dock was nice, and we loved having a fire on the dock at night. Close to the beach and stores and restaurants!

Our family enjoyed a mini 3 day vacation at this lovely home. The home was spacious, located in a perfect spot and we were 10 minutes away from a beautiful beach. Tracy has this home stocked with everyone you could need. We were pleased to find sugar, salt and pepper, dishwashing soap, detergent, lots and lots of towels and lots of extra bedsheets and comforters. The game room was fully stocked with a stroller, a single person kayak, fishing rods, bowling games, air hockey, card games, honestly- it had everything!! Our family really enjoyed cooking in this home and we were pleased to find the best knives that made it easy to cut our ingredients, cutting boards, pots and pans, and access to the grill. That was such a big perk! All of the beds were comfy and allowed for a lovely nights sleep.

Enjoyed the stay. Location was close to beaches. If taking kids defiantly recommend James Holland park nearby. Great place for kids to play with splash pad and other activities.

The house and location was beautiful!! Very quiet and the canal was great. Took the kayak out and fished from the dock. Short drive over the bridge to the beautiful beach. And the covered patio and pool was awesome in the evening. Tracy the host kept us informed and communicated quickly. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a perfect Vacation! We went for a couples weekend & enjoyed out time in Palm Coast! Would book again.

I was super pleased to see that the kitchen had everything that you could possibly need for preparing meals. There were plenty of linens and towels for our tribe of six. The kids enjoyed the game room...they never got bored as kids often do on trips. And that pool! Just amazing! We spent most of our time in the pool or just hanging out on the patio. We especially loved to watch the fish jumping in the canal in the evenings! The neighborhood was quiet and I truly enjoyed my stay! We look forward to visiting again in the future!
