Wonderful, spacious apartment with all the amenities. 10 minute walk into town. It was more than we expected and overall very comfortable.

We loved our stay! Walking distance to town, it was very spacious, and Dawn was very responsive if we had any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Very clean property and proximity to downtown is convenient. Impressed with all the amenities that are available and did play one of the games. The pull-out couch mattress is VERY uncomfortable and maybe a form egg-crate topper would help or bring your own if you have 4 people staying. For the price point I would have expected more in that department.

Great location. You can walk downtown to area restaurants and shops. The place is very clean and has a lot of space. I would stay there again.
The only nuance is the layout. You have to walk through the bathroom to the bedroom. If someone is using the bathroom, they have to tell the person in the bedroom not to go into the bathroom since that door only locks from the bedroom.

We thoroughly enjoyed the blue heron. The location is ideal and it was equipped with all the amenities.

Very clean and well-maintained property within walking distance of downtown. The bathroom is updated and very clean, and the property is much larger than I expected based on the pictures.

Listing said unit was one block from river and downtown stores. Reality was 5+ blocks. Unit was on major thorough fare with noisy traffic all day and nite.

Very large kitchen. Perfect for hosting small groups of friends for dinner.

We stayed in this apartment during the labor day weekend. We couldn't have asked for better weather or accommodations. The king sized bed was comfortable and my wife took advantage of the jetted tub. The large kitchen had a breakfast bar that could easily seat 8 adults. The main shopping district/shoreline was a five minute walk. Across and a little ways down the street is The Southerner restaurant/bar: dining right on the water, good food and a whiskey menu second to none. This place is a winner!

An immaculately clean and spacious apartment. Great location blocks from town, restaurants and bike rentals.
Our only (very small) suggestion would be to put something in the sitting area to prop up feet !

My husband and I are frequent travelers to saugatuck and this is unquestionably the best location we have stayed at! The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. It was clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. It is also a very short walk into town. I will be staying here again!

We came to the area to attend a wedding. This was a perfect place to explore Saugatuk within an easy walk and the surrounding lovely towns. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was tastefully decorated with a nice deck as outdoor space. The nearby nature preserve a plus too. The stairs to get into the apartment could present a challenge to anyone with limited mobility. The hosts live next door and were very friendly.

Dawn was easy to communicate with and responded fast to my questions. Check in and out process was easy. Rental was perfect for our needs and a 7-10 minute walk to downtown was great! Kitchen was humongous and had everything we needed. Loved that there was beach towels and beach toys for our 2 year old daughter. Would stay here again! Thank you.

Property was perfect. Very comfortable and so close to downtown. Only recommendation would be to put a mirror in the laundry room. We used that area to change and it would have been nice to have a mirror to get ready with. Planning on booking for next year!! Thanks!!

Our stay at the Blue Heron was great! The kitchen was enormous. The living room was inviting and comfortable. The bedroom was comfortable and met our needs! (although we were too busy shopping, dining out and hanging at the beach to stay put too long) Thank you for everything!

The Blue Heron was exactly what we were looking for. Nice, quaint, very clean cottage. Everything you need in the kitchen was provided. Best was the location. Easy walk to downtown Saugatuck to all restaurants and shops.

The apartment was very clean and had adorable decorations for the season (Christmas)! We had a few questions before booking this property. The owner responded quickly. The property is on a nice street, walking distance to shops and restaurants.
