This property is everything advertised, and some! Multiple houses with lots of room to spread out. 2 kitchens came in handy for large group of 15 adults. The dock and cove were the highlight for us. Secluded off main lake, and deep water. Great for swimming and relaxing on the dock. Plenty of water toys. House has a ton of amenities. Everything was clean and comfortable. Couldn’t say a bad word about anything. Owner was attentive and very responsive to communication. We will definitely be back!!

Jake (home owner)clearly enjoys fulfilling those friends & families that are looking to make lifetime memories! He went out of his way to assure we had no questions, even little stuff I’d never bother a paid receptionist for, he was eager to answer! I never felt like I was bothering him. I don’t want one to expect the unheard of but we received elitist service!!! All bedrooms but one are on the main level for those who can’t do stairs well. The home was clean & open floor plan . There was plenty of kitchen appliances to make gourmet dinners. Ice maker was worth gold. Plenty of seating options & Extra bedding. TVs in all rooms. The neighbors were not too close and super kind! I’m positive if I asked we could’ve connected to the dock’s stereo instructions which looks like a great system. I can’t say enough great things about this place , we will definitely return!

We loved this property for our family gathering of some special celebrations! It’s well maintained and stocked for most anything you would need for a lake trip! So much to offer. We really enjoyed it! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

This property was perfect for our family with young children .. the fenced in property allowed young ones to roam without life jackets all the time!

Very nice place to stay with our large family. Stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Nice dock and kids likes the game room. Shuffle board in the large house was a huge hit! Thanks for sharing your home.

This house has it all! Lots of room for the family to spread out, but yet has great gathering places also! (Covered deck, fire pit, game room and a large dock). Kitchen is well stocked to cook meals for a large group and the beds are comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family of 16 people. The kitchen was great. The stove and microwave were a little dirty but nothing we couldn’t handle. The grocery store was close enough to handle any last minute pickup. The kayaks and all the water toys you could ask for were there for the kids enjoyment. The owner couldn’t be any more easier to work with. Answered any question you have immediately. We would without a doubt return for another stay.

The property was everything we needed/wanted and more! We had the ability to be together in the water, house and outside spaces and be apart when we wanted! Beautiful, quiet setting in the middle of the Lakes! Jake and Sarah were easy to contact for the couple minor issues and questions we had. The houses were great! Meal prep and dinners (for 15 people) were easy with all the space! We only ate out once! Definitely will come back!

We rented this property for our family Christmas! It has tons of space and is absolutely stunning! From the appliances to the beds everything is very high end. The location is superb! We hope to rent this property again during the summer months. The owners were easy to work with and are very nice people.

This property is perfect from a location standpoint on the water at the lake of ozarks. Not to mention the amount of rooms and beds to sleep all of us comfortably. We had 7 couples celebrating our 50th birthdays for a week. The location of the water to the house was the best we have ever rented. The cove this home is located in is perfect as well because it is far enough off the main channel that we could hang out in the water and not have a ton of waves. Not only would be come back with couples we are planning to have our big family rent this home next year. Plenty of room to spread out and play games on the lot in front of the dock! The owners were super friendly and answered the phone promptly when we had any questions or problems with the home. We can’t wait to go back!!!
