Queen bed was a bit hard.

=central location . Close to shops and eateries.

Couch in lounge was uncomfortable… probably because it is a fold out bed. Finding the apparent was confusing… we would have been lost without Farid . He was great A second to would have been good for the 2 children.

We met a representative at the apartments, however did not receive any access instructions prior to our arrival. Once we found the representative, he provided details

The instructions (that the representative gave us on arrival) were not clear for the car parking. It was quite difficult to find our allocated carpark

Very convenient location just a couple minutes' walk from shopping centre and restaurant strip. Apartment is in newish block, with dedicated and secure underground parking. Apartment was very clean, modern, nicely furnished. Well supplied with equipment. Nice balcony with casual seating for four.

Finding the parking slot allocated to the apartment took a few minutes the first time we did it. And then finding the right lift took a few more. Signage in the car park could be improved.

Great location & everything we needed at the property.

Communication was great, I wasn’t sure of process, as all communication was via email. I rang and the lady was very helpful and answered my questions. The email Instructions were very clear. Christine contacted me by text on day of arrival. I got there 20 minutes early and Christine was able to give me the keys. She was great and Showed me how to get into the apartment and explained the parking. We didn’t have issues finding the spot, the YouTube video helped, and we also just followed the sequence of the numbers on the ground once we got to level B3. Apartment was awesome, Clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. Couldn’t hear the other residents. Location was great. We walked to the shops and restaurants. Was just a close drive to the tourist attractions. Will stay again.

Garbage shoot in common area was handy. But wasn’t sure where to put the recycling. There was instructions on how to use the garbage shoot, but no mention if it was co-mingled. Or if there was another location to place the recycling. We traveled by car so was able to take the recycling with us.

Shower in main bedroom, pours out onto floor, no matter what. Meant a clean up and very wet towels every day.
