Cleanliness was spotless. Staff very helpful. Accommodation had everything we needed. Owner responded very quickly on WhatsApp. Would recommend and would stay again!

The bed was very comfy and was a lovely sleep Spacious apartment inside to relax in with a big tv and good layout The TV however did make you worry it was going to fall as the bracket doesn't seem too stable

Instructions aren't the clearest Damages already in the apartment make you wary since its already stated that any damages may be charged to you unless you have proof of them prior Felt unsecured on arrival with the front door being wide open and keys being in the door free to enter

Clean self catering 3 bed apartment, clean and in good condition. Close to town center and Bars and Restaurants.

Parking is around the back and very tight with limited spaces.

Nice apartment, very spacious

The wifi was very spotty and kept shutting off. Kitchen supplies were very poor. Don’t book if you plan on cooking. I asked for some simple kitchen items and was told nothing was available. The wifi was never addressed by management.

The apartment was very clean and well presented, I found the size of all the rooms and the layout to be fantastic and the quality of the furniture and fittings to be of a good standard too.

This property specifies no noise between certain times, no parties, not suitable for stag/hen etc. I thought this was great until I realised it was because the walls are paper thin. I thought the kettle started boiling on it's own at one point but actually I could hear the next appartment's kettle boiling clear as day as though it were in the same room. Every time a guest left the property they would slam the door rather than use the key to turn the lock and close it (latch lock) and this was very loud. I assume the wall is a cavity wall and the noise travelled up the inside of it. The sach window didn't help this situation. Speaking of the outside door, as mentioned this was a door on a latch. Durig my stay myself and another guest were locked out of the building for 45 minutes. Either the latch popped into a locked position when a gues slammed the door shut, or another guest locked the latch automatically when they entered themselves. Either way what a stupid choice of lock for a communal door. We were unable to contact anyone from the property management on any of the various telephone numbers provided. The "Emergency Number" rang with a message stating the opening times of the estate agents, and therefore was not an emergency number if it couldn't be accessed outside hours. I was also disappointed by the towels. I'm fairly slender and found the bath towel to be inadequate for covering my body. I think they should have spent less of flashy cushions for the bed that ultimately ended up on the floor and more on quality bath sheets instead of basic bath towels as size really does matter. I was also disappointed that for a property that is fitted with a combi boiler the shower was only an electric box style shower with poor pressure.
