Condo was perfect for me and my husband. Beautifully decorated. Everything we needed. This was our second stay in this condo and we will be back. Awesome Mountain View to watch the sun come up over morning coffee. Francie was a great host. Thanks so much for sharing your mountain place with us!

Perfect for a weekend getaway! The owners had everything we needed for just a lovely stay. We hope to come back again some time in the winter to try the slopes.

We followed the owners directions exactly as it was listed in order to provide airflow within the apartment. However, this did NOT cool the place down at all. There is NO AC in the property and that should have been made MORE clear before booking during summertime. We had to drive to Walmart and buy 2 more fans just to get thru the second night. This is our MAIN complaint, otherwise the property was good but should not be rented out in the summertime without having an AC.

We very much enjoyed our mountain place getaway! We stayed busy with all the cool things to do close by. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the pool/hot tub. We had to go every night!

Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The convenience to the sugar slopes can’t be beat. Kitchen has all you need. Even has a small portable dryer to dry out your gloves from a long day at slopes. Francis (host) gave good timely communications. Would stay there again.

The condo is exactly as advertised. Small, perfect for 2 people. Very comfortable. The floor should be addressed. As stated in other posts, poor installation. Walk to ski lift is through parking and past indoor pool area down some stairs. Parking for unit is very close. 5 to 10 min drive to rental centers, markets, and restaurants. Would stay in the complex again but would pick a unit closer to ski lift and on a lower floor, if skiing.

The location was great and the place was clean! Perfect for small family or a couple of friends. Great ski in ski out but make sure if you have kids they can ski down an intermediate slope bc that is what the property is located on! We had a great time!

Overall this was a great stay. The condo is literally at the top of Sugar Mountain with a ski lift! Very clean and tidy. Set up for skiers but the location is so convenient I would stay in Summer as well. 3rd floor but there is also about 2 flights of stairs to get up to the condos. No problem for us but something to be aware of.

We have stayed at 3 vrbo locations and are finding a consistent theme...the good is there are numerous facilities to choose from that are not jack in the box such a hotels etc...the bad is that the facilities are not call the front desk for assistance...examples include...broken pocket doors, shades, curtains rods, etc...this property's issues include...heater fan in bathroom very noisy, exhaust fan in bathroom not strong enough and very dusty, baseboards need a good wipe throughout the unit, exhaust fan in kitchen blows air back into room vs outdoors, floating floor not installed properly aka gaps, view from patio includes the ugly, large condos, water pressure is moderate at best. final item is the window to the hallway in the bedroom leaks light and noise. We give the condo a B rating, facilities at clubhouse and location to area attractions get an A.

The weekend was the absolute best!! We had such a great time!! The rental was way more then we expected! The lighting was exceptional and we loved the electric fireplace with that wonderful lighting! So romantic!! The first morning seeing the sun come up and over sugar mountain was beautiful!! The condo was soooo clean and inviting! We were so very thankful to be able to experience this location and are so going to come back!! The owners were very easy to work with and the process of getting in and out was simple!! Great shopping and restaurants near by! Love it!!!

First visit back to Sugar Mountain since selling out condo there some years ago. We stayed at Sugar Ski, actually just a floor above our former unit. Francie has the place looking terrific, everything is upgraded to the latest modern conveniences. Bed was very comfy, as were the other pieces of furniture in the unit. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed staying there, and now we want to buy another unit! Thank you.

We rented this condo to have a couple of days to stay in the mountains on our way back home from visiting family in eastern NC. The condo is small, but it is fine for 2 people. We had everything that we needed. We would stay here again.

I rented this condo for my husband’s birthday. The condo is clean and has so many features to enjoy! Loved the view, the fireplace and big tv in the living room area! Sat on the balcony a bit. The bed was comfy. The owner was quick to answer my text about a small issue and resolved it within minutes. Such a modern feel yet so cozy!

Cozy place for a short get-a-away for my husband and I. We had everything we needed and then some. The only drawback was the three floors of stairs when carrying luggage up them. Otherwise, the stairs were great exercise. Loved staying in the clouds our first night and the great views the rest of our stay. Highly recommend.

It was the perfect place to stay for my wife and I to have cozy mountain getaway! Amazing view, comfortable space, perfect size for the two of us! Place was clean and the surrounding area is really nice! Highly recommend!

The property is nice, clean and decorated very nicely. It was a lovely stay without a problem. The view is gorgeous too! We hope to stay again in the future.

Remodeling very tasteful...Nice floorplan...confortable property. Needed a few clothes hangers, otherwise, adequate and comfortable. Hope to stay in this property again next year.

It’s small - bunks are narrow - no AC otherwise perfect. We managed fine with 2 adults/2kids in the summer. On the Tip top of a mountain for such a fair price thank you thank you! FYI right on tennis courts and indoor pool 🤩

We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings and watching the storms roll through. My partner had a little trouble with all the stairs, but that was our fault for not looking to see if the property had an elevator. The centralized location was exactly what we were looking for and allowed us to explore the area easily.

This was the perfect place for my significant other and I to stay for 3 nights for an event we were attending. All basics were available within the condo and with a short drive down the mountain to multiple stores for any additional needs. If I ever am in need of staying in the area again, I will definitely rebook this location!

My husband and I decided we wanted a peaceful getaway for my bday. Mission was achieved and we will definitely return.
