The condo was very clean and updated. Good size for a small family. Nice being on the first floor. 10 minute walk (carrying skis) to the gondolas and lifts. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this condo. The location was ideal- walked to the slopes everyday (in ski gear too)! Condo was clean and super well put together. My only feedback was that the shuttle service listed was a bit confusing. I called asking about it and was told they didn’t pick up at The Rockies (maybe I just got them confused). Worked out as we only needed to drive in to town for dinner etc.

A very comfortable place. Great location. Close to the Ski slops. Must go to the Ore House at the Pine Grove. Great prime rib, steaks and salad bar. Very nice fireplace. Couldn’t believe the pool was open. People enjoying the hot tub during the snow and 14 degree weather. Will be back❤️

Clean with a modern kitchen. Great location between the mountain and grocery stores. Parking and check-in/out was easy. And most importantly for me, super quiet at night so I could sleep well.

Perfect one bedroom condo that was newly renovated and furnished. They had everything we needed and the unit was spotless. The location is wonderful with easy access to both the village and downtown steamboat. Will absolutely book this unit for our next stay.

Outside Property needs cleaning...patio and entrance way could be cleaned before stay. Otherwise all good. Liked having washer/dryer so next leg of trip was clean!!

We loved this property. Location is wonderful and close to grocery stores, restaurants and down town. Condo was very clean and very well organized! We had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this condo and hope to be able to visit again.

This place is very unassuming and very lovely! Extremely clean, great location, updated decor. It was easy to find, close to everything. Easy check in process just by entering the code on the keypad. our only complaint was the management property service being WAY too communicative; after signing a several page rental agreement and paying in full at the time of booking, they still called several times and sent so many emails with really nothing to say. Waste of time... But all in all, great place!

This spot couldnt have been better; the location was great; close to the gondola and city shuttle;easy to find the general location although the condo itself took a bit of walking around to locate. The condo itself was immaculate, homey and welcoming, comfortable with a focus on attention to detail. All of the extras we could imagine, nice appliances, extra bedding, toys for the kids and water in the fridge. Chilly in the morning and night but fire place warmed us right up. Pull out bed from the sofa in the living room wasn’t that comfortable but the big bed in the bedroom was great. The best part was the pool and jacuzzi; spent most of our time here and the fire pit couldn’t have been a better way to dry off in the evening. Construction going on out front obstructed the view of the mountains but I’d still say this was just what we were looking for and would DEFINITELY stay again!!!!

nice place for outside of ski season - no shuttle to the base of steamboat during ski season, that is a big detraction for Rockies condo's...

The condo is in the ground floor and relatively easy to access with just a few steps from the parking lot walkway to access. There’s a ski/board storage conveniently located. The unit is a good sized 1 bedroom and just a quick drive up to the resort parking lot. We couldn’t quite figure out how to keep the internet on without turning on the living room lights - but other than that everything was great! Recommend!

Nice place, good distance to the base of Steamboat. Quiet, Clean and Comfy. Good communication with rental company from beginning to end.

Nicely remodeled, except the fireplace which is out of service. Although it is quarter of mile from the ski resort, it is not walkable distance to the lifts- piles of snow and no sidewalks. Overall the amenities inside of the unit are nice- everything is updated in the unit. The downside- on the first floor with view on another building. The cleaning service is taking advantage of the owner- all corners, floor under furniture, woodwork are quite dusty.

Easy to check in, easy to access, and the entire stay was really great. Access to parking, the amenities, and to the mountains was very easy. I would say the only thing that was difficult was that turning off the main light switch in the living room also turns off power to some of the outlets, the wifi, and the TV in the bedroom. So that was challenging to maneuver with a toddler sleeping in the living room. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience and we would absolutely stay again.

Great place to stay. Shuttle easily accessible or you can even walk to the lift if you like. Hot tub came in handy and the fact that this is on the first floor makes it much easier after a long day on the slopes.

Had a great stay in this apartment. Parking was easy and for the fit skier the walk to the base area is no big deal. The apartment was just perfect for the two of us, lots of storage space, well equipped and the heating was easily controlled. The ski locker easily took 4 pairs of skis. It was very quiet and the main bed was very comfortable.

This place was spectacular . I came to SS to visit my daughter and celebrate Thanksgiving. We cooked together, watched tv, and just enjoyed the comfort of this beautiful home. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and would love to return again.

Great spot- near the lifts. Many places on that part of Steamboat are not open in September and it's a 2 miles drive to town where we spent most of our time. But great property and beautiful spot!

Nice, clean condo with a great location close to the ski base area and easy bus access to town.

Property was as listed. Clean, well located. Had all utensils needed for cooking. Suggestion: please have a lighter or matches available for the charcoal grill. Also, the mattress in the bedroom really should be replaced - very uncomfortable because it sunk in the middle. Otherwise a great experience.

Condo is well equipped with everything you need. One thing missing is chairs to sit on the porch. Would rent again.

My wife and I had a great time. The place was very clean and we enjoyed using the hot tub after a long day of skiing!
