We had an amazing stay! Access and instructuons were timely and easy to understand, and the area was perfect. The townhome was amazing - perfectly outfitted for us with a kiddo, and lots of place for relaxation. Would definitely stay again!

This home was lovely and met our needs perfectly. It is very nice, clean and in the best location. Easy walking distance to many restaurants. This was the most well appointed Vrbo that we have ever been to and made our stay extra comfortable.

The host has thought of everything, all amenities are covered. I can’t rave enough about the small touches that add to the overall stay. Host was quickly responsive to all questions /requests. There is lots of construction in the neighborhood, but we would stay here again without hesitation!! Super easy walk to the Pearl!

Fantastic property, as advertised. Modern and comfortable and spacious, very close to the Pearl and Riverwalk. A stone’s throw to the Velvet Taco, an absolute must stop for a late night snack! Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended

The property was so clean and the host provided everything you would want for your stay. Neighborhood has lots of new construction.. Short walk to the Pearl district. We felt safe walking at night. Will defintely stay again when we return to San Antonio.

We loved this location. It was very welcoming, clean, and feeling safe was of no concern. We will definitely be back.

Worked out very well. We were researching where we could purchase similar bedding. One small snafu trying to figure out how to change the volume on the tv.

Great communication with the property manager. There were enough rooms and we liked that each bathroom was on every floor. Very cozy property!

Check in process was fantastic (allowed for early check in); great property, clean, plenty of space for 6 adults; could use more mirrors (full-length); roof-top patio was awesome. Overall great experience and would stay here again.

This was an ideal spot for our visit. Walking distance to restaurants and bars and a short ride to the river walk. The roof deck was a great place to end the night.

Location, location, location! Our stay was very nice. There is a lot of Revitalization being done in that area, so at first we were a little nervous about the location due to the construction and buildings being torn down . But once we settled in and walked to the very close Pearl District we were very pleased with our location. We never heard construction noise. The Pearl has Beautiful walkways, excellent food, a great vibe! We walked to dinner from the condo in heels, so it is very close. The 3 bedroom unit was nicely decorated, clean, and we were very grateful for the sparkling water and chips and salsa when we arrived. We also enjoyed coffee on the roof top space. The beds were comfy, but all 6 of us wished we had brought our own pillows. Overall- it was a great experience and the property manager was very responsive and helpful!

I have stayed in many places across the US and abroad. I would have to say that this was one of the best experiences. The cleanliness and comfort surpassed our expectations. We loved every aspect of the comforts of home without the distractions that come with actually being home. I will definitely recommend this property to our friends.

Clean, stylish and close to the Pearl!

Location is exactly what is described. Right smack in the middle of everything downtown has to offer. River walk, Pearl, shopping, eating, you name it. Alyssa was quick w response when asked. Several ways to communicate w her which was great. Property is very clean n tidy. They keep it in great shape. Decor and overall appeal to this home was fantastic. Will want to stay again whenever we’re back in San Antonio. We loved this property so much we actually stayed in most of our stay. Thank you guys for the hospitality.

My family and I highly recommend this property as a perfect base for exploring the city and the surrounding area. It was impeccably clean, spacious and thoughtfully designed to allow plenty of room for everyone to space out, beautifully and comfortably furnished, had all the amenities and odds-and-ends that you need for an extended stay (including complimentary coffee, Topo Chico, and chips/salsa), and was centrally-located to the Pearl and other popular places in the city. Management was friendly and diligent in contacting us periodically to ensure everything was going smoothly and to see if we needed anything. Overall, it was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had, and we were so glad to have such a fantastic place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. Thanks!
