Our second beach vacation at this property. Just as good as the first stay. Really enjoyed the amenities. The beach is a short walk and across the road but it’s private! No one walked past the entire week. The pool is a real plus. The lawn is beautiful. Very enjoyable fire pit.

Absolutely the most well-appointed property we’ve ever stayed in! Pool, dock, beach, game table, video games, hammock, fire pit, streaming services, fishing… I could go on and on! We had some bad weather during our stay and still never a dull moment was had with all the options. The owner was responsive, proactive and gave some fantastic recommendations for the area as well (definitely get the boullaibaise at JT’s!). We had an absolutely unforgettable time and highly recommend this area and specifically this home away from home!

We had an amazing time on our family vacation. Our week was filled with lots to do for everyone! Great Grandfather and his sons spent a LOT of time fishing off the dock as well as the beach. The pool area was very nice and we spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub, we did pay additional for the pool to be heated and it was well worth it. It is very evident that there was a lot of thought put into what people would need while staying here, as the details were all on point! From the huge umbrella that was well placed over the pool, all the pool toys available, the multiple beach chairs, beach umbrellas, toys for the beach (along with a cart to get them there) WOW! It was truly evident that these owners wanted us to feel like we were their houseguests. The kitchen was well appointed, and the grill also got a lot of use. The additional fridge on the bottom floor was well used and another great detail. The whole property is beautiful and I got lots of Props from my husbands’ family for organizing this vacation and picking out such an amazing place. We had an amazing time being together in this beautiful property. We swam, fished and spent time on the beach. The house was so comfortable and well-appointed!

Amazing house with great setup…. Direct access to beach and to a boat dock giving you plenty of options for activities. House is gorgeous. Great layout, perfect for 5 couples. Highly recommended. Looking forward to future visits.

Great home for multi generational get togethers. Pool was awesome.

The house is beautiful, the location is perfect with private beach access, and the pool is wonderful. The only downside is having a game room and/or having bunk beds in the game room. It's an odd space and layout compared to the rest of the house that is well designed and decorated. The master bedroom and bathroom is spectacular and over the top in comparison to the other bedrooms/bathrooms. The dock is great for fishing when you're not at the beach or in pool. Very nice house, clean and confortable. Loved that there were alergy covers on the beds. Plenty of space for three families. Having a dock and beach access give access is nice. It was so private!

Very, very good property. Pool, dock and privacy. Beach just a short walk across the road. The bunks would serve us better if located on first floor to accommodate older kids. We’ve booked for next year.

This home was exactly as listed! It was easy access to the beach, the pool was great for afternoon swims and there was plenty of room for the adults and kids to have their own space. The living room and dining room had plenty of seating for our family of 12. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I traveled to the Painters Hill property along with another family. We both have two kids and the house was perfect for a multi-family vacation. The house is beautiful and the layout is perfect for large groups with plenty of space. The pool is incredible and the back yard with deck access to the waterway is amazing. The beach is directly across the street with a private access. There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well. We loved the place.

This home was very spacious for five couples staying for the week. Perfect distance from at Augustine and Daytona. Flagler is very quiet and friendly. Owner was accommodating and communication was great.

We had a wonderful week vacation with our kids and grandkids. Really enjoyed the options of the pool, the beach, fishing the inter coastal waterway and ending the day with a camp fire. The property managers were excellent to work with.

We were a group of 25-30 year olds and this was a wonderful place for us. Lots of activities at the house, fishing off the dock and the pool/hot tub were big hits. The house was clean and airy, nicely stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, and beach/outdoor games and toys. It’s close enough to a few town and beaches that you can easily get out for groceries or day trips. All in all, highly recommend it!

We had a great time staying with our extended family at Cathy's home. The house itself was spacious enough for us to hang out but also be able to relax individually. The kitchen was big and well organized, which was helpful as we are a big cooking family. There were some things missing from the kitchen that could have been helpful, like more spices, cutting boards, serving bowls, etc. but nothing that was a major problem. The pool was wonderful and enjoyed by everyone from our 1.5 year old daughter through to my parents. It was a great size, good hangout spot, and had both shade and sun so you could choose what suited you. The location of the house, a few minutes walking from essentially a private beach (we barely saw anyone there and, when we did, it was because they were walking by) was great. You do have to cross a road but even with little kids, it was fine and we never had to wait more than a minute or two for some cars to pass. The water temperature at the beach was glorious! There were waves but even for our littles ones (1.5, 4, and 5) it was fine, though we did tend to go during low tide when the waves were smaller. Cathy was very responsive to any questions and checking in and out was easy. TV and wifi worked seamlessly. We saw deer one evening in the yard and also a sea turtle when we were heading back from the beach. We would definitely recommend this house!

The home was advertised just as it is a wonderful clean large home in a great location. So many things to do at the dunes to dock home. One bedroom and a great entertainment room on the lower level with doors leading to the in ground swimming pool and hot tub. Second level two bedrooms and beautiful open concept kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace and lots of windows. The third level two more bedrooms, which one was an amazing master suite and yes a his and hers bathroom with a walk in shower in between. Outside you can have a small fire in the fire pit, enjoy the hammock or go to the dock and fish or just enjoy Mother Nature. There was a very short walk to the beach just across the road. The beach was wonderful, peaceful and quiet. Very limited people on the beach. You can see the sunrise and sunset from the house. I would recommend it to anyone. Great for large families! The owner was wonderful to work with. The house is also close to several cities for additional entertainment. We would definitely go back.

This was by far the best property we have stayed at. Our family had a blast. The game room was a big hit with the kids. The pool and patio area was spacious. Cathy was great with information. Will be glad to come and stay again on our next visit.

We enjoyed the home & mostly the pool area. There was plenty of room to spread out and still be a part of everything. The big master shower is the best!

The property was a perfect fit for our entire family of 10 people from 4 family units (ages 7-70). The house is almost new and is well taken care of. The pool was popular every day/night, the beach was an easy walk, and the fishing in the channel was fun - although we didn't catch as big or as much as we had hoped. We will definitely consider returning in the future.

We had a great time at Dunes2Dock during our stay. The kids loved being able to walk out the door and be able to play in the pool. It was plenty big for our 3 families that attended . Night fishing on the dock is a must! The owners were very friendly and answered any questions we had.

Great experience

The house is perfect for large groups or families with 3 floors of bedrooms. The pool and hot tub are great but require a fee to heat. The beach was a close walk across A1A. Very clean and well-kept inside and out. Excellent location.

We spent a lot of time in the kitchen and living room area - very comfy. And the downstairs area was great for kids. The whole property is just beautiful.
