Roomy stay at this beach house

House is literally steps from the beach on a quiet side street. Accommodation was very comfortable and also included a very nice large yard. Kitchen was very well equipped, and Sondra, the host was extremely responsive.

The only complaint i have about the entire visit is the beach equipment. The chairs she had were not beach chairs. They were the camping type that do not recline, Very few of them, and in bad condition. Umbrellas broken. Didnt need beach toys but noted very few. Luckily we brought a shibumi which was better than umbrellas. Suggest bringing you favorite beach chair! However, the location, cleanliness, and home itself was unbeatable! We were easily able to take a short walk to the beach and our favorite restaurants! Very much enjoyed the home itself! The floors do lean, so if vertigo is a problem for you, it could mess with you just a bit! Lol. No problem with us, though!!!! Recommend highly for location and cleanliness!!!!

Our family of 6 loved our beach vacation. The house was so close to the beach and the location for the each entrance was at the end of the street and took us to a very quiet section of beach. It was so nice to be able to set up anywhere and not be over crowded. The home was as described. We did find that many of the beach toys were broken so that was a bit of a bummer but I notified Sondra so that she knew they needed replacing. Other than that it was perfect.

A beautiful and clean house! This house supplies everything and more then you have in your own homes. Any tool, pot and pan in the kitchen. All linens and towels were there. Books, games, sand chairs, bikes and ocean toys. We couldn’t have asked for more in a rental!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Communication was quick to respond and great to work with. We would definitely stay again and suggest it to our friends and family!

Very nice home in a great location; close to the beach, pier, stores and restaurants. The neighborhood is quite and not a lot of traffic. The weather was very good during our stay and it was a perfect break from the winter at our New England home.

Wonderful place and you can’t beat the location - literally steps from the beach! Accommodations were spacious for five adults and a kid. The master bedroom is spacious with more than enough room for a crib. Kitchen is well stocked with anything that you’ll need to cook in. The beds are super comfy! Walking distance to many shops and restaurants, which is great. Wonderful outdoor space for everyone, including dogs! Great location to see a space launch - which was pretty cool. Easy to communicate with host.

Location was such a short distance to the beach. We only had a neighborhood blvd to cross and access to the beach was right in front of us. The house was nicely decorated with beach decor. The foundation of the house is shifting and noticable, but it wasn't a problem for us. Any issues we did face were swiftly taken care of. We really appreciated the bikes and beach gear supplied. I would stay there again.

We were so happy with this home, the location, stocked with everything you could possibly need. Communication was great and check out a breeze. Will be renting again!

My wife and I evacuated from the Gulf Coast with our mastiff, Maggie, due to Hurricane Ian. Sondra was very responsive when I requested the okay to book with our dog, and very helpful throughout the booking and check-in process, even allowing us to check in 6 hours early so my wife could access the internet for work meetings. The house is in great shape, is perfect for family functions with a huge kitchen and dining area, a great screened porch with tons of seating for games and a really nice backyard with a firepit, outdoor couch and BBQ grill. The fence is secure for dogs and there's plenty of space for them to play. The proximity to the beach is amazing, and the neighbors were very friendly. Sondra and the house made our evacuation from the hurricane much easier and we are extremely appreciative. We'll be back to stay for a vacation with family soon!

First of all..wow! What a much needed vacation and what a BRILLIANT property to have obtained! What a location! There is so much to praise! We so very much enjoyed all the beach equipment. The wagon was awesome. The distance to the beach was about 2 min. The street we needed to cross to get to it was a nice quiet/non-busy street. We used the cruiser bikes to go the pier. (We recommend rikki tiki tavern!) It was a lovely 5-6 min ride with a safe bike path shared with the street. Ron Jon's surf shop is a couple minutes away as well. The access to the grill, was AMAZING! (We love our ribeyes!) The beds were soft and comfortable. We played corn hole out back and had so much fun (it needs to be said that I won...twice!) The door lock was simple and quite easy. NOTHING went wrong, our whole vacation. If you're like me, and read the reviews to help you make a decision, then you can use this review as a recommendation. I cannot say enough good things about this home. The location is perfect - it is just a short walk from the beach, as well as restaurants and shops. We were a party of 5 (3 adults, 2 kids) and there was plenty of room in the home. The fenced in backyard was the perfect place for our kids to play when we weren't at the beach, and I could keep an eye on them from the screened in porch. The kitchen was well stocked and had most everything that you would ever need. The owner was quick to respond to any questions that arose. Overall, we loved our stay and can't wait to go back in the future.

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We were surprised at how spacious this home was, much larger than it looks in pictures! There were 7 of us staying (4 adults, 3 teenagers) and there was plenty of room for all of us without being on top of each other. We especially loved sitting in the screened in porch in the mornings and evenings. The location was great, walking distance to just about everything, including a short, easy walk to the beach. The owner has has thought of everything you could want/need for your stay. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and the wagon to transport them to the beach! The only (extremely minor) addition would be a nightlight so we didn't have to leave the bathroom light on at night. We would definitely stay here again!!

Our stay at Sunken Treasure Beach House was fantastic from start to finish. The kitchen is stocked with enough pots, utensils, etc. to host Christmas dinner! Beds and furniture were comfy and clean. Also, enough games and tv options to keep my 4 and 5 year old occupied when we were rained in from a tropical storm. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Spacious house with a great fenced yard for the dogs. Close to the beach and a ton of attractions. House is open with a lot of seating. Great kitchen and big lanai. Nice big TV in the living room. Owner is very responsive, however we had no need. They left waters and snacks upon check in which ended up being a life saver for our grandson who was starving. Very comfortable house. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again

This was our third time staying at this house. Our family absolutely loves this house. Location is great very close to the beach. House is stocked with everything you need for the beach. Every time we stay at this house it has been perfect on being clean. The upkeep on the house is great. Would definitely recommend.

We came here for a weekend away to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. We had some family and friends staying with us, and we all had plenty of space. Bars in walking distance, beach is right outside your door, and there is lots of seating to relax outside. Check-in was simple, it was clean had all the comforts of your own home. This place looks small in the picture, and upon arrival, but when you walk in, you see it’s really a pretty big space. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time during our Cocoa Beach getaway for spring break. House is exactly as pictured, clean and close to the ocean. Spent our days on the beach and visiting all the local sites. Quiet street, comfortable beds, and the beach a couple minutes away. Truly a great vacation!

We absolutely loved this property! The photos don’t do it justice. It was clean, location was perfect and so close to everything. Beds were very comfortable and the outdoor area was so relaxing. We had a wonderful time at this wonderful home in a perfect location. Short walk to the beach and in a perfect location to bike and walk to Cocoa Beach’s Pier and fun restaurants. The owner checked in to make sure everything was great. I would highly recommend a stay at this beach home.

Couldn’t have asked overall experience! We got to see a rocket launch, can walk to the beach and the pier where you can have drinks at the tiki bar at the end of the pier. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, spacious yard which our dog enjoyed, lovely screened n lanai, and plenty of room for the 5 of us. We hope to return in the future.

We found a very clean place with every amenity to provide for our needs. The proximity to the beach was an asset and the neighborhood very quiet even though we were a few short blocks from the main strip in Cocoa Beach. Beds were so comfortable, we peeled back the sheets to find out what brand! Overall, I can’t say enough about the place and the responsiveness of the owner .

We had an awesome time at the sunken treasure home. It was literally 2 blocks from the beach. This home had everything we needed. The fire pit and back yard was amazing.
