Loved the location and the amazing quaint little cottage, which was perfect for our party of 3's homebase during our time there to explore Sedona and the surrounding areas. We would have loved a little seating area/table outside to enjoy a bbq meal, etc. The 2 chairs on the front porch were enjoyed for the beautiful sunrises! Unfortunately my experience with communication could not be rated 5*. The few messages I sent were never replied to or answered...not a huge deal but unusual for my experiences with communication with hosts/property managers. Would certainly recommend a stay at this cottage if you are looking for a homey and quaint stay near Sedona.

This is a great option if you are looking for a quiet place with a great view. You get what you pay for as far as lication and size. It's not the Ritz but you have privacy and comfort. The unit is clean and has great amenities. Close to Sedona, Flagstaff Jerome and if you wish a casino. Would reccomend this to family and friends. Great little coffee shop .125mile away. If you want high end, stay in Sedona. If you want queit , cizy and centrally located, stay here. 8/10

This little cabin was fantastic! About 30 minutes from Sedona. We enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. Definitely recommend!

Great home base for exploring the Sedona area--very peaceful vibes. We loved all the natural sunlight, the pretty tile work, and the comfy, thoughtful amenities. Stargazing from the hot tub was relaxing, and we got to experience multiple rainbows during our stay. Contact with the manager Liz was great, and we would definitely return!

This house was a perfect fit for our visit to Sedona and Clarksdale Verde Canyon Railroad, Sedona and Cliff Castle Casino. Elizabeth was a wonderful host with great knowledge and information. Her home was well stocked, we couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you for the great stay.

Wonderful quiet place with a pretty view in the snow.

My fiancé and I stayed here for our EngagementMoon/New Year’s trip. There is everything you need and more here for a fantastic stay. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. Quality linens and provided toiletries are a nice touch. Kitchen appliances, cookware, and utensils are adequate for meal preparation. Did watch a movie on the smart TV (use your streaming login and make sure to logout). The games and area information were a great touch and was appreciated. Drive to Oak Creek is about 15-20 minutes. Recommend going to Montezuma Well and Montezuma Castle!!!

We booked at the last minute because we decided to go to the Out of Africa Zoo (which was great) and then do some wine tasting the next day. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The spa and the stars at night was a huge bonus. Great place!

We loved this house - cute, quirky, charming. And it was perfect for our first trip to the Sedona area. We did wineries in Cottonwood, drove to the Grand Canyon, and hiked and shopped in Sedona. The home was comfortable and provided everything we needed, including and especially the hot tub that overlooks the valley.

Property was excellent. Home was clean and very comfortable, super cute and cozy. Had everything we needed. Views are spectacular, easy to find- star gazing is amazing. I would and probably will book this property again. I liked being outside the hub of Sedona, yet it is close enough to spend the day and have your own privacy in the evening and watch the gorgeous sunrise in comfort on the front patio. Very clean hot tub was a great bonus!

This cottage was clean and pretty nice to stay in. In that sense it was served our needs very nicely. They were very responsive when I messaged them about a drip in the kitchen sink. The drip didn't bother us, but I wanted to let them know about it in case they were paying for their water. The hot tub is a winner too! The location is strange. I wouldn't say it's close to Sedona. It's a 30-40 minute drive to the town of Sedona, assuming you don't hit a huge line of cars entering Sedona from the south, which seems to be the regular pattern and makes it even longer. We ended up taking walks south of the town to avoid that mess. Lake Montezuma is not really a town. It's mostly modest homes scattered on the landscape. The closest supermarket is about 15-20 mins away in Oak Creek, and the only place to eat close by seems to be a Thai restaurant, which is actually REALLY GOOD. Some of the best Thai food we've had, and we eat a lot of Thai food. At the end of the day, we were happy to not be in the middle of the craziness that is Sedona.

We had some issues with this house. There was no dishwasher, the air conditioner didn't cool the cabin enough to make us comfortable, the blinds were so warped that you could not close them properly, the deck had several soft spots, and the walkway was absolutely dangerous. However, that being said, if viewed as a painted cabin, there is less disappointment. The view of the stars was magnificent. Sitting in the hot tub was relaxing. The quiet was a wonderful thing to experience.

The place was very clean, well appointed and the entire neighborhood was super quiet. Someone in the area does have a rooster but the fan on the ac takes care if that noise. The hot tub is great and the stars are breathtaking.

Really great place near Sedona for our family.

The house is really cute, clean and well equipped. Loved having breakfast on the front porch. The view is amazing. Very quiet neighborhood perfectly centralized to all the Verde Valley communities. We enjoyed Cottonwood, Jerome and Sedona. The drive to Prescott is wild and very curvy. Not for the faint of heart. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a cute property and clean as a whistle. It is as advertised. Very well kept and lots of great amenities. Be aware that there is a small incline to walk up to the cabin and steps to navigate. We were fine, but it could be challenging if you have mobility issues. The hot tub was clean and a great addition......relaxation and stars galore. The beds were great -I suggest curtains in the front bedroom as it gets the morning sun and was very bright very early. Overall - amazing lil' cabin in a cute lil' town. Make sure & try Robbie's for great food & a fun time.

Everything was the way the advertisment promised. This will be our home everytime we visit Arizona.

The hot tub was incredibly amazingly. It was the best part of our stay. Plus there is an outstanding Thai restaurant extremely close for those who don’t want to cook. Great location.

The photos did not do Liz’s place justice! This home was so well stocked with everything you could need and has such nice personal touches. The beds were sooo comfortable and heat/ac worked great. Highly recommend using the hot tub at dusk and enjoying the sun hitting the red rocks perfectly. This was a very special weekend and Liz’s cottage felt like home. Thank you a million :)
