The reception staff was beyond friendly...very helpful, genuine. The rooms were fine, great beds, and they somehow found a portable crib for our one-year-old granddaughter. Bravo!

Upon entering you can smell cigarette odor.
We forgot some food items in refrigerator I called back and asked them to save it for us but when we returned they told us it was thrown away.

the carpets had stains in the room. bathroom had not been cleaned well. the bathroom walls have signs of what looked like mold. there was a white stain on the room mirror.

there was a full breakfast but with full hotel, there was very limited eating area. Meat balls one morning for breakfast… what that about? other than that and no fruit, it was a full breakfast.
we were in an adjoining room, we could hear every conversation in the room next door.
