Perfect stay for our group of 3 couples! The home is in a perfect location to start our motorcycle rides each day. It’s convenient, clean and has beautiful views! Karen is great to work with and responds quickly to questions. Would definitely recommend this home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The view out over the mountains is spectacular, the location is quiet and the house has everything you need for a vacation. It was nice to be able to drive 15 minutes in any direction and have fun things to do: hiking, kayaking, scenic drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway, activities in Cherokee, etc. We also enjoyed stargazing from the back deck and making s'mores over the fire pit. A wonderful week in the Smoky Mountains!

Great view

This lovely property was very private and really had a great view. The house had a lot of outdoor deck areas to sit and enjoy being outside. We especially enjoyed sitting around the fire pit with the family. There are four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and another half bath that worked well for all of us. The covered parking was a plus for the four vehicles that were there. The property is only minutes from Bryson City which we always enjoy visiting. Cherokee and a couple golf courses were only 20 minutes from the house. We frequently visit this area during Easter break and this was another great family get-together.

First this is a wonderful place. Top of a mountain, clean, close to downtown. Great fire pit. Very nice. We were there during an ice storm (right before christmas 2022), pipe froze. It was difficult and all was handled well by the owners. And the neighbors are great too.

We have been coming to the North Carolina and Tennessee mountains each fall for several years. If at all possible, this will be the place to stay from now on. The view is outstanding. The owner could not have been any better to work with. Don’t hesitate to book this house for your next mountain retreat!!

This was a very meaningful trip for our family as one of our members is terminally ill and seeing the mountains and foliage was one of the things she wanted to do. She selected this home from the many we considered. It was exactly as described and the view was even more breathtaking than the pics showed. The house is cozy, the bedding is so comfortable and the owner is very accommodating and kind. This house is a MUST for your next visit to the area!!!

We had a fantastic trip. The view alone is reason enough to stay but there are lots of other things as well. The large carport and the fire pit were nice. Completely Paved driveway to the top makes a world of difference . Very convenient to downtown Bryson City.

You think you should be running around on vacation, but with this place it's hard to move off the deck with it's mtn views. Beautiful home, well cared for and close enough to all the outdoors stimulation you crave.

We found the check in and check out process extremely easy. Communication gets an A+. The views can't be beat. We were here for a girls trip and found the accommodations perfect, with plenty of comfortable beds and enough bathrooms for a group of women!

Absolutely beautiful property, gorgeous mountain views, so much beautifully decorated interior-like something you would see on HGTV (think JoAnna Gaines modern farmhouse style 😍). And only about 4 min from downtown Bryson City. Beds slept very comfortably and the twin over full bunk bed worked out great for our boys! Awesome place, thankful to have been able to enjoy this home, hope to visit again someday!

AMAZING views. This property was great. The rooms were very comfortable and everything we needed for a great weekend there. The owner was wonderful with communication. Would recommend and would stay here again!

This is an amazing property up the side of a hill. The road gains a lot of elevation in a short time, is fully paved and easy to navigate, with payoffs of amazing open views of the local and far off mountains and valleys! We visited the area for all of the outdoor activities, but were also perfectly happy sitting on the outdoor deck watching the view shift with the sun and clouds. Karen was a great host and had provided all the amenities for her guests! The bedrooms and beds were all comfortable (our group of six was spread out on all 3 floors and in every bedroom) and the bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with every tool we needed and much more. I definitely hope to return and spend more time at this mountaintop retreat.

I can't imagine there's another rental available with such incredible furnishings, patio views of the Smokies, and being so close to downtown. If you love horses, you could spend hours looking at all the horse themed art, decorations, and furnishings. Beds super comfy. Plenty of room for parking even if a group of 8 adults each brought their own car. House layout is awesome for groups that have just as many single adults as couples, or multiple families bringing kids, with a bathroom in 3 bedrooms and a half bath near the kitchen. If I'm going to be very picky, the 1 itty bitty downside is that for a house this big the AC unit was just 1 zone for entire house, and there was only 1 ceiling fan in the house in the 3rd floor master bedroom, so the 1st floor and 3rd floor bedrooms had to be set at the same temp. If our group ever goes back to Bryson, I can't imagine we'll consider another place.

The view is absolutely AMAZING! We were very pleased with our decision to stay here. The owner was very nice and attentive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here, we will be back!

The owner was readily available for questions-from recommended places to eat, grocery stores, etc. Overall, a great experience and would gladly visit again.

We enjoyed the sunrises, sunsets and even the days when it was foggy. The place had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and it was well equipped. Karen was very responsive and attentive to us while we were there. Bryson City is a cute and quiet town which was just what we were looking for. We did many nearby hikes, ziplining, and other activities in the surrounding area. We would definitely recommend this place for your next vacation.

House is very clean and private, and communication with Karen was superb and immediate. All the beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked for cooking, the washer and dryer worked well, shower water supply and pressure excellent. Supplies of TP, paper towels, garbage bags, shampoo, soap, lotion, laundry detergent all plentiful. The layout is made for socializing, the deck is wonderful for after the day's activity/evening/sunrise and enjoying the birds and evening spring peeper frog songs. The bedrooms were all very private and quiet. The master on the first floor and upstairs bedroom had deck access, which was really nice. The hot tub was nice to have, as was the covered parking. We didn't use the fire pit. The road up is twisty and turny, but paved and very drivable, even at night. Karen texted directions including photos, which made it easy to find the first day. Easy access to Bryson City, GSNP, Gatlinburg only 1hr15 min away. I would absolutely stay here again!

Property was fully equipped with all household necessities and everything was clean. View was absolutely breathtaking!
